The luxury hotel is strategically positioned in the heart of the commercial district yet accessible to historic sites and tourist attractions. Given its central location within the Zhejiang province, guests can travel to either Shanghai or Hangzhou via the high-speed train within an hour.

"My stay at Pullman Haining was absolutely fantastic this time around! ✨ The lobby boasts an elegant and grand design, with mustard yellow sofas complementing artistic floor tiles, giving it a truly stylish vibe. The restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of lush greenery, making for an incredible dining experience with amazing ambiance. The room details were also thoughtfully done; the toiletries were high-quality, and the towels were clean and soft. The floral arrangements in the public areas were exquisitely crafted, exuding sophistication everywhere you looked. The service was attentive and considerate, making for a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Haining!"

Hotel near Internatinal Business City,Yiwu
Shangri-La Yiwu is located in the city's landmark building - Yiwu World Trade Center, in the core area of the financial business district. It is a multi-functional urban complex integrating residential, commercial, office, shopping and entertainment facilities. The main building stands at a height of 215 meters, which is a homophone for "Love Yiwu". Shangri-La is across the street from the first zone of Yiwu International Trade City and is adjacent to the International Expo Center and Meihu Gymnasium.- 362 rooms and suites- 4 restaurants and bars- Located adjacent to Yiwu International Trade City

"After traveling for over ten days, my last stop was Yiwu. I encountered a problem at the Shangri-La Yiwu on my first night that I hadn't experienced at any of my previous hotels. I developed red welts on my body. Since I stayed two nights, there were even more welts on the second day than the first. I don't have sensitive skin and I wore my own long-sleeved pajamas. The last time I had similar red welts, it was due to dust mites, so I hope the hotel pays more attention to the hygiene of their bedding. I originally thought the location was great and planned to stay here again on my next visit to Yiwu, especially since it's considered a more upscale hotel there. But now I'm a bit apprehensive. Also, the room details I purchased on Ctrip mentioned a complimentary coffee pass for the Executive Lounge on the first floor. The front desk didn't give me the voucher when I checked in, and I personally forgot about it. Furthermore, when I first entered the room on check-in day, there was a strong musty smell. I suspect the welts might be related to mold. At the time, a staff member offered to bring an air freshener, but it never arrived. They also mentioned sending welcome fruit, which only came after I prompted them on the second day. All in all, my overall check-in experience was just average. I booked a Deluxe Horizon Club King Room, which was spacious and well-located, but I felt the staff lacked warmth and attention to detail."

"This ***** New Year, I brought my family to Wenzhou for a few days and chose to stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near Wenzhou South Station. True to the reviews, the hotel is clean, and the staff are warm and provide excellent service. Breakfast was plentiful, and everyone dined in an orderly fashion. The hotel offers great privacy; it felt like there weren't many people around, but it was actually fully booked. I must give a special mention: without prior notice, it was my son's birthday during our stay, and the hotel prepared a special gift and a fruit platter. It was a wonderful surprise! Overall, this stay deserves a five-star rating. It allowed my family to enjoy a pleasant Spring Festival holiday in Wenzhou."

"I spend a lot of time in Yongkang on business and until Leezy opened in 2025 - there wasn’t a lot of great options. The hotel is very modern, rooms are tasteful and super comfortable. The only place to stay in YongKang. The location is not right in the central area but a new mall just opened Jan 2026 across the road. You can Didi into the main town."

Hotel near Wulin Square/Hangzhou Center,Hangzhou
JEN Hangzhou by Shangri-La is located on the former site of the historic Hangzhou Oxygen Plant in Gongshu District, adjacent to Kerry Plaza. Here, industrial heritage and contemporary design intertwine, shaping a modern urban residence defined by cultural character and understated sophistication. Home to 176 guestrooms, the hotel is inspired by the idea of a contemporary urban residence, where the warmth and ease of home blend seamlessly with open views and modern comforts, creating a calm and comfortable retreat amid the rhythm of the city. Surrounded by cultural landmarks and well connected to major transport hubs, the hotel offers effortless access for both leisurely city exploration and business travel.

"Taking advantage of an open weekend, I made a point to check out the newly opened Gen Hotel by Shangri-La. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations. From the hardware and decor to the in-room amenities and thoughtful service, everything was soothing and comforting throughout my stay. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Hangzhou! First, let's talk about the service, which is paramount. I absolutely have to commend Belle at the front desk. Her professionalism and heartwarming attention to detail were top-notch! Due to a personal reason, I had originally booked two consecutive nights but then needed to split the stay and re-check-in. Belle patiently and meticulously helped me process the split, verifying each piece of information clearly and efficiently without any delays. During the process, she even proactively offered a complimentary room upgrade, without any extra charge, unlocking a city-view room with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and a scenic bathtub – a truly delightful surprise! Later during my stay, I had a small question and contacted them online; their response was incredibly prompt, answering all my queries with efficiency and grace. From the moment I walked in, my travel fatigue dissipated, and the service atmosphere was simply perfect. Now, about the hotel's hardware. As a new establishment, it's pristine and clean. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, with large panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the city skyline. On a sunny day, the sunlight streaming into the room creates a wonderful ambiance. The king-size bed mattress is moderately firm, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, ensuring an exceptionally sound sleep. It's perfect for resting after a busy day. The bathroom area features a double vanity, and the makeup mirror with LED lighting is especially female-friendly. There's a separate shower with quality toiletries. What truly impressed me was the extra-large scenic bathtub by the window, where you can soak while overlooking the city views – instantly elevating the vacation experience. The mini-fridge is stocked with various sugar-free colas, Sprite, Vita lemon tea, and special drinking water, all complimentary. In the drawer, you'll find drip coffee and a selection of tea bags, along with a complete tea set. Brewing a cup of tea in the morning while gazing out at the scenery is utterly delightful. The hotel's attention to detail is evident everywhere. The floors are clean and odor-free, and common areas and room corners are meticulously maintained. The smart room controls are also very user-friendly. It's perfectly suited for couples on a getaway, friends traveling together, or even short business stays. Thanks to Shangri-La's quality control, this new hotel did not disappoint. Coupled with dedicated and thoughtful staff like Belle, my entire stay was fulfilling and comfortable. I will definitely choose Gen Hotel again on my next visit to Hangzhou. Highly recommended!"

Hotel near Wenzhou South Railway Station Area,Wenzhou
The Barony Park Wenzhou provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Barony Park Wenzhou is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Wenzhou. With Wenzhounan Railway Station just 800m away and Wenzhou Longwan International Airport only 29km away, transportation is very convenient. Just a short walk from South Railway Station Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Qixingdun Tourism Area, Laohu Mountain Park and Wenzhou Garden Expo Park. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Our guests rate this hotel as one of the best hotels for cleanliness. This hotel is the usual choice for a large number of business travelers.

"This hotel belongs to the same group as the neighboring Grand Court Hotel, which can be a bit confusing. The breakfast is shared among a few hotels, and I must say the standard is quite high, with a wide variety and excellent quality. The restaurant staff even pre-prepare coffee to avoid long queues at the coffee machine, which is a big plus. One particularly commendable aspect is the hotel's complimentary shuttle service for guests arriving from the South Station. The shuttle is a large and comfortable Zeekr MPV. The driver contacts you in advance via WeChat to share the route. It's a quick and convenient service. Even without the shuttle, the hotel is just a stone's throw from the South Station, easily accessible via a pedestrian overpass, making it a straightforward walk."

My three-day, two-night stay was the perfect introduction to a resort-style hotel. Both the hotel's facilities and services were impeccable! ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 ✅ First, let's praise the hotel's excellent location: who knew the exclusive access to Xan Shan Peninsula was such a privilege?! (Pictures 1-16 show the hotel facilities and surroundings, unedited photos) The hotel also boasts a very large garden and surrounding attractions perfect for photoshohoots. It's just beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Xan Shan Botanical Garden (honestly, not much to see, but there are daily parent-child activities), Lover's Gorge (great for couples to take photos), the hotel's exclusive lighthouse (Picture 7, very atmospheric), and the hotel's seasonal fruit orchard (high parent-child interaction, with different fruits available for picking in different seasons). When the weather is good, you can take many beautiful scenic photos. When it's cloudy or rainy, you can experience the unique humidity of the Jiangnan region and the fresh air provided by the lush vegetation. ✅ Next, let's talk about the hotel facilities. The hotel is divided into three buildings, A, B, and C. Building B offers the best lake views, with a complete panorama of the lake's beauty. The layout is very reasonable, with convenient connections between all areas. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. The indoor and outdoor pools are regularly disinfected with chlorine balls, and the water is clear and sparkling, perfect for children to play in. The hotel also has a swim shop with affordable items, which is very convenient for guests who haven't brought all their swimming gear. Every day, the hotel has an activity schedule listing the names and locations of various parent-child activities at different times throughout the day. There's a wide variety to choose from. There's also a super large indoor children's playground, which is cleaned very, very thoroughly. I really want to thank the cleaning staff for their hard work here. ✅ Dining (Pictures 18-19) The hotel has a Chinese restaurant, a Western restaurant, and a Japanese restaurant, offering a rich and diverse selection. Set meals can also be purchased in advance on your phone. The hotel even provides a free shuttle service to nearby farmhouse restaurants (PS: the prices are very, very, very affordable, and the vegetables are freshly grown and incredibly fresh). The most commendable aspect of the dining is the complimentary breakfast buffet. The variety is incredibly extensive, and they even adjust the dishes daily to better cater to different guests' preferences. Soups, desserts, freshly squeezed juices, freshly made guokui (griddle cakes), mini-hamburgers, and more! You can also scan a QR code to order noodles and freshly made wontons. I always end up eating too much every day, darn it! ❗️They even consider the need for liquid food for infants and provide various flavors of rice cereal. In addition, whether it's the minibar in the room and the complimentary welcome drinks (Qiandao Lake beer), the incredibly seasonal, crisp, and sweet fruits, or the thoughtful turndown service, every detail showcases the hotel's humanistic care. It's truly commendable (Picture 17). ✅ The absolute most praiseworthy aspect is the high-end, meticulous, and thoughtful service staff. Special thanks to: Ada and Joey at the front desk for check-in, Connor and Cindy from concierge, and our butler Landy. As soon as we got out of the car, concierge Cindy greeted us warmly and proactively helped with our luggage, leaving a deep impression. The young man at the front desk who handled our check-in was also very enthusiastic in confirming our booking and upgraded our room for free. Throughout our stay, Connor drove us to and from nearby restaurants, the lighthouse, and Lover's Gorge. He was practically on duty all day until 10 PM, driving steadily and with a truly excellent attitude. He was super cool! Finally, and most importantly, our very, very responsible butler, Landy. She first introduced us to the locations and functions of the different venues, and informed us of the breakfast times. From the moment we added her as a friend, she consistently upheld her initial message: ”Please contact me anytime with any questions.” Whether it was day or night, she would respond and answer immediately to any query, booking vehicles, and even introducing nearby attractions and routes (with accompanying pictures for us to decide whether to visit). During our stay, there was a miscommunication during the cleaning staff's shift change. We had requested no cleaning the day before, but someone still entered the room and tidied it thoroughly. This unannounced entry made us a bit anxious when we returned to the room in the evening. Our butler immediately called us to calm us down and quickly contacted housekeeping. Soon after, we learned it was a thoughtful turndown service. We had initially considered contacting the duty manager to investigate, but we declined. This butler Landy truly, truly deserves praise. Her immediate contact and quick resolution smoothed over the issue, and left us with an extremely satisfying three-day, two-night experience. Her warm and thoughtful greetings every evening and morning made us deeply feel the hotel's excellent staff training and abundant humanistic care! 👏🏻 See you next time, Freedom Intercontinental Palace!

Had a wonderful three-day, two-night stay at the Fuchun Resort, a place I've long admired. The architecture, rich in Chinese aesthetics, blends seamlessly with the natural environment of Fuyang, creating a truly harmonious feel. Hiking here was wonderfully wild and scenic. The resort's thoughtful service was evident in every detail: from the welcome greeting and the consistently helpful and responsive personal butler (Benson) before arrival, to the doorman's proactive and natural assistance with luggage, and the waitress's meticulous inquiry about dietary preferences at breakfast. All these touches reflect the hotel's high standards of service and made me feel truly respected. I even left my hat in the calligraphy class and only realized it when the instructor notified me and said it would be promptly returned to the lobby. The shuttle drivers were also very punctual, almost always available on call. The housekeeping staff were diligent and friendly. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities, and the travel photography service was particularly high quality. Fuchun Resort truly lives up to its reputation as a high-end resort. I'd love to visit again!

It's like living in a forest, with acorns constantly falling from the trees. The hotel is very clean, with virtually no mosquitoes. The room facilities are all excellent, especially the toilet flushing, which isn't too loud. Special praise goes to the hotel staff; their service was exceptionally good from check-in to check-out. They provided afternoon tea with fruit platters, nuts, and tea; offered ginger soup and ice packs if you had a cold; and promptly came to your room to help with any issues. The hotel only offers vegetarian food. I tried it once, and it was quite good and creative. Compared to the Black Pearl Hotel (averaging 1000 RMB per person), it's definitely not quite as good, but it's much better than other vegetarian restaurants in temples. Every ingredient was very fresh, although there were some issues, like the watermelon in the complimentary fruit platter being sweet and the blueberries being extremely sour. If you don't want vegetarian food, the surrounding farmhouses are a good option, offering fish, chicken, stir-fries, etc. I randomly picked a few and none were bad. The hotel also arranged various courses, including a healing class and Baduanjin (Eight Pieces of Brocade). Lying in a cabin surrounded by trees and feeling the breeze on a platform by the forest river was a truly therapeutic experience! I stayed for two days and there were still many courses I didn't get to try, so I'll make up for them next time! I'll consider bringing my parents next time.

Finally checked into the Banyan Tree Hangzhou Xixi, which I've been longing to visit, and it was a perfect experience. Tucked away in the Xixi Wetland, with white walls and dark tiled roofs by the water, every step offers a new beautiful view, creating a full-on, tranquil, Zen-like Chinese atmosphere. The room was spacious and elegant, the bedding soft and comfortable, and a soak in the large bathtub was incredibly relaxing. The toiletries were high quality. The staff were polite and discreet, providing thoughtful service without being intrusive. Breakfast was exquisite and delicious. It's a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, offering a true getaway vibe. It's my top choice for a vacation in Hangzhou, and I'll definitely be back.

This hotel, built on the former site of Yida Silk Factory, is a sight to behold in itself. Tucked away in the heart of the town, it offers a serene and beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle. With the help of our lovely butler, check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth. Following video instructions, we arrived at the Wuzhen parking garage where our butler was already waiting for us, instantly easing any apprehension about visiting a new place for the first time. After entering the scenic area, we took a boat through the entirety of Wuzhen to reach the hotel, truly experiencing the unique charm of a Jiangnan water town from the water. The hotel's butler service truly lives up to its name; unlike many hotels with WeChat concierges who are often slow to respond, every request here was met with an immediate and efficient reply, which was incredibly warm and thoughtful. All in all, I highly recommend Yida as a five-star hotel in Wuzhen. It was definitely the highlight of our perfect trip to Wuzhen! My only regret is not asking for the name of our young, enthusiastic, and very helpful butler. I wish her all the best!

For our two-night stay in Wuzhen, we chose 'Jintang'. Upon arrival at the scenic area, we were greeted by the handsome and steady 'Xiao Fan' at the entrance. He arranged a sculling boat for us, which took us along the waterway directly to Jintang. Pushing open the two-story antique wooden doors, we were met with a striking combination of vermillion and emerald green. It was a perfect blend of the ancient and the modern. As I savored a cup of crimson hibiscus tea, Xiao Fan had already completed our check-in. He also set up our facial recognition for entering and exiting the scenic area. Xiao Fan then led us through the hall and around the landscape to our room. The room featured dark green wallpaper adorned with plum blossoms, complementing a vermillion bronze bed. With the tea snacks and afternoon tea on the table, accompanied by refreshing green tea, our three-day Wuzhen journey officially began. A big thank you to the thoughtful service from the lovely ladies and gentlemen at Jintang, and especially to Xiao Fan!

I had this mountain retreat saved in my favorites for years, and I finally decided to check it out during my recent break. I was a bit worried it might be a disappointment, but it turned out to be a perfect 10! Every staff member was so kind, patient, and always smiling. The real-time, one-on-one group chat service was a huge bonus. Duty Manager Yang Lingling was incredibly nice; anything we needed was promptly delivered by golf cart. I felt a bit bad constantly bothering the staff on the first night, but they were all so patient with every request. The hotel beds are especially comfortable – after a rainy day bath, I’d fall asleep instantly. The DIY activities like crafting, incense sachets, pottery, and handmade soaps were so fulfilling. Just before we checked out, Manager Yang Lingling even had a staff member give us a tour of the entire guesthouse and its surroundings. (Lingling always greeted us with a cheerful smile and excellent service, which was a big plus!) The young man, True, who showed us around, was very meticulous in explaining each guesthouse, and he was so kind and charming. Standing on the mountain top, I was truly impressed by the owner's vision. I hope for good weather on my next visit so I can experience the Land Rover again! 😍

The hotel service was excellent throughout my stay. The butler added me on WeChat in advance and even helped with my luggage from the parking lot. Check-in felt very ceremonial with a special hand-cleansing ritual. The butler was always quick to respond to any requests. There were lots of activities, like singing bowl therapy and a spa. Waking up and strolling through Xixi Wetland in the morning, or trying the botanical mandala, was so relaxing for both mind and body. The staff were all wonderful. The price is a bit high, but it's truly an experience hotel.

Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel Rating: ★★★★☆ We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!
