Beautiful hotel. Single room a little too small. Really accurate and precise service with towel change in the evening and room check. Only negative note they didn't call me for the wake up call even though I recommended it... I hope next time they give me a bigger room đ
Booked maia hotel for 5 nights... hotel was jist as described... located in âdu lacâ which is the high end clean beautiful and peaceful side of tunis.
The hotel itself was good , the room was very spacious and clean , breakfast was nice (not buffet) served at the table , better then most other hotels I've stayed in previously in tunis
Customer service was amazing , especially Riyadh and atif , these 2 members of staff (at reception) were extremely helpful and kind
Would defo recommend this hotel and will be rebooking this for future visits!
HĂ´te très sympathique qui a Ă cĹur de vous satisfaire.
Petit dÊjeuner très bon et diffÊrent chaque jour.
Une chouette adresse face à la mer avec un accès direct et une très belle piscine.
Hygiene: Very clean, it's rare to come across such a clean IBIS. I don't wear slippers and my bare feet won't get dirty.
Environment: Convenient transportation, about ten minutes to the airport
Facilities: Compared with other hotels in Tunisia, the facilities are relatively new.
Service: The service attitude is very good, everyone is very enthusiastic.
There are not enough hot dishes for breakfast, but the rest is good and it's ok to stay.
The hotel is in the center of the old city, antique, the roof can watch the sunrise and sunset, very comfortable. Walking in the old city, the surrounding travel is very convenient, very satisfied!

Pros : Location was great. Quick check-in and check-out. Breakfast was many selections and tasty
Cons : I couldnât sleep well because of loud noise from the outside during the night.
I had a wonderful stay â the rooms were spotless, the staff attentive, and every detail made me feel welcome.
The atmosphere was relaxing, with excellent service, delicious food, and top-notch amenities.
We had a wonderful stay at the Nine Lifestyle Experience. The rooms were beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The food and hospitality were really outstanding and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Tunisia. đđđđđ
Hôtel BelvÊdère Fourati is conveniently located close to the airport, within a 10-minute drive. There is no hotel shuttle and, if you ask, the hotel will charge you more than you would pay for a taxi. All hotel staff are friendly and willing to help you with anything. The rooms were clean and up to a world standard. Presently surprised with a fruit basket on our arrival, had tasty dates. There is a shisha bar next door and many other places nearby to eat. I would highly recommend it for other guests to stay.
One of the best hotels I've ever been to in Tunisia! Clean, tidy, good service. Marvelous breakfast. I just recommend it to everybody!

GGuest UserMixed review, but overall too pricy hostel for the quality of the service. Having a good location and a cute decoration isnât enough. Pros and cons below :
Pros :
- Amazing location in the heart of the Medina ideally located
- Cute hostel with beautiful tiles
- Kind and helpful staff
Cons :
- The room we booked in advance was not available when we arrived. Instead of a double bed room, we were put in a bunk beds room with no explication or apologies. No solution, accommodations or compensation were offered to us afterwards. Very poor service from the hotel on that side and I saw online afterwards itâs not the first time theyâre doing that
- Noisy hostel with no soundproof rooms at all. All the rooms are close to each other and open to the dining area with the breakfast starting at 7:30am and people coming back very late at night. Earplugs very much needed
- Average breakfast, the quality of the products is poor knowing what is available in the area. Be careful with water as some plastic bottles for breakfast are filled with tap water
- Be aware youâll have to walk at least 5min in little paved streets after taking off your taxi and finding a taxi to leave the area wonât be always very easy
SSusanThis hotel was great to stay in. We were only there for 2 nights but that was a good experience. It's kinda hard to find since the entrance is in like a side road but the inside is very nice and comfortable. The person at the front desk the day we arrived was super friendly and even gave us a few bottles of water while we checked in. The room was spacious enough for 3 and included a small fridge. The shower unfortunately leaked a lot of water on the floor so I hope they fixed that after we told them. The included breakfast was great and very filling. You just sit on a table in the lobby area and they bring it to. A croissant, coffee or tea, a yoghurt, a fruit smoothie and bread with butter were included. First breakfast we got a small omelette and the next day was a crepe with Nutella. It was enough to skip lunch. For location it was a small walk to the Bazaar streets (which btw make sure u have a GPS or u never find your way out đ) you can visit some historical sites or walk down the boulevard in the other direction. We enjoyed our stay and all the staff was super nice and answered all questions
Sstarboy ashaniHonestly speaking. It's good for the cheap price but could be a bit cleaner.
Lifts are old and the lift door sensor dnt really work do doors squash on u.
The room I requested when booking, wasn't the room I got. However, it was a massive room with queen size bed and a double, which were quite comfy.
Bathroom bath too messy, it's like they patch painted bits of it.
You can hear every noise from another room and in passage.
View through the window wasn't good as shown in photos. Images advertised by hotel are a lot more different when you're actually there.
Hotel had no source of clean hot water. So I don't recommend bringing your baby here. I had to buy thermost and bottled water and go to the cafe around the corner and get them to warm it.
Air conditioning was rubbish in the room I got. Toilet couldn't flush properly, have to take lid off and press from in there.
No iron, no kettle.
Very helpful Staffs, 3 nice bars, regular room service.
MMohamed Sikander VardaliaProbably the best MĂśvenpick in the whole of Tunisia.
From check-in to breakfast, room service to check out; all the staff really amazed me by their amazing willingness to help.
Khadija at check-in, special thanks to the awesome service we received from you and your Bell service staff.
Really amazing.
Ameneties are lightyear ahead of the mĂśvenpick in sousse which really needs to be looked at and upgraded.
GGuest UserIf u look for luxury tis aint for u.hotel is a bit old. But if u want relax close to nature private beach less ppl gym swim still affordable. I would recommend tis hotel. I walk to four seasons every morning during my stay.long walk on quiet beach.be patience when u in Tunisia.check in is a bit slow.but sheâs a nice lady did found me a good room. I had a lovely stay.
GGuest UserIt was a great choice, I was landing at night, so I decided to stay a night at a hotel close by the airport. My sister and her kids checked in earlier and they had a blast. Great service and an amazing diverse and delicious breakfast we enjoyed the next morning together. I have to say, there was only one bit of detail worth mentioning, the frond desk lady helped me call the cab, but she did not mention using Bolt, which is a more expansive taxi service and forgot to mention that she also obviously chose the Comfort option which cost me more at least a 60% extra charge than the normal price. which was displayed on the meter when we arrived but the cab driver asked for more money than that.
Overall, we had a nice short stay and enjoyed a late checkout to chill and recover from my trip.
Thanks to Novotel Team for the delicious food variety.
AAhdi54Construction work in the hotel at 3am as a lullaby.
And I have to go with the receptionist to see the workers so they can see that a customer complained about the noise.
Welcome to the 6th dimension đ¤Śđ˝
GGuest UserThe location is good and the receptionist is super helpful. She also speaks really good English. The only sad thing is the breakfast. After I eat the pain au chocolat I have a phobia when I want to buy from the street. I never tasted something so bad..
