The inclusion of climbing plants and Thai-inspired decor creates an interesting atmosphere that feels both modern and welcoming. This design aesthetic carries through to the various capsule options available. The hotel offers a range of accommodation choices, including single and double-occupancy pods, as well as premium and sea-view units. Some capsules even feature balcony access, providing an enhanced view. Each unit comes with built-in fans that circulate air-conditioned air from common areas, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel is organized into three sections, each with shared bathroom facilities that are conveniently located. Amenities at The O Pod are well-rounded, catering to different needs. These include a shared workspace and meeting lounge, a sun terrace for relaxation, vending machines for snacks and drinks, laundry service, and secure lockers for personal belongings. While these facilities are generally good, the shower water pressure could be improved for a better experience. Overall, my stay at The O Pod was positive. The combination of its convenient location, well-maintained facilities, and thoughtful amenities makes it a solid choice for travelers in Tel Aviv. While it may not be perfect, it offers a practical and efficient lodging solution that I would consider for future visits."

"Pleasant atmosphere, great location, nice hotel staff, clean and well-designed room. The low score is for several reasons. All the websites that the hotel advertises state that there are slippers, a table, and the pictures also show an armchair. In reality, there are none, and the room was very small. The pictures do not reflect reality, and I stay in a lot of hotels. Second, we left at 8 in the morning and returned at 3 p.m. and the room was not cleaned. We didn't really need to clean, but to refill soap, towels, and basic things. It was impossible to call reception from the room, the phone didn't work. The reception didn't really understand when I was surprised that the room hadn't been cleaned until 3 p.m. After an exhausting morning and afternoon in the heat, I had to vacate the room for another hour and waited in the lobby and oops.. We went up to the room and it still hadn't been taken care of!!!. We spoke to the receptionist and it wasn't until around 5 p.m. that the room was tidied up. Any compensation? Forget it. Just exhausting and wasted time from my vacation. Too bad."

"Checks out all across the board. Very clean setup with plenty of freebies such as coffee, tea, and lemon water. Good facilities including a pong pong table and a storage room for luggage . Most important, it is the only affordable option right at the beach that is not a capsule hotel. So i ll post the beach here right across the hotel."

"I had a very comfortable stay at the Joseph hotel. The room and bathroom was very clean. It was good to have hot water showers . The hotel was very central, within walking distance to the Old Jaffa port and even within walking distance to Carmel Markwt (approx 30 minutes easy walk). The reception staff were all polite and helpful. They assisted with directions and went out their way to help me to get my transport app going. The breakfast was good which included fresh salad, fried eggs and a good selection of pastries amongst others. The hotel is right opposite the light rail station of Bloomfield Stadium and that is a bonus if you are taking the light rail to the central train station. Thank you to the reception staff for all your help and answering my many questions. Overall, I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tel Aviv."

"Nicely designed hotel, room is clean and spacious. Located in the center, a few minutes walk to the beach. Many cafes and restaurants around. The only thing is at lower floors the window could use some cleaning. All in all was a good stay."

"Perfect location, lovely hotel and room.  Great staff. Breakfast was only so-so, limited options regarding pastries.   No information about room service in room, no info on phone about which numbers could contact which person (front desk, housekeeping, etc)"

"Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the beach - beautiful beaches stretching as far as the eye can see in both directions. But the room was a bit crappy, and the bed did not smell clean. Luckily I had a light travel sleeping bag with me, to keep me clean in bed."

"Breakfast is very average ... I care more about breakfast, so it feels lowered overall! The room is very convenient to see the sea, very close to a famous market, there is a restaurant near the intersection is delicious! The hotel's general hygiene, it is recommended to bring your own boiler, sleeping bag, toiletries, towels, bring all! If I have a choice, I still recommend staying in a luxury boutique hotel in the ancient city"

"The location of the hotel is good, not far from the bus station. No parking facilities are provided, but there is a large paid parking lot at 50 meters, which is very convenient. The hotel's breakfast is the best I've had in Israel. Don't give too much hope to Israeli food. It should be an experience. A young man at the front desk was very enthusiastic. After checking in, he called the room and asked if it was agreeable."
