"Loved our stay in this hotel. The room was really nice and decent by Madinah standards, spacious and a fantastic view of the Haram shareef. You step out and in less than 60 seconds, you're inside the Haram. Amazing.
I have to point out the service levels at this hotel. Seriously, every single staff member was amazing. No request was too much for them. From extending our stay, late check out, if they could do it, they did. Absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again and again for sure."

"Really nice hotel in terms of cleanliness, beds were okay as well. Had all the room amenities, however, the hotel’s location is quite far from Haram. The hotel doesn’t operate shuttle service so have to take taxis which adds to additional expenses. Each way was costing around 10-15 riyals. Would have been really nice if they had provided shuttle service but other than that, enjoyed my stay there."

"If you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your luggage and go pray. We were made to wait a few hours by reception for an early check-in, but then the hotel owner himself came, saw us dozing off in the lobby, tired, and sternly warned reception, getting us our room immediately. The hotel owner even pointed out his office, saying to come to him if we had any problems. The rooms are clean and nice, and the beds are spacious, making it suitable for families. Breakfast is sufficient and filling. We would choose this hotel again."

"The hotel is very close to the Haram. The services inside the hotel are excellent. However, the cleanliness is far below expectations. As for check-in, we were deceived; I had booked for an 11 AM check-in but wasn't allowed in before 3 PM. The reception staff told us that the hotel's policy differs from the website's, and we were the ones who suffered because of it. Therefore, next time I'll book directly with the hotel and not through a website. Wishing you all the best."

"We arrived early, but the hotel staff graciously accommodated our request for an early check-in. We had booked two rooms, and since only one was ready, they gave us the keys so we could freshen up before heading to the mosque for Zuhr prayer. The rooms are clean and spacious, with large, clean bathrooms, and the breakfast was nice too. They even managed to get our second room on the same floor, which was convenient. And more importantly, the prophet mosque is just a five-minute walk away."

"A beautiful, clean, and well-kept hotel. Its location is convenient for men, but a bit far for women. However, it's very close to the entrance for visiting the Rawdah Sharifah. The breakfast was good and tasty, and the chef was excellent, though the variety wasn't extensive. Downstairs, there's a nice cafe, a shopping center, an ATM, and other shops. Thank you to all the hotel staff, and special thanks to Mr. Al Humaidan for the late check-out. Wishing you all the best!"

AAnvar_87Banyan Tree AlUla is an unforgettable desert escape. The tented villas are huge and private (plunge pool optional), set among jaw-dropping rock formations. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances.
The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable.
As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram.
Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. GGuest UserThis hotel is very suitable for those who want to stay on the green dome side, only 5 minutes walk. And the hotel is right next to saffiya museum and the new restaurants, so many good ones to choose from. The hotel is directly connected to a mall, and cheap pakistani food is also available, and lots of clothes shops. So everything is nearby.
Only ladies prayer area is further away, but I didn't mind walking.

I had an amazing 7-night stay at Pullman Zamzam Madinah, and everything exceeded my expectations.
The location is perfect—just a short walk to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it incredibly convenient for every prayer. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view that made every morning and evening even more special.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well maintained throughout my stay.
The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing.
Thank you, Pullman Zamzam Madinah, for making my stay so memorable. I truly enjoyed every moment of my 7 nights here, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Madinah.

GGuest UserWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

MMichaelLocation is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops.
Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience.
Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly.
We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time.
A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.
