The service was excellent, entirely in Chinese, with simple procedures. There was also a team available on WeChat to communicate and remind you at any time. They even helped reschedule my flight when it was delayed. I will definitely choose this place again for my next car rental.

Everything was done in Chinese, from airport pick-up to dropping off the car and then to the hotel – everything went smoothly. Using ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) card 3300 made getting on the highway easy. The small car was fuel-efficient and easy to park.

This car rental experience for our Kansai tour was truly excellent. We rented a Toyota Prius and drove from Kyoto and Osaka towards Wakayama, covering many places along the way. The itinerary was very flexible, and some places would have been difficult to reach without a car. The Prius was in great condition, driving smoothly and steadily. What I was most satisfied with was its fuel efficiency; even after several days of driving, the fuel consumption remained excellent, resulting in low overall operating costs. Picking up and returning the car was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and explained things clearly, without making us feel tense or trying to sell extra services. Having a car made it much easier to change routes and visit some more remote beaches and smaller towns during the trip. The Prius's size was just right, making it convenient in city streets and parking, and long drives weren't too tiring. We visited many places over the few days, from cities to beaches and some unexpected places, and the whole process went smoothly. Having a car was definitely a huge convenience for this trip, allowing us to see many places we might not have specifically visited by public transportation. Overall, the car rental process was hassle-free and a very good experience.

Most car rental companies in Japan close at 8 PM. I arrived at 8:30 PM. After placing the order, the company contacted me. When I asked if I could speak Chinese, someone added me on WeChat and created a group chat for the order. They provided airport pick-up and drop-off, and the pick-up point was clearly marked. Upon arrival at the rental company, they explained all the precautions in detail. Because it was dark, I couldn't see the car's condition clearly, but the rental company readily agreed, saying I could check it again the next day and send photos or videos if there were any problems. On the day of return, I informed the rental company in advance which gas station I expected to find cheapest. Overall, a very good experience. Thank you!

The service was excellent. Due to traffic congestion and personal reasons, I was late returning the car, but the store actively resolved the issue. This also delayed the staff's departure time. They provided a phone holder and had a wide selection of cars.
