RS Hotel Karam Palace

Overall the service is good, especially the waiters in restaurant, the maintenance workers, they are polite and friendly. Much appreciated their service. Only 3 ladies in reception were not good of service due to reconfirming my booking more than 5 times! This is not acceptable! I already provided the booking number by your email but still found my booking, very annoying and wasting my time to visit reception due to they blocked my access card of room.

No Fridge in rooms and it is August!!! It’s 2023!! This hotel was quiet a distance away from any restaurants and shops. No local corner shops whatsoever! 10 minutes walk to only 1 restaurant sun restaurant and 20 mins walk to city centre. It’s nice inside with a big pool but that was full of white bits!! Never saw pool getting cleaned! Some staff used to stare at you while going past. No cups or mugs for breakfast as they needed washing every morning , Breakfast tasted very nice but 2 choices of same fruit every day which is big orange and apple. A busy hotel tho.

Perfect location for those who are not keen on staying in a tent/camp but want to be at the foot of the dunes. Pick-up from the bus station was free. Breakfast was filling. Views are unmatched.

Located on the edge of the desert, the location is excellent, convenient for off-road vehicles and camels to enter the desert. The hotel environment is very nice and distinctive, the swimming pool garden is beautiful and comfortable, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, considerate and humorous. The food in the restaurant tastes very good. Recommend staying at this hotel.

There is a hotel if you take a taxi from the airport for about 10 minutes. The hotel staff were friendly, the facilities were tidy and the room did not smell. This is great if the facilities are so good. Very quiet hotel and the village scenery in Erasidia overlooking the hotel garden in the morning is beautiful. I think it's okay to go if I rested once.

It’s a relatively formal business hotel in the area. The biggest drawback is that there is no elevator... and the luggage is going to be awkward. . . The advantage is close to the Supratour bus stop but far from the city centre. If you want to go to Acun, the hotel can help to call the chartered car, 300MAD two people, the 7-seat car on the same day we both, and the driver is super good, but also take us to visit Acun free, people are also very handsome ~

It is a five-star hotel, but the facilities are slightly old, the room WiFi is sometimes not available, breakfast is the simplest in my entire trip, I don't know if it is because of the small number of guests. Looking at the staff a lot, but there are bird shit on the pool and chairs. More than 2,000 nights of room rate, too worthless

The Suite Suite on the top floor is great, with a large public balcony and a separate small balcony, overlooking most of Ouarzazate's downtown area due to its high terrain. At the same time, this room is also the room Lin Zhiling and his party have lived in! The boss is very enthusiastic and highly recommended to experience the slow-paced life here.

1.**Excellent location, convenient to visit** The hotel is located in the center of Warzat, very close to **Atlas Studios (Atlas Studios)** and **Abenhadu Ancient City (Ait Ben Haddou), and it is very convenient to drive or charter a car. We contacted the local Chinese tour guide **Lin Tingchao tour guide (WeChat: ***********)** in advance, he helped arrange the desert group and pick-up, the service is very reliable! 2.**Spacious room with complete facilities** Our suite with kitchen and terrace is suitable for families or friends. The bed was comfortable, the WiFi was stable, the bathroom had plenty of hot water and was more spacious than many European hotels. 3.**Moroccan style + modern comfort** The hotel design combines Berber style and modern elements. The terrace can see the sunset of the Atlas Mountains and the photos are particularly beautiful! 4. **Good service and smooth communication** The front desk English is good and also helped recommend local restaurants. In addition, if you plan to go to the Sahara Desert, you can find **Guide Lin (WeChat: ***********)** to arrange a private group, which is more cost-effective than the hotel quotation.

The hotel is elegantly decorated and the rooms are very cozy. Very clean too. The waiter's attitude is very good and the efficiency is very high. Breakfast prepared for us included milk, coffee tea, Moroccan bread, and omelettes. And French bread. I travel with my parents. The hotel owner said that if the elderly have difficulty with their legs and feet, they can deliver their breakfast to their rooms. We thought we might as well forget it, and the family sat in the lobby and had breakfast together. Because the hotel does not have an elevator. It is not convenient for the elderly to go upstairs. The hotel owner kept saying sorry, sorry, sorry. But they have an elevator that can take luggage to the second floor. When checking in and checking out, the waiters help carry the luggage. The only drawback is that there are not many businesses around the hotel in a relatively remote area, and there is nothing to visit.
