The whole resort staff are very friendly and nice. The breakfast and dinner are really good with a wide variety of choices . However , the rooms and amenities need a bit of refurnishing as it starts to see slightly dated. The toilet needs to be cleaner as there seems to be some hard white spots appearing on the levers. The entertainment room also needs to be maintained. Overall , we still had a good stay nevertheless

Great hotel with even more great staff. It's hard to put a finger on anything about our stay, and one thing is for sure - never have we experienced such friendly, smiling and welcoming staff. I wish I could name all the staff, as we didn't experience a single staff member who didn't provide great service to us, but in particular I have to single out Shauri, who was truly amazing to us. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday absolutely fantastic. We can't wait to come back to all the great people who work here. Thank you very much!

The breakfast variety is too small, two points can be checked in, waiting for the stay, the waiter will not provide free drinking water. Service attitude is general, not as good as treating white people warmly.

Facilities: The hotel is on the island, there is no mobile phone signal, there is Starlink coverage, and the overall network is very good. You can take a boat to the island during high tide through the mainland, and use a tractor at low tide🚜 (novel experience) Sanitation: Clean and tidy Environment: The quality of tourists on the island is very high, you can see many washed islands, the rooms are very large, and there are a variety of room types to choose from. Service: The activity list is posted every day, including sea catching, single/double kayaking, diving, late night diving (qualification certificate required), yoga, sulfur mud bath, sunset island tour, mangrove adventure, fishing village life experience. Very colorful

From the moment we arrived at Pride Inn , we were impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service provided by the staff. It was clear that they understood the assignment – to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went the extra mile to cater to our needs.

Our family spent five nights here in a return visit because the beach front location is perfect.The staff are polite. However, unlike our previous visit, there were very few organized activities like Zumba, etc. Bahari Dhow has a lot of potential, but the management needs to spruce up the villas, improve the bathrooms, ensure kitchen is well stocked, linens upgraded, broken furniture replaced, etc. The management also needs to prioritize their residents over holidays and weekends. We were unable to use the pool because the hotel allows non-residents to pay and use the pool and it gets too crowded. If the hotel wishes to have public access swimming facilities, they should consider building a separate swimming pool in the grounds by the entrance to ensure that residents can enjoy the facilities throughout their stay.

Unser Aufenthalt war im Allgemeinen recht angenehm in der Anlage. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir nett willkommen geheißen mit einem kühlen Drink. Der Rezeptionist konnte sogar deutsch sprechen, was das Ganze sehr angenehm bei der Ankunft für einige gestaltete. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit einer gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage. Auch für Insektenschutz wird vorgesorgt durch das Hotel mit einem Moskitonetz über dem Bett. Leider hatten wir die ersten 5 Tage kein warmes Wasser, aber durch das ansprechen wurde es behoben. Die Hotelanlage ist überschaubar mit vielen Palmen, grünen Büschen und Blumen, welches sich positiv auf die Optik auswirkt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber, da er jeden Abend gereinigt wird. Die Größe des Pools reicht auch aus für die Anlage. Die Liegemöglichkeiten am Strand sind überschaubar. Nicht zu viele Liegen aber auch nicht zu wenige. Man sieht zu jederzeit Wachpersonal, welche Verkäufer am Strand abhalten auf das Hotelgelände zu kommen und sie sorgen auch generell für Sicherheit (auch gegen die Affen). Das Buffet variiert täglich, es gibt auch immer traditionelle Küche dazu. Die Auswahl ist nicht riesig, aber dafür immer frisch! Das tolle am Buffet ist, dass kein tägliches fastfood serviert wird, sondern mehr gesundes Essen. Der täglich Fangfrische Fisch ist nur zu empfehlen. Die Servicekräfte sind generell freundlich und höflich, aber es gibt immer Ausnahmen. Leider sind an der Beachbar dauerhaft zwei oder drei Angestellte unhöflich und erwecken den Eindruck nicht arbeiten zu wollen. Aber der Rest der Truppe ist super nett. Was auch etwas zu wünschen übrig lässt, ist die Schnelligkeit des Servicepersonals. Am Stand befindet sich noch eine Massagelonge, welche sehr zu empfehlen ist! Für eine 30 minütige Rückenmassage bezahlt man schlappe 1500 KES und für eine Ganzkörpermassage für die selbe Zeit 2000 KES. Dann gibt es noch Häuschen das Freizeitangebote bietet, welches günstige Bootstouren zu den Sandbanken vereinbart. Aber es gibt auch Tagestouren und Tauchangebote, welche ich aber überteuert finde. Der Strand ist einfach ein Traum und das Meer ebenso. Klares warmes Wasser und weißer Sandstrand. Leider sind die Verkäufer am Strand super nervig, aber die versuchen auch nur über die Runden zu kommen.

The place was so nice and clean...clean rooms, friendly & organized workers, big up 💯 to Charles who sits at the Resort's Restaurant.. the swimming pool was also cool though it had some little problems. Generally the place was amazing..I enjoyed my stay, Nitarudi tena!😊😊

This was the perfect hotel for us. The buildings and decor are properly African rather than bland modern. The rooms are well appointed with everything you need and more. The real stars of the hotel are the staff. Absolutely brilliant, friendly and helpful, going the extra mile all the time. There are so many hotels offering a similar package and its the staff that make the difference - the Neptune staff would bring me back here in a flash. In the restaurant, Patrick and his team looked after us better than anywhere else we've ever been.

The hotel is beautiful, it should be a Swahili-style hotel, although I don't know what Swahili style is. There are also several restaurants and small shops in the hotel. There are also spa halls, environment, scenery, and food. Recommended. . There is Carrefour opposite the hotel door, which is very convenient. At the hotel, you can also report to the group to go to the sea to see the dolphins 🐬.

Older hotel located directly at the beach. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff lack basic training, the food quality is just average. The monkeys and birds sometimes help themselves from the guests' plates. Other hotels in a similar situation deal with this annoying problem in a better and more professional way. Basic drinks and ice cubes are often missing. The fridge was missing in the room and the cell phone system didn't work either. For a so-called four-star hotel with a corresponding price, one can expect a lot more in all respects. than just smiling staff. Unfortunately not to be recommended.
