Mexico is close to the border, this is the closest resort, the environment is very good, the food is really great. And in the middle of the night, I want to party in the hotel, don’t worry about danger.

This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need. The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back.

There's a woman with glasses at the hotel's front desk. She's incredibly enthusiastic, kind, and very helpful. I'm truly glad she works at this hotel.

I stayed here for two months and it was a great hotel. The executive suite also has free breakfast and executive lounge access. If you want to come to Tijuana, this is a good choice.

The young man who was at the reception on July 19, at night is not kind at all. It is the first face that guests see when they arrive so that they don't greet, smile, not welcome. It is only asked if you have a reservation, the guest's name; to deliver the key and say the room number. That's all. It leaves much to desire in terms of friendliness and friendliness. The facilities are generally well, except for the glass door of the entrance. A door of 2 huge glass sheets, which should be automatic, but which do not work and put guests to be opening and closed (with much effort) each time they need to enter or leave the hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. It is incredible that they have not been able to repair them, or at least leave them open so that guests can enter and saliv easily and have not been fighting. This leaves a very bad impression of the hotel. The breakfast is very rich and well served. The very friendly, clean and well-made servant in his work.

The room is well-equipped, and there is a light fragrance as soon as you enter the door. The front desk service attitude is very good. Today we had an early morning flight, and we took an Uber and waited for a long time, but the car didn't come. Because it was too early, the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us ask his colleagues to take us to the airport for free. I am very grateful. During the day, the hotel provides free airport transportation. It made guests feel at home! Good reviews

GGuest UserAfter an extensive, comprehensive evaluation of the hotel, here is my all-embracing review. Nestling off the bustling main artery, the hotel presents an intriguing blend of tranquility and proximity - a feasible oasis in the city that never sleeps. Whisked away from the vying sounds and frenzied pace of the city, I was quite stirred by the subtle charm the location exuded. However, the first impression that the undersized lobby casts is reasonably disappointing. A scanty, compact 300 square feet area, serves as the reception to this behemoth of 30 plus rooms. The minute scale of the lobby conveys a sense of congestion and leaves you yearning for a breath of spaciousness. This confined area undoubtedly generates an air of claustrophobic discomfort. It's a flimsy prelude to the expanse that a 30-bedroom hotel should authentically represent. A walk through the confined corridors leads you to the rooms which, regrettably, also echo the narrative of limitation. As you move deeper into the quarters, the crimped dimensions unfold rather starkly. One can't help but consider the bathrooms as a mere afterthought. Suited to the needs of a minimalist, their size threatens to confine rather than accommodate. With showers that barely offer free movement, it's a restroom experience that is far from luxurious. Furthermore, the room size itself epitomizes compact living. The accommodations, restricted in their realm, leave scant room for sprawling comfort. However, it's worth mentioning that for lone travelers or those with a penchant for coziness, the small room size can be a unique allure. On a brighter note, this diamond in the rough does hold a surprising facet at its zenith. The roof of the hotel unfolds a panoramic view of the urban tapestry. Eyes meeting the skyline, skyscrapers standing tall like guard posts, and the city lights dancing to the beats of a never-ending nightlife, endow an unforgettable experience. Therefore, despite the hotel's petite dimensions and limited amenities, this aspect proves to be an intriguing silver lining. Thus, to encapsulate, the hotel encapsulates an interesting dichotomy - of limited space and extensive views. It's an experience that tests your penchant for comfort against your desire to be close to the city's arterial pulse. Undoubtedly, this hotel might not be the epitome of luxury, yet it offers elements that appeal to certain tastes while enhancing one's city stay with invaluable city vistas.

GGuest UserWell, knowing that this hotel belongs to the Marriott family, it is surprisingly basic. Of course clean but with little care in the interior, the lights the way the customer is received, in general, small things make life better, and here at this Marriott could have been improved very easily. In Tijuana people travel by Uber or taxis from the hotel for many reasons, especially because of poor public transportation, thus, customers wait in the hotel lobby for their taxis, and many customers can coincide at the same time, and there is only a sofa and two armchairs (3 squeezed and 2 like Winston Churchill in single seats) and nowhere else to rest yourself or your bags. This is making the experience a bit off a sort of train station-ish platform. The breakfast is acceptable, providing all you need, but the the dinning area is very dark, badly lighted, to be honest you can’t hardly guess the time at all. The furniture there is very cheap, and doesn’t make you feel I want to read tye newspaper while having breakfast but I just want to finish and leave this 7/11 store. I am sure that I might sound a bit picky, but I am not, it is very easy to make small changes, non expensive that can improve the whole experience greatly. It is a Not a cheap place to stay, let’s remember this.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay with a few minor exceptions. Unfortunately the TV in our room didn’t work eventhough it was connected to wifi. The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to use our personal phones. The shower head is a rainfall type, but the water sprayed out in all directions instead of straight down which made it a little tricky to shower. The rooms have a system in which the room key is required to have electricity in the whole room. If you take it off, everything turns off. That means you can’t leave things charging unless you get a second key? We also were told that we could check out later the day off, but that was not an option because the hotel was so booked. Even though there were a few icks, it was overall a nice place to stay. The staff are very friendly and respectful. The bed is comfortable, the sheets smell great, the rooms are very clean, and the building is beautiful! It has a 5ft pool and a small jacuzzi (no bubbles) just warmer water than the pool. Pool water is great temperature. There is also a spa and massage services on the very first floor! Overall a nice place and I’d recommend it!

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, about 3 kilometers from the US border, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. It is within 1 km from the bar street and 400 to 500 meters from Revolution Avenue, which can be walked. The room is really big and the hygiene is OK. When I first entered the room, I felt that the smell was a bit strong but it was acceptable. After a while, I may get used to it. Please note that the hotel does not have luggage storage service. When I was about to check out, I asked the front desk and found out that I could not store my luggage. They said there was no place. I asked if there was any other place to store my luggage, but they didn’t know. Later, I had to pay 20 US dollars to delay the check-out until 3 pm.

Although breakfast is included, it costs nearly $30 for two people. interesting. As long as you eat in the cafeteria, you have to attach it. I don't understand how the Mexicans counted. The breakfast included in the hotel is only 2 slices of bread, coffee and fruit.

GGuest UserHotel is a on a nice little area. There were no huge issues but also nothing above the ordinary. Our cabanas were clean. 4 of their 6 houses are by the pool, working WiFi, electronic doors and rooftop decks. The other two houses are in a gulch, with sliding access doors that don’t really work and keys that don’t really lock. WiFi doesn’t work down there. Funny enough there is no cell reception either. If you need to work, go elsewhere. There is no check in or staff anywhere. If I was in one of the other units it probably would’ve been a 4/5. This place is probably worth $100 a night. 200-300 is overpriced in my opinion
