"Best accomodation ever had to Kuantan. Excellent vacation with seaview room in village 1. Came to celebrate my son's 1year-old birthday. Staff reception is top notch, checking process is smooth. Breakfast has plenty of choice, with fresh juices and coffee machine served. Crowded with people on Sunday morning. Beds are comfy and clean. Walking distance to restaurants within the compound. The staff at restaurant are friendly and kind, gave us complementary slice cake for my boy's birthday.We loved the dining experience.
The only thing to improve is the small fridge in hotel. It can be colder for us to store breast milk and to keep the ice gel packs frozen, please upgrade the fridge to have freezer so that we could keep milk well along journey back."

"Location is good, not far from most attractions in Kuantan. The hotel surrounding area is more quiet compare to staying in city centre. Room is spacious. This hotel is like service apartment style. Indoor car park available. Staff service is so-so only, nothing spectacular, not up to 4-star standard. There is a swimming pool but it's sharing with residents in the service apartment. Buffet breakfast is good but nothing to shout about. Overall still consider not bad and we may consider to stay again if there's chance returning to Kuantan in near future."

"Beautiful British-style resort with a charming colonial design and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are lovely, and there are plenty of amenities. The gym is quite nice, and the highlight for us was definitely the afternoon tea. We also enjoyed playing pool in the lounge area.
The only downside was the breakfast service. Some staff came across as a little passive-aggressive and impatient when we mistakenly said the wrong item from the menu. The service could definitely be warmer and more understanding.
Overall, a beautiful and relaxing stay with great ambiance."

"Colmar Tropicale is so beautiful! The view is amazing, feels like you are really in France. The buildings are colorful and perfect for photos.

"We had a wonderful 3D2N family stay at Swiss-Garden Beach Resort Kuantan. The resort is very family-friendly and perfect for those travelling with children.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We also requested connecting rooms on the same level, and the staff did their best to accommodate our request, which we really appreciated.
The beach is beautiful and easily accessible, and the swimming pools were the highlight for our kids. There were plenty of facilities for families, and the environment was relaxing.
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service was excellent.

"This hotel had been on our list for a long time, and it certainly lived up to our expectations. From the outside, it looks a little dated and even slightly intimidating, but once we stepped into our room, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was beautifully designed with a modern and romantic touch, and it was exceptionally clean.
We stayed in a one-bedroom unit. Although there was an event that continued until around midnight, it did not affect our stay at all. Once we closed the bedroom door, the room was well insulated and we could hardly hear any noise. The only minor issue was that the ceiling fan was a little noisy.
We also ordered room service, and the food was delicious. While the prices were on the higher side, that is to be expected for a hotel of this standard. The view from the room was absolutely spectacular, overlooking lush greenery and giving the feeling of being surrounded by a forest.
One thing to be mindful of is the monkeys. Avoid opening the windows, as they may enter the room, and try not to carry bags openly while walking along the corridors, as the monkeys are known to grab them.
The breakfast was good, although we felt the selection could be improved with a wider variety of choices.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The beautiful surroundings, comfortable room and peaceful atmosphere made for a memorable experience. We would definitely consider returning in the future."

What I liked most about the hotel was the ease and flexibility in dealing with guests. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and the staff were polite, cooperative, and hassle-free, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel also stood out for its excellent cleanliness, warm hospitality, high-quality service, and beautiful location surrounded by nature, tranquility, and the refreshing atmosphere of Fraser's Hill.
I would like to thank the hotel management and all the staff for their great hospitality and dedication to the guests' comfort. I highly recommend staying here, and God willing, it will be one of my top choices when I visit Fraser's Hill again.

GGuest UserLots of small cockroaches, everywhere in the room and kitchen, but couldn't find the source. It seemed like our unit hadn't been occupied for a long time because I kept sneezing when we first came in, and I had to clean the dust myself. The view is beautiful, truly beautiful. Everything else is okay and just like the photos. There's also laundry available, and many restaurant choices nearby. It's just that the kids were scared by the small cockroaches.

HHAO GERMy stay at Oakwood Cameron Highlands was truly exceptional and easily ranks among the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and has a wonderfully comforting atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed and at home from the moment you arrive.
A special mention goes to Angeline Khor, Guest Service Manager, for going above and beyond by specially arranging a hotpot dinner for us outside the usual schedule. This unexpected and thoughtful gesture genuinely touched us and made us feel incredibly warm and welcome throughout our stay. It was not just about the dinner, but the sincere effort and personal attention that made the experience so memorable.
The hotel’s contemporary interiors, inviting ambience, and comfortable surroundings make it a wonderful place for a getaway. As the property is still relatively new, there are naturally a few minor details that could be fine-tuned, but these are small matters that do little to take away from an otherwise outstanding experience.
A heartfelt thank you to Angeline Khor, Simon Yu (General Manager), and the entire team for making our stay so special. The genuine hospitality and thoughtful service are what truly set this hotel apart. With such a beautiful property and a team that genuinely cares about its guests, Oakwood Cameron Highlands has the potential to be a benchmark for hospitality in the region.

Mr. Jalil also was very friendly and ver2 helpful in many matters, from the registration process, arranging our room even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, and even lending me a ball to play at the beach and as well as other matters throughout my family’s stay until we checked out.
At the café,Mr. Shahrizal provided useful information and assisted us with the good breakfast arrangements,
This is my third time staying here. There have been many improvements made by the management based on the feedback I gave during my previous stays, and I am very satisfied. I will definitely come again in the future.
I would also like to thank the other staff, especially the security guard who helped me with delivering our bags to the room.
The resort atmosphere is calm and clean, the café is beautiful and comfortable, and the facilities provided—such as the gym, kids’ pool, and clean restrooms—are excellent. The beach is also peaceful and beautiful, perfect for relaxation.

Now, let me tell you about our stay. A vacation at Tunamaya isn't what you'd call a typical beach holiday, as popular with Russian tourists. But, of course, people don't come to Tioman for that anyway. The nature here is incredibly beautiful, with views of the jungle and mountains – every time I walked to the restaurant from our bungalow, my heart soared with gratitude and awe at the beauty! It truly is a vacation for the soul!
The resort also offers diving and snorkeling equipment, a glass-bottom boat, and kayaks. There's an outdoor sports area where my husband exercised daily. And, of course, the cool, scenic poolside overlooking the sea was a great pleasure.
We also discovered a beach near and beyond the second, currently inactive pier. It's perfectly fine for swimming in clear water and taking beautiful photos. The views of the massive boulders and monoliths reminded us of the Seychelles, only the sea there was always calm. My husband and elder son also hiked through the village to the waterfall, bringing back many beautiful photos and impressions!
As for suggestions – I'd recommend sprucing up and beautifying the grounds. Some railings along the beach path are broken, and there are old pieces of furniture lying around.
I also wasn't very pleased with the condition of the toilet near the pool; I sincerely hope you find the means to do some cosmetic renovations there.
A pleasant bonus of being on the island was encountering the mischievous monkeys and monitor lizards. Despite the repellents, they found ways to roam the grounds, and that's wonderful because we are guests in their home! They are the true aboriginals of Tioman.

AAh Xian1511Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and the overall value for money was quite good. I was pretty satisfied during my stay, making it a great choice for travelers.
The only minor drawback was that no cutlery, such as forks, spoons, and plates, was provided in the room. It was a bit inconvenient if you wanted to buy food and eat in. Hopefully, the hotel will consider providing basic tableware in the future to make the stay even more convenient for guests. All in all, it was still a good stay and definitely worth recommending!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and generally well maintained. The hotel environment was also nice and relaxing, making it a good place to unwind and enjoy a short getaway.
The breakfast was acceptable, although the selection was quite limited and could be improved with more variety. Nevertheless, the food was sufficient for a simple breakfast.

One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the balcony. Although the weather was cloudy and misty during my stay, the scenery still looked amazing, with the clouds creating a peaceful and dreamy atmosphere. The view had a unique charm, even though the cloudy weather limited visibility.
