The hotel room is very large, with a living room, the environment is quiet, and the customer service staff are also very nice and enthusiastic. They helped us solve many problems. This is the most satisfactory hotel I have booked on Ctrip so far, no doubt about it.
I arrived at 3pm which is the check-in time but the room was not ready and i had to wait for almost 2 hours to check-in. The hotel upgraded my room which is totally unnecessary.. they also do not have a bath tub.. and there are not a lot of selections and options in TV channels.. The hotels in saudi are somewhat missing of the welcoming vibes and service standard is low..
The best memories of Dammam are our hotel. We arrived late at night, settle us just a minute afterwards, having tea with finice. We have been waiting for a great breakfast prepared by skilled cooks and served by mega friendly waiters. The rooms are clean, spacious, the service is excellent. Also very much liked the gym.
I just have issue as the room was not that soundproof you can hear everyone walking at corridor, plus the water from the other rooms (maybe bathroom) and doorbell for the other room it seems they are knocking to your door as well.
People who come to Daman basically stay in this place. It has two floors, convenient parking and a rich breakfast. The only problem is that the WiFi signal is not very good.

My transit hotel before leaving KSA after fews weeks in Jubail. 35-45 min to airport. Nearby Dammam corniche. Lots of restaurant nearby can be reach by walking distance. Wish to stay more days here.
For a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.
First I'm so grateful to Sheraton for being inclusive. They have accepted me and my partner. Also, the service is amazing. The amenities are classic and clean. The location is near Shatea mall and restaurants. I've really enjoyed my stay. If I'll go Dammam sure I'll book again. Thanks a lot!
I truly recommend this hotel. It’s clean. The staff is friendly. The food is very tasty, and you have a variety in it. The hotel is near from everything, where you can reach the corniche by just walking for 5 min.
The hotel room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, the space is suitable, and the price-performance ratio is high. It is very good. It is just that the amount of water in the bathroom is small. It would be better if it can be improved.
It was very good experience from check in to breakfast room. Staff were very polite and friendly and always with smiles on their faces. Food was well displayed and there was good selections. Room and bed were very comfortable. Overall experience was very pleasant and I recommend Centro for business travellers and holiday stays.
