My little blue car was incredibly fuel-efficient! Gas prices are quite high in New Zealand right now, so we rented a hybrid. The whole loop around the South Island of New Zealand, about 2000 kilometers, cost us only 1200 yuan in gas 😁, much lower than our budget ☺️. The rental company was great; they even gave us a free ride to the airport (＾ω＾)/ The little blue car didn't get a single scratch this time, which was fantastic 👍

The car pick-up and drop-off were convenient, the service was excellent, and there was Chinese-speaking customer service. I contacted them in advance and added them on WeChat, so communication was very easy. There's a free shuttle bus to the airport terminal, which is very convenient.

A very pleasant car rental experience. Thank you yes for the car that accompanied us through our week in New Zealand. 📍The rental location is very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. 💁The staff all speak Chinese, so communication was seamless. The pick-up and drop-off processes were quick and smooth. 🚗The car was in good condition; it's a hybrid, and there was enough space for four girls plus luggage.

The service was excellent; they provided airport pick-up and drop-off. The car was also in great condition; I only filled up with gas once during my three-day trip to Kaikoura.

I forgot to take my phone holder off 😭 The car still has great power at 280,000 kilometers. I forgot to take a picture when I returned it, since we'd only been together for half a month. We chose a large, 4WD car, which was great for driving around town. You really need to drive around town in Queenstown 😄. We initially chose a smaller car but changed our order to a larger one. Although we had a few close calls, it was more convenient to buy insurance locally since the rental company is run by a Chinese owner. The insurance explanation was also very easy to understand. The insurance only covers one accident, regardless of who hit whom, so drive carefully and be courteous. It was a pretty good car to drive, but the roads were narrow. City roads were okay, but country roads were more difficult.

Although the car is old, it's well-maintained and has run smoothly for several days. Hybrid cars are very economical and practical. I requested the insurance myself, and there were no hidden charges.

The entire process was conducted in Chinese, with warm and attentive service, quick procedures, and convenient location near the airport for easy car pick-up and drop-off. I will definitely use Yesrentals again for car rentals next time I travel to New Zealand.

A car will pick you up from the airport, which is very convenient. Picking up and dropping off the car is very simple. Car rental prices in Christchurch are more affordable than in Queenstown, so I recommend it! The staff speaks Chinese, so communication is very easy.
