"Pros: The breakfasts are really great — a variety of fruits, meats, fish. There are fresh juices, good coffee. The quality is above average. The mattresses and bed are comfortable. The room on the 10th floor had a heater — it helped dry clothes after walking in the humid climate of Vladivostok. Cons: The main discomfort was moving. Every time, when extending the stay, you had to vacate the room and move to another, even if the same category was booked. This took time and created inconvenience — things were packed in a hurry, some remained damp. The hotel positions itself as a 4-star, but in fact — a solid 3+. The rooms have not been renovated for about 15 years. The doors and walls are tired. I was also surprised that when booking through a Chinese website, they provide a higher room category, although in the Russian system it is considered the same. This creates a feeling of double standards. Bottom line: If you book in advance at the reduced price (~3000₽), this is an acceptable option. At full price, it's rather overpriced. The staff is polite, but the system for handling extensions needs to be revised. ⸻"

This is a 19th century building where history meets modernity, and the atmosphere of a sea fortress city is combined with comfort and style. Our aparthotel occupies a unique townhouse-style building that has preserved the spirit of the tsarist times.
"It took about two hours to get the access codes for the room and the hotel. During this time, I was denied the Wi-Fi password (they said it would come with the other codes). Meanwhile, attempts to reach staff on the only number provided in the contacts for 20 or 30 minutes were unsuccessful (no one answered). Without a reception desk, there was simply no way to contact the hotel in this situation, and I couldn't figure out where the staff member physically was during that time. The only available person I could find was a barista in a mini-coffee shop, who couldn't help me at all and just suggested I keep calling the number. The staff member never called back themselves, meaning missed calls aren't checked (or are ignored). They finally picked up on the 4th attempt. After that, the code issue was resolved instantly. According to the staff member, the delay was caused by a system freeze. This means if they had monitored the whole process during check-in, this situation wouldn't have happened. On the plus side, physical access to the room was granted immediately with the staff's own code. Thanks for that, I didn't have to sit in the lobby for two hours."

"This hotel boasts excellent design. The nearly 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic views. We caught a beautiful sunset over the city streets on our first day, and it was lovely to sit by the window and watch. We chose the triple suite, and the hotel thoughtfully made up the sofa bed. The room was spacious with plenty of comfortable seating, plus a massage rocking chair perfect for relaxing after a journey. I also really liked the cafe on the first floor; the prices were reasonable, and both the seafood and cakes were delicious. It's a popular spot where local students go to study and have coffee."

"Hello. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the city center. This isn't our first stay here. The hotel is old, even after renovation. We booked a room with a bay view, and I've attached photos. It's literally a 5-minute walk to the train and sea stations on Aleutskaya Street, and about a 10-minute leisurely stroll to the Government Square, which is Svetlana Street. We booked the room through Trip.ru. Even with some discounts, it was still expensive – 5150 rubles per night. The room itself is spacious, equipped with a wardrobe, nightstand, TV with remote, a double bed, a coffee table with two armchairs, two bedside tables, a dressing table with a mirror, an electric kettle, two tea sets with spoons, and a refrigerator. The bathroom has a toilet, a bathtub with a shower, a sink, a mirror, a hairdryer, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, and multi-use soap and shower gel dispensers built into the wall. There's no shampoo or conditioner, but there is toilet paper. However, there are no tissues in the room. Disposable slippers are provided upon check-in. A big downside is that cleaning isn't done daily, and consequently, toiletries aren't replenished – we weren't aware of this. To get your room cleaned, you need to hang a sign (it's in the wardrobe). We did. Overall, for such a high price, daily cleaning and replenishment of sanitary and hygiene supplies should definitely be standard."

"The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night. The location was super convenient, within walking distance to most of the city's attractions. Breakfast was Western style; not a huge variety, but perfectly adequate. I found it quite enjoyable, and I especially loved the yogurt. For the wraps, I recommend the meat filling and would skip the cherry one (it was too sweet). The fried eggs had a slightly sweet taste, which I was fine with."

"I've traveled to many countries and stayed in countless hotels, but this is the first time I've ever encountered staff going through a guest's luggage. On the first day, my room wasn't cleaned. The second day, I asked the front desk to send someone to clean it, and when I returned, I noticed some of my belongings had been 'cleaned out' too. First, I realized some fruit was missing from the table. Then I immediately checked the snacks I bought at the supermarket and found two entire bags of purple candy were gone (I bought five bags in total, and only three were left). I can only assume that maybe other items were just one bag each, making them more obvious to steal. The purple candy, however, was five bags, and if I hadn't been careful enough, I might not have noticed their theft. The next day, worried the same thing would happen, I put all my belongings into my suitcase and zipped it up before leaving the room, even taking a picture of the zipper's position. When I returned, I checked the zipper, and sure enough, it had been tampered with again. Although nothing was actually stolen this time, is this the kind of service a hotel should provide? The hotel environment itself is excellent, but staff like this truly bring shame to the establishment. I felt completely unsafe staying there. Also, hotel amenities are only provided on the night of check-in and are not replenished by staff. A word of caution to future guests: keep a close eye on your valuables. The hotel's environment is otherwise impeccable."

A beautiful new hotel right in the heart of Vladivostok. Impeccable service, the room is perfectly equipped, and you'll find a sweet treat waiting for you upon check-in. There's a washing machine, even laundry detergent and conditioner, which is a big plus for me. The housekeeper brings a cookie, a small gesture, but a nice one. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The hotel has a very pleasant aroma, like expensive perfume. Definitely worth the money. My husband and I visited the steak restaurant on the 14th floor and were very satisfied. I recommend it for those who value comfort, attention, and care.

Seeing that there are very few Chinese reviews for this hotel, I decided to add one for Chinese travelers to Vladivostok. The hotel isn't located in the city center, but in a local residential area. It's convenient for seeing the bridge at night, and a taxi to the city center takes less than 10 minutes and costs around 200 rubles (about ten yuan). The advantages are that it's very quiet and fairly clean. The rooms are only on the first and second floors shown in the pictures, not the entire building. The rooms are considered large for a budget hotel in Vladivostok; compared to other budget hotels like Equatorial, Tepro, and Primoye, they are quite spacious, around 20 square meters. The room has a refrigerator, disposable toiletries, shampoo and shower gel, a towel warmer, a safe, and free Wi-Fi with decent speed. I didn't try the breakfast, so I don't know what it was like. Overall, it's decent, and at around 260 yuan per night, it's relatively good value for money.

This is an excellent hotel in the city center, within walking distance of the train station, the embankment, banks, currency exchange offices, and cafes. We would give the service an even higher rating if we could. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly; they greeted us warmly and quickly processed everything we needed for our stay. They also provided a tourist brochure. A coffee machine is available 24/7 in the buffet area, and the room has a kettle and teacups. The breakfasts are of excellent quality, and the menu changes daily, with delicious dishes. The room is compact but has everything you need. The windows open (it was important for us to be able to air out the room from outside). The bed is comfortable, and there's a hairdryer and even a heater. They also helped us easily prepare the accommodation document for our expense report.

When I went there was the end of May, in fact, the weather was still a bit cold, the temperature difference between morning and evening was large, but there was heating and air conditioning in the room (the previous Xiaohongshu said no, but there is, I don’t know if it is newly installed), my room is on the first floor. Next to the stairs, In addition to someone coming in and out of the building, it was a bit noisy. Other times were not bad. My room window was the main entrance. The scenery was very good. There was an Istanbul restaurant near the hotel (just at the door). There was a delicious dessert shop across the road. Within 10 minutes of walking, it was the Golden Cape Bay Bridge. 20 minutes walk to Fountain Square and Victory Square. The front desk can change rubles (exchange rate 1:10) The room is also very spacious, two people are enough. Overall good, praise ～

The first night, I booked a room directly at the front desk for 4000 rubles without breakfast. The room was a bit small but still around 40 square meters, which is considered quite large in Vladivostok. Compared to the nearby Novotel, which costs about 1000 RMB per night, it's really incomparable. The next day, I used points on Ctrip to extend my stay for another night for only 350 RMB, also without breakfast. They upgraded me to a large sea-view suite, room 406, which was 60 square meters. There's a bus stop right outside, making it very convenient for getting around. Definitely worth recommending!

Good location, very close to the Million and central streets, where there is an opportunity to walk, eat or buy something - many are open until late in the evening. The room has a fan and a minimum-equipped kitchen corner - a teapot, a microwave, a couple of cups, and a table. Very good hotel, the location is not particularly downtown, next to the cable car, but in the middle of the mountain, so the view is invincible, but you need to book a view room, or you can see it on the viewing platform outside the room building. The room is large, the facilities are good, and there is an electric toilet. It is definitely a very good hotel here in Vladivostok. The scale is relatively small, not the kind of large hotel.
