For what the hotels worth, it’s a really good one. The beds are super comfy, the toilets are clean and the staff are helpful. Shuttle bus is provided for all 5 prayers to the Masjid. Used uber sometimes if I had other plans, and it’s affordable. Probably the only negative thing I experienced is that the wifi can be a bit unstable inside the room. Other than that, totally worth it.

Affordable hotel with quite good location near An Nabawi. The check in was smooth, very responsive CS for asking several things and booking code for nusuk matters, only by WhatsApp. The room is small and no window but we could get some rest here. There is a small restaurant near and affordable. Unfortunately, we left our plastic consists of our shoes at the lobby while catching pick up taxi to Makkah. My mistake but there was no good news about it. At the same day as we arrived at Makkah, directly contact the CS but no one saw it and they did not want to check the cctv. The hotel was very clean and well presented. For a three star hotel everything was a good standard. The location was the best . Only 15 minutes walk to masjid Nawabi. They provide shuttle bus to drop off and pick up every 30 minutes. The food was an additional, complimentary with the room. The breakfast during Ramadan is replaced by Iftar. Overall house keeping was very good and very attentive to your needs. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard with good quality towels and the bed sheets were 100% cotton. The bed were firm and very comfortable.

The hotel is good in terms of location, cleanliness and insulation, but the bad thing about it is the smell of hookah and smoke at the reception and between the rooms. I booked with a view and the employee said we don't have it‼️🤷🏻♂️

The hotel is super nice! Its clean and quite, the location in my opinion is also great as it is only a 10 min drive to the train station, and given how cheap it is, you can easily spend the extra bucks to uber back and forth to the city. The hotel is super new, the washroom is amazing!!!!! The bed sheets super clean and comfy! And the carpet is well cleaned and plush! I will definitely book again when come back.!!! The location is good, close to Elephant Rock and also near Winter Park, which is a tour pick-up point. However, getting from the room to the reception, pool, restaurant, spa, and fitness center requires a bit of a walk. Golf carts are available but often take a while to arrive. The shower was broken but was promptly fixed. Breakfast was delicious.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’accueil était chaleureux et le personnel toujours souriant, disponible et à l’écoute. La chambre était spacieuse, parfaitement propre et très confortable, avec une literie de grande qualité pour les deux chambres. L’emplacement est idéal, proche des commodités et facile d’accès au Masjid al Nabawi en moins de 5 minutes à pied. Toute la famille était extrêmement satisfaite de l’hôtel. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y retournerai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience.

I only got this hotel as my previous hotel cancelled on us 2 weeks before the arrival date. After reading some reviews online I was but concerned but stay at the hotel was peaceful as my family 5 of us stayed in one big room with 3 single beds and one king size bed. Breakfast was very good in the morning. Particularly one staff name Mubarak was very helpful and always was there if anything needed. So overall it was a good experience. Thank

Excellent location just north of Masjid Nabawi—about 7 minutes’ walk to the women’s entrance at the northeast corner. Clean and comfortable rooms with good internet. Staff are friendly, and service is consistently warm and professional. Ideal for pilgrims seeking convenience and comfort. Close to food outlets and shopping malls. There were initial glitches when the hotel said we did not have a booking. However, Trip.com agent helped clarify the issues promptly and checked in without problem. The receptionist even upgraded our room.
