"It took about two hours to get the access codes for the room and the hotel. During this time, I was denied the Wi-Fi password (they said it would come with the other codes). Meanwhile, attempts to reach staff on the only number provided in the contacts for 20 or 30 minutes were unsuccessful (no one answered). Without a reception desk, there was simply no way to contact the hotel in this situation, and I couldn't figure out where the staff member physically was during that time. The only available person I could find was a barista in a mini-coffee shop, who couldn't help me at all and just suggested I keep calling the number. The staff member never called back themselves, meaning missed calls aren't checked (or are ignored). They finally picked up on the 4th attempt. After that, the code issue was resolved instantly. According to the staff member, the delay was caused by a system freeze. This means if they had monitored the whole process during check-in, this situation wouldn't have happened. On the plus side, physical access to the room was granted immediately with the staff's own code. Thanks for that, I didn't have to sit in the lobby for two hours."

"The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night. The location was super convenient, within walking distance to most of the city's attractions. Breakfast was Western style; not a huge variety, but perfectly adequate. I found it quite enjoyable, and I especially loved the yogurt. For the wraps, I recommend the meat filling and would skip the cherry one (it was too sweet). The fried eggs had a slightly sweet taste, which I was fine with."

"This hotel is centrally located by the sea, not far from the pedestrian street, cathedral, and train station. There's a steep uphill walk from the train station to the hotel, then you go down a slope behind the hotel to reach the main entrance. From the hotel's front entrance, you can go down the steps directly to the fountain. If you go around the building next door, you can get to the main dining hall quicker. I recommend setting your Yandex Taxi destination to the cinema downstairs. Some Russian drivers can't find the hotel's main entrance, but Chinese drivers can always find it. I stayed for four nights and didn't experience any noise issues. On weekends, there was music playing outside, but once the windows were closed, you could barely hear it. Breakfast was also good and varied daily. There was always bread, ham, and cheese, with rice, pasta, and stew as rotating options. The room was cleaned every day. The front desk was always helpful, assisting with requests for razors, tissues, towel changes, luggage storage, and so on. Overall, I highly recommend staying here when visiting Vladivostok."

"I rarely write hotel reviews, but this hotel truly brought me a lot of comfort during my stay in Vladivostok. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and I could easily walk from the sports harbor to Omlet Station for lunch, then just around the corner back to the hotel. It's a bit of a walk to the Lenin Monument and the city center square, about a 10-minute walk. Breakfast was very inexpensive (only 2 rubles more than the no-breakfast option), but the variety was abundant and changed daily. I had different fried rice/spaghetti with meat sauce every day, along with various side dishes, toast, jam, ham and bacon, cheese and butter, cocoa balls soaked in milk, and some dishes I didn't recognize (like two kinds of powdery, sweet but not cloying flatbreads, which I especially loved)... The happiest moments in Vladivostok were waking up for breakfast each day, because once I went to the city center for meals, I found the food options difficult to choose from—expensive and not to my taste. The front desk staff weren't impatient and extended my stay several times. The cleaning lady greeted me, and occasionally a young man in the restaurant would smile at me. I think this is quite rare in Russia. The day before checking into this hotel, I spent two-fifths of the price to stay with a friend in a hostel 30 minutes' walk from the city center, and the receptionist there was really unfriendly. After my friend left, I switched to this hotel. In comparison, I think this hotel was definitely worth booking. I stayed four nights, averaging 250 RMB per day, which is very expensive in Vladivostok. However, I wasn't too concerned about many details of the accommodation; the only slightly annoying issue was the weak water pressure in the shower – it would just drip after turning on the hot water. "This was my second day at the front desk. The receptionist wasn't as friendly as the previous receptionist. After checking out at noon, I found out that the previous receptionist had upgraded me to a business king room, and I couldn't check in directly when extending my stay. I checked out at noon and couldn't check back in until 2 PM. So I had to move all my luggage out again. The whole experience was terrible."

"Wifi is really difficult to use, and there is no signal at night. Check-in is relatively fast, the elevator is very small, two, can accommodate up to four people (without luggage), we live on the five floors, the corridor is quite long, there is a water dispenser to drink water for free. "The facilities are outdated, the house is damp, there is no air conditioning, and the bed is crooked when it returns to 20 years ago. There was a horn in the room, and we still guessed what it was. On the last night of my stay, I started to play the alarm as soon as I fell asleep at night. I was bilingual in Russia and English. I asked to evacuate the building urgently. I pulled the child to wrap a coat and went downstairs. I went to the first floor and told us that it was okay, and I didn't say the reason. I didn't dare to take the elevator, climbed 8 floors upstairs, and came again after half an hour. This time I learned from my Chinese compatriots that someone was cooking triggered a sense of smoke. The Russian service staff did not explain at all. The Badger was blunt and impatient to say ”It's okay.” At this time, I learned that she could speak a few words in Chinese and English. I had been telling me Russian before. The room rate of more than 600 nights is not as good as the more than 100 rooms in the northeast."

Seeing that there are very few Chinese reviews for this hotel, I decided to add one for Chinese travelers to Vladivostok. The hotel isn't located in the city center, but in a local residential area. It's convenient for seeing the bridge at night, and a taxi to the city center takes less than 10 minutes and costs around 200 rubles (about ten yuan). The advantages are that it's very quiet and fairly clean. The rooms are only on the first and second floors shown in the pictures, not the entire building. The rooms are considered large for a budget hotel in Vladivostok; compared to other budget hotels like Equatorial, Tepro, and Primoye, they are quite spacious, around 20 square meters. The room has a refrigerator, disposable toiletries, shampoo and shower gel, a towel warmer, a safe, and free Wi-Fi with decent speed. I didn't try the breakfast, so I don't know what it was like. Overall, it's decent, and at around 260 yuan per night, it's relatively good value for money.

The location is very convenient, with mini marts, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby. It’s also easy to get to most tourist attractions. Breakfast is okay if you’re not too picky, and it starts from 8am. However, the facilities are not well maintained. There was a large hole in front of the bed, which was covered with a pillow. We were quite shocked when we saw it and weren’t sure if it was intentional. Communication with the staff in English was a bit difficult, so we just used a bedsheet to cover it ourselves. The mattress and pillows were also not very comfortable, and the door lock was broken. If you’re staying for just one night as a short transit, I would recommend it. But for a longer stay, I would suggest adding a bit more budget for a better option, as the overall experience did not meet expectations given the rating on Trip.

1. The hotel's facilities are quite new. The air conditioning cools down quickly, and there's an elevator available for guests (some online reviews incorrectly claimed it was only for luggage). 2. The service, however, was just average. Julia was excellent and very responsible. Even after a disagreement when we were leaving, she still helped us put our luggage on the conveyor belt. When another guest lost an inexpensive towel, she was profusely apologetic and very thoughtful. However, because Julia was dealing with the towel issue when we arrived to check in, we were stuck with the poor service from the male manager at the front desk. In China, front desk managers are usually more skilled than regular staff, but this manager's professionalism was very low. During check-in, he wouldn't let me stand at the front desk, instead telling me to wait for him in the restaurant for five minutes. Twenty minutes passed, and he still hadn't told us that the check-in process was actually complete. I had to go back to the front desk to ask, and it was only when Julia happened to turn around and see our already processed room cards that we were able to check in. He also kept pointing at words on the wall and saying ”lift, lift” – was he trying to teach me English words? Shouldn't he have pointed towards the elevator or directly shown guests where it was at that point?! 3. Our dispute centered on the room type. I booked the room based on the pictures of a premium room, so the hotel should have given me the room shown in the pictures. If there was going to be a difference upon actual check-in, they should have informed me in advance. But the male manager didn't say anything! Anyway, we were only staying for one night, and I couldn't be bothered to pursue it further. I just complained a bit to Julia and then canceled our subsequent bookings.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and the city center, with all major amenities and attractions within walking distance. The hotel has a storage room, which is very convenient; you can leave your bags before or after checkout. The room is clean and small, but perfect for one person. There's a shower, a desk, a kettle, and mugs. There is also a laundry room, an ironing room, a hall with a microwave, and a water cooler. The view from the window overlooks the city and the sea, and it's beautiful! The staff is understanding and kind, offering to help and suggesting the best solutions.

This hotel is on the east side of Sukhanov Square, behind the facade of the street, and almost didn't find it at first. The environment is still very beautiful, the front desk speaks simple English, no deposit is required, but the front desk will copy your passport and white strips. The lobby is beautiful. No breakfast, the heating in the house is very sufficient, hot and no quilt. There are basic toiletries. There is an ashtray outside the hotel to allow smoking, and the indoor is strictly non-smoking or it will be fined. Check out before 12 o'clock.

The room is next to the flower shop, Very beautiful, because the roof is high, the space is very large. The bathroom is particularly comfortable to use. The bathrobes and slippers are very comfortable. There is a small refrigerator and oven. But I don't know and I didn't ask how many rooms, Maybe one, maybe somewhere else. Not a hotel with many rooms in the traditional sense. We booked in advance and stayed for 3 days. They can stay at 2 pm, If you arrive early and you can't find anyone, You can add the administrator's WeChat or whatsapp on the door. They came back to pick you up, about 100 meters away, There is their cafe to wait. If you need to clean, you can inform WeChat in advance. Otherwise they wouldn't come in and clean it without telling you, I love this . The overall feeling is very good 👍🏻

Very good hotel, the location is not particularly downtown, next to the cable car, but in the middle of the mountain, so the view is invincible, but you need to book a view room, or you can see it on the viewing platform outside the room building. The room is large, the facilities are good, and there is an electric toilet. It is definitely a very good hotel here in Vladivostok. The scale is relatively small, not the kind of large hotel.

Good hotel, I stay here not for the first time and will definitely return again. A quiet area, no noisy institutions, the main thing is that the neighbors behind the wall do not speak loudly)) but at the same time the beautiful location - many restaurants, embankment, bath, waiting station, cinema, everything in the walk of availability. The room has everything you need and even more - a pan, a spoon, shoe cream, shoes, coats, toiletries. Big shower, smart toilet. A chic view from the 3rd floor windows and from the 2nd floor is not bad either. From the downsides (they are not for me, as I come here easily): The hotel is in a alley (may be difficult to find a staircase to it), on a steep slope with suitcases will be difficult, as on the staircase inside the hotel (the elevator is not available). But the taxi is coming and your car can be put at the hotel, booking a place under it in advance
