MashaAllah, TabarakAllah – I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
The place is beautiful and very quiet, and the cleanliness is outstanding – everything was spotless.
I would especially like to thank the front desk staff member, Mr. Abdulrahman Hajili, for his exceptional professionalism and respectful attitude. He was truly courteous and helpful throughout my stay.
Thank you for such a pleasant experience – I look forward to staying here again, InshaAllah…
The soundproofing is poor. This is the first hotel I've ever encountered where you have to book a time for housekeeping, and even then, the cleanliness is just average.
Cleanliness: Average
Facilities: A bit old, and the shower area leaks a little.
Service: They offer a shuttle to the Grand Mosque, but other services are genuinely subpar.
Everything is excellent and clean .. Room space is excellent .. Location is near to airport and train. There was a little smell of smoking in the room, but once opened the window it's cleared in few minutes.
Location not so far from haram.. a lot of local youngster hangouts with friends to drink a coffee here.. I saw many girls hair free here some of them driving and they having a short hair too.. modern Arabian
The hotel from the inside is very clean and the room was not bad at all. There was a smell of smoke coming from other rooms which was a little annoying. Also there was no side lamps, so you either have a very powerful light in the room or no light at all. It was a 15mins walk to the Masjid Al Nabawi, but the area itself was not very nice, and it is only once you open the front door of the hotel you realise it is a hotel. Overall ok for a 2 night stay.
A strategic location close to the women’s prayer area. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Helpful staff and conveniently located near all essential amenities.
Excellent, clean hotel with a good location. The only disadvantages are that some of the room service staff are uncooperative and take time to serve even after requesting. The strange thing is that one of them lies and claims that we refuse the service. Most of the things we ask for, we say they are not available, and the coffee capsules are delayed from the restaurant, unfortunately.
The place is new, clean, tidy, quiet, and within walking distance to the mosque. The girls and boys at the reception are very respectful, helpful, and cheerful.

AAllam ashOverall, my stay was good. The staff were generally friendly, though the check-in experience was a bit unpleasant at first. Thankfully, things improved afterward thanks to Ms. Bayan’s excellent assistance. However, the hotel feels overpriced compared to other options located very close to Al Haram in Medina. One major downside was the corridors — they were often full of leftover food left outside rooms, which was unpleasant and gave a poor impression. Security personnel needed further training to be more customer friendly
Lli.ohaoThe hotel's location is a definite highlight, absolutely stunning. However, it's crucial to arrange transportation with the hotel in advance, otherwise, an Uber ride will cost you an arm and a leg. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the signature Banyan Tree essential oils felt like an amazing bonus in a desert hotel. Overall service was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to assist. Of course, there was one disappointment: the mountain pool was closed due to a safety issue with falling rocks.
GGuest UserI’ve never stayed in this hotel despite visiting Medina on a number of occasions the location is okay it’s near both the ladies and men’s gate to access at prayer times I’d say a brisk 10 min walk there is a lot of food places the mini stalls and also great Pakistani food on the doorstep of hotel
Now the hotel itself is in need of a little refurbishment the doors in the rooms are peeling and the furniture is old
On the other hand the toiletries used are an amazing brand BYREDO….the lifts were very busy and would take a long time to arrive at our floor and also the same on the ground floor
Breakfast was standard but fresh I cannot fault the service received by staff members especially Feras at reception and house keeping too all in all a pleasant stay
GGuest UserRun and book this hotel. I was worried to book this since it’s my first time in Madinah, but my oh my where can I start. I honestly can’t say enough about our window view, the Amazing customer service, their tasty breakfast and their friendly staff. This for sure will be my go to place in Madinah :) thank you!
SShahmeel A“My family—my wife and two children—and I enjoyed a highly satisfactory stay. The accommodations were comfortable and well-suited for families.
Service was exceptional, with professional, attentive staff who accommodated our needs, especially with young children.
Facilities were well-maintained and practical.
The breakfast buffet stood out as excellent, offering diverse, high-quality options.
The hotel’s prime location allowed a convenient 5-minute walk to Masjid Nabawi.
Overall, it provides excellent value for families seeking comfort and proximity to the Prophet’s Mosque.”
AAnonymous UserVery outdated and customer service is terrible. Rang reception from hotel room no answer (2 times) than had to go to reception to complain safe don’t work, they turned up next day to sort it out.
GGuest UserSuitable for families, solo travelers, friends also. The hotel was very nice, about 1,2 Km /10 min walk from haram , pretty feasible/doable , check in was smooth , the rooms were clean I got 7th floor where I was welcomed with a big smile, respect and great service from Mr Fairoos, who made sure I got the best experience, asked for some extra towels and gave it to me fast, and I would always come back to a tidy room and a big smile , would definitely recommend and would surely rebook for next madinah Trip, my heart is still in this beautiful holy city.
NNuzul ILocated in the front section of Masjid An Nabawi, this hotel offers a significant advantage: even when leaving the hotel later for prayer, we were still able to find space inside the mosque. In contrast, guests staying at hotels situated behind the mosque often face the challenge of having to pray outside or on the rooftop if they arrive late.
TTariq ShahkThe hotel receptionist was very nice person and also very funny, the hotel was situated in a very good place and also it is near to Masjid Nabawi, the only thing is that there is no parking available inside the building or around free, you can get paid parking around there.
