The car was very old, several decades old, and the brakes had to be floored. When it arrived, it only had two bars of fuel left and made a loud noise, like a tractor. Fortunately, this old car was able to take us around, and we drove carefully, so there were no accidents. The shuttle bus driver was great; he was quick and patient, and because the airport is small, it was easy to find.

This deserves a rave review! Because of the flight delay, the staff called us several times but we couldn't answer. After landing, we called back and were told to wait at Gate 2. The car arrived in less than 5 minutes. The interior was clean and tidy, and the owner even asked me to film a video to document any scratches on the car. Originally, we were supposed to return the car two days later at around 1 PM, but the airline changed the time to around 8 AM, so we had to return it at 7 AM. I initially thought I'd have to pay 50 MYR for returning the car outside of working hours. However, the owner said no extra 50 MYR was needed, and they didn't even charge the 200 MYR deposit. They just told us to find a spot in the parking lot, leave the keys inside, and leave. It was my first time renting a car and I had such a pleasant experience. Absolutely no tricks. We drove nearly 200 kilometers in two days. The current price of 95 octane gasoline in Malaysia is 2.05 MYR (about 3 RMB). 30 MYR was enough for these two days.

Everything was great. The car was new. We were traveling with my parents and child. Public transportation in Langkawi is nonexistent, so hiring or renting a car is essential. Booking a car on Ctrip is cheaper than booking on-site!

#Service Attitude# Rented a car for six days, and picking up and returning the car was super convenient. The staff had a good service attitude and resolved any problems promptly. The car was clean and looked relatively new. In Langkawi, it would be inconvenient to go anywhere without renting a car.
