"I stayed at Nook Style Niseko HANAZONO. The property is new, spotless, and has a serene atmosphere that made for a very comfortable stay. The rooms are stylish, allowing you to relax while feeling the natural beauty unique to Niseko. The staff were attentive and polite, which gave me great peace of mind. While the entire hotel exudes high quality, it isn't stuffy at all, making it a wonderful place to truly unwind. It's also conveniently located as a base for enjoying skiing and sightseeing in the HANAZONO area, and I think it's a great hotel for family trips or couples' getaways. If I get the chance, I would definitely love to stay here again."

"This hotel is great! The location is convenient, just a short walk to major attractions, which saves a lot of time whether you're taking a taxi or running errands. Overall, I think the environment is pretty good, but I did notice one small issue: there was quite a bit of dust on the clothes hangers in the room, which needs attention. Other areas seemed mostly fine, and it wasn't too uncomfortable to stay there. What I liked most was the breakfast; there was a wide variety of items. While there weren't many Western breakfast options, what they had was delicious."

"This was the most satisfying hotel on our Hokkaido trip. Although the facilities were a bit old, the service was absolutely perfect. 1. **Check-in experience:** We arrived around 1 PM by taxi from Hoshino Resorts (about 23,000 JPY). Unlike other Hokkaido hotels, the front desk didn't make us wait for the official check-in time. They promptly gave us our room cards, allowing us to drop off our luggage, rest a bit, and then head straight to the top floor for lunch, instead of going up and down. This was excellent. 2. **Dining experience:** Breakfast was on B1, and the milk was exceptionally good. For lunch, we had Italian food on the top floor. The taste was decent, and the view was fantastic, overlooking the picturesque landscape of Furano. The lunch service was also excellent. 3. **Room experience:** Finally, a duvet with a fully enclosed duvet cover! (In the previous days, including at Hoshino Resorts, the duvets were only half-covered, supposedly for 'environmental reasons' but actually for cost-saving. They would easily slip off, leaving you in direct contact with the potentially unclean duvet. The Furano Prince Hotel gets a thumbs-up for this!) The room was clean and tidy, and although not large, it could still accommodate a 30-inch suitcase. 4. **Surroundings:** It's a convenient 2-minute walk to Ningle Terrace and the cable car. There's also a lavender bus stop right outside the hotel, and you can buy tickets and check the schedule in the lobby. Although the hotel is a bit far from other Furano attractions, taxis and Uber are readily available and quick. I must commend the hotel's service again. I accidentally twisted my ankle on the steps leading down to Ningle Terrace one evening. My husband went to the front desk for help, and I saw hotel staff rushing out with a wheelchair and an ice pack, even when guests weren't looking. They were incredibly attentive and helpful, and I'm very, very grateful for that 🙏"

"Facilities: Absolutely fantastic! Cleanliness: As expected from a Japanese hotel, impeccable. Ambiance: Elegant. Service: Warm and welcoming. This hotel was our first stop on our trip to Japan and it completely exceeded our expectations. Although it was a bit pricey, my family of three all agreed it was worth every penny. It honestly made all the subsequent hotels on our trip feel just 'okay' in comparison. We chose the 'one night, two meals' plan, and the D-type room came with a hot spring bath. The sushi at dinner was incredible – far better than what you'd get at a high-end restaurant in a major city (where you'd pay around 1300 JPY per person), and even better than the sushi we had in Sapporo and Tokyo. Breakfast was extensive, and the staff were incredibly polite and enthusiastic. We will definitely be back and will book the same hotel and room type again. This is the first hotel I've ever felt compelled to recommend; it's so much better than anything you'd find back home! It's rare to find a hotel that makes you want to linger and return."

"This was a truly wonderful hotel. Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately struck by the beautiful artwork, which gave it an international feel. Both the trainees and the experienced staff at the front desk were incredibly polite and had excellent service attitudes. The rooms, and indeed the entire hotel, were clean and quiet. Even the sound of doors opening and closing was hushed. You could feel the thoughtfulness in every detail. The breakfast menu was extensive, and every dish was elaborately prepared and delicious. I dined there several times, trying both Japanese and Western options, but I couldn't try everything! I considered posting photos, but I decided against it, wanting to leave some surprises for future guests! The spa was spacious and relaxing. While there are other hotels in Sapporo with large spas, I personally found Hotel Monterey Edelhof to be more relaxing and enjoyable. When I told my family about it after returning home, they were so envious! I definitely plan to stay here again with my family next time."

"I was very satisfied with the inn! The food was delicious, the baths were great, and the private bedrock bath was amazing! There were two relaxation areas, and drinks were provided. There were magazines and books, so I was able to relax. I also liked that I could choose my amenities, and that they provided ones that were gentle on the skin! I also liked that they didn't offer excessive service, and instead took the stance that if I needed anything, please ask. As it appears to be an inn for women, there were many services that women would appreciate, and I would definitely like to return!"

"Location: If you couldn't book the hotel's free shuttle or the Kappa Liner bus, you can take rapid bus #7 or #8 from Sapporo city center to Daiichi Hotel Mae, and the hotel is right there. There's also a bus to Sapporo Ski Resort that stops at the same platform. Room Amenities: The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious, and it even had its own private hot spring bath. I booked a package that included breakfast and dinner. The food was just okay, but there was a self-service bar and some snacks."

"I had been here before covid and I fondly recalled how helpful, friendly and caring the team members were. Hence, I decided to return again. Pros- Ample Parking , Proximity to station Nakajima Koen, park. And if you don't mind taking a 10-15 mins quick walk can reach susukino stn as well. Housekeeping is good and clean. Some of the front desk staff speaks English and are always trying their best to assist. These staff deserves commendation. ( Couldn't get their names as the badge is in nihongo) The afternoon and night shifts male team is fantastic and patient. The furnishing in the room could help with some modern changes.. it's looking rustic now. My favourite part is the level 4 laundry room where it is so important to us to have clean and dry clothing. The restaurants in the hotel standard seems to have declined. The Unagi one is average , the farm to table is lacking in traffic and it's not the same as in 2018/2019. Maybe the kitchen team had left or something happened to the ingredients used. But no issue as there are so much more to have and try in Sapporo city! Would return again if we are ever going to Sapporo. The service attitude received is welcoming and warm."
