"This seven-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation; it's incredibly well-maintained. The butler and customer service staff were exceptional. I do have a suggestion though: it would be great if the Rainbow Bridge had a bicycle ramp, perhaps a few dozen centimeters wide, so bikes could be pushed across (cycling isn't allowed, but at least pushing them would be possible). Cycling around Taihu Lake is a growing trend in sports tourism, and I believe this would add a new attraction and draw more guests to the Moon Hotel."

"This hotel belongs to the same group as the neighboring Grand Court Hotel, which can be a bit confusing. The breakfast is shared among a few hotels, and I must say the standard is quite high, with a wide variety and excellent quality. The restaurant staff even pre-prepare coffee to avoid long queues at the coffee machine, which is a big plus. One particularly commendable aspect is the hotel's complimentary shuttle service for guests arriving from the South Station. The shuttle is a large and comfortable Zeekr MPV. The driver contacts you in advance via WeChat to share the route. It's a quick and convenient service. Even without the shuttle, the hotel is just a stone's throw from the South Station, easily accessible via a pedestrian overpass, making it a straightforward walk."

"I originally booked for one night, but Ms. Stella was so enthusiastic, she introduced and upgraded my room, which was a great experience. So I extended my stay for two more days. Overall, the three days were very good. The room was spacious, although the towels could use an update as they were a bit old. The automatic curtains were a bit faulty, but everything else was excellent. The Executive Lounge offered three meals a day, which was incredibly thoughtful – very nice! I won't nitpick, but one evening I returned late to the Executive Lounge with a friend visiting. The three of us went up to the 37th floor. A young man there saw the extra person but didn't question it excessively. Instead, he warmly explained that dinner was over but offered free drinks. For an established brand hotel, this small detail is highly commendable. We only stayed for a short while, but it left a lasting impression. Many newer hotels would make a fuss over such things until you felt uncomfortable. The three-day stay was excellent value for money."

"The hotel facilities are top-notch and the views are absolutely stunning. It's super convenient, only about a 10-minute drive from Wenzhou South Station! The hotel's breakfast is also delicious, offering local specialties like Pig's Blood Vermicelli Soup and glutinous rice, which was perfect for us as we didn't want to go out specifically for these dishes. My parents absolutely loved this hotel and found their stay very comfortable! They even offer complimentary desserts every night, and we got different delicious ones during our two-night stay! Loved it!"

The hotel boasts a prime beachfront location with stunning panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering incredible views of the sea and Mount Putuo right from your bed. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and made check-in quick and seamless. The location is superb, close to seafood stalls and the Mount Putuo ferry terminal, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. With a complete range of facilities including a swimming pool and a gym with sea views, my overall stay was perfect. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Zhoushan!"
