"A fabulous , clean and friendly hotel. We were greeted by Irena who was lovely and friendly during check in and made excellent recommendations of where we could have an evening meal and a drink. They had read our message about spending the night there celebrating a 60th birthday and had a fabulous room ready with a glass of fizz, chocolates and a scrolled birthday  message from the hotel staff which was really appreciated. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and delicious - I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, lovely hotel and friendly and caring staff."

"I had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The location is excellent, and for the price I paid, it was an incredible bargain. The hostel is very well maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms, already-made beds, complimentary towels, and convenient charging points at each bed. We also had lockers in the cabins. One thing that really stood out was the complimentary breakfast, including free croissants. I have stayed in many hostels and rarely come across such thoughtful extras. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Ms. Valeria was particularly helpful during the check-in process, and another gentleman wearing glasses was also very kind and attentive. They were always willing to assist and made me feel genuinely welcome. The facilities are excellent as well. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with hairdryers, and there are washing and drying facilities available for a very reasonable fee. Guests can also store their luggage for just €2 per day, which is by far the cheapest luggage storage option I have found in Milan. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. The combination of great service, fantastic location, excellent facilities, and outstanding value for money makes this place an easy recommendation. I look forward to coming back in the future."

"The hotel is located in a residential area, slightly north of central Milan, which appears to be one of the city's less affluent neighborhoods. Right next to it, there's a large roundabout surprisingly overgrown with tall weeds! The buildings' bases are covered in graffiti, making the area look quite run-down. There was a Black housekeeping staff member who seemed to lack proper housekeeping training. While cleaning our room, he took our personal glass, which was very different from the hotel's provided glassware, as well as a stainless steel cup and chopsticks that had no connection to the hotel whatsoever. When we returned to the room and noticed these items missing, we saw him still cleaning and immediately asked if he had thrown them away. He didn't evade the question at all; instead, he led me to the storage room and retrieved everything! We ran into him at the subway station the next day. He was instantly recognizable – over 190cm tall and very thin. He greeted us in a very friendly manner."

"Great location. Within walking distance (without luggage) of Linate Airport. The transfer (with luggage) via the BW shuttle bus to Linate Airport early in the morning was excellent. Service was good. Our room, 410, was okay but a bit noisy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We weren't able to use the restaurant."

"Hotel ristrutturato di recente utilizzando materiali semplici e basilari: pietra, ferro e legno recuperato, offrono una continuazione visiva con tutto il paesaggio circostante, veramente ben fatto. Pulitissimo e ordinato l'hotel Crimea è super accogliente. Il personale molto giovane ma molto preparato. Abbiamo avuto un problema di prenotazione tramite i siti internet, il personale alla reception ha risolto all'istante senza che noi avanzassimo pretese. Bravissimi, non perchè la cosa è stata risolta, ma per come è stata affrontato professionalmente il problema. Camere stupende e nuovissime, materassi da riferimento. La camera gode di qualsiasi comfort. Colazione fantastica in un ampio salone, c'e' davvero tutto. Torneremo molto volentieri. Chiavenna regala sempre bellissime sorprese."

"We had a wonderful stay at Glam Hotel Milano. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early since we were traveling with our baby. After a long journey, that small gesture meant so much to our family. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for resting after a busy day exploring the city. The location is also amazing — it’s literally steps away from Milano Centrale station, making it extremely convenient for trains, transportation, and getting around Milan. We truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!"

"The hotel room looked very new and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. Although the breakfast area was small, the food was good. The location is convenient, right across from the train station. The only downside was the lack of complimentary bottled water, and the tap water quality was concerning; I wouldn't even dare to drink it after boiling. Luckily, I had some mineral water left from the plane, otherwise I would have had to buy the hotel's overpriced water."
