The hotel is clean, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the facilities are complete and beyond expectations. It is a very satisfactory stay.

This hotel has transport to the airport terminals, which is really helpful. It’s nice and comfortable, perfect if you have an early flight. The location is very close to Dhaka airport, only about a 5-10-minute drive. The room was clean, but the decoration felt a bit old compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Uttara.

We checked in the night before our flight. The service and breakfast were fine. It was difficult to find suitable non-spicy food. The room provided liquid soap, disposable toothbrushes, a hairdryer, and slippers. However, cleanliness was lacking. We were in room 607, and the floors were clearly unwashed, and the bed linens were a disaster. We slept in our clothes.

I liked the hotel, best location, dealing with other facilities/services, and morning breakfast (as I stayed night and checked out at 12 pm).

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights. The experience was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were professional and attentive, with strong attention to detail. I would like to clarify one issue related to room service. One night I ordered soup due to stomach discomfort. While ordering, I clearly stated that I needed absolutely no spice, not even mildly spicy. Despite this, the soup delivered was very spicy, with visible spices on top. After the first sip, my lips were burning. The staff immediately offered to replace the dish. In the meantime, my girlfriend exchanged meals with me, which resolved the issue. Breakfast was exceptional. The view from the room window was very pleasant. The staff in this hotel are the most professional and courteous I’ve ever encountered especially Salahuddin and Amin. Food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Bed and bed linen was very comfortable. Gym and pool facilities are very good. Only complaints are was the front desk staff insisting we register with IHG in order to get wifi, this was at 3am after arriving from the airport from a long flight and also the temperature in the room could not be controlled so it became quite warm and uncomfortable at times.

I had a wonderful stay at Sarina Hotel.The location is ok The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first impression of the hotel truly positive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,and roomy. The room service was excellent, and I always had my dinner there. The food was really delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return in the future. I highly recommend Sarina Hotel to others.
