The car is in excellent condition, only a few tens of thousands of kilometers on it. It's powerful, easy to operate, and provides a great driving experience. Picking up and returning the car in a different location was very convenient, and the service staff were all very friendly. I would definitely go on a self-driving tour in Thailand again in the future.

The car has over 20,000 kilometers on it, which is good. It can connect to CarPlay, but the problem is that in Bangkok, neither Google Maps nor Apple's built-in navigation works at all. It's really incomprehensible. It's much clearer outside of Bangkok. Four lanes in the same direction, and it tells me to turn left—how am I supposed to turn left? The icons are so unclear, it's a real pain! I accidentally drove into the city center after leaving Don Mueang, and was stuck in traffic for an hour before getting out. Driving back from Ayutthaya to return the car, I took the wrong route and got stuck in a huge traffic jam. Finally, I got back to Don Mueang, but couldn't find the return location, and the return time was almost up! I was so anxious… In the end, I drove a long way back to Don Mueang Airport. Actually, the return location is next to the A1-A4 bus stop. After entering the airport, look for the big logo; if it's AOT, just turn left. That area is mostly where rental cars are parked. I was half an hour late returning the car, but they didn't charge me, which is good.

It appeared the car was fully fueled, but the fuel gauge started dropping after only a short distance, clearly indicating the previous owner hadn't actually filled it up completely. Other aspects were fine.

Because my travel plans changed, I needed to return the car early. The rental location had already closed at 5 PM, but Ctrip helped me find another location to return it, which closed at 8 PM. I arrived at 8:30 PM, and the young, handsome staff member was still waiting for me and helped me with the cross-location return! So, when renting a car abroad, use Ctrip; they can help solve problems. Choose a chain rental company!

Picking up the car was convenient; I used Alipay and didn't need to show my credit card (no deposit required). The return instructions were clear and didn't waste any time. The only downside was that you had to walk from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 to get to the car, which took some searching.

This was my first time traveling abroad and also my first time renting a car overseas. The owner was great, and the Chinese-speaking customer service representative (probably the owner) was very polite and communication was smooth. There's also a car rental counter at Terminal 2, so you can book with confidence.

The rental location's time limit was a bit tight. I think it would be better if it were more humane. I arrived half an hour early, and the paperwork took more than ten minutes. I thought I would just pick up the car, but then I had to wait there. The person who came to pick up the car on time seemed to be making a mountain out of a molehill. I've never encountered that before.
