From November 14-16, Heart Mountain Fitness will host a series of exciting events in collaboration with ERG ARMY, all focused on revolutionizing training and performance on the Concept2 SkiErg and Rower. Hailing all the way from Melbourne, Australia, ERG ARMY brings a fresh perspective to rowing, skierg, and coaching. The three-day event includes a Class Take-Over on Tuesday, November 14th, where participants can learn how to integrate efficient Erg technique into their training. The following day, Wednesday, November 15th, an Express Erg Refresher will provide a chance for those who have attended ERG ARMY events before to ensure they are on the right track. Finally, on Thursday, November 16th, the ERG ARMY Pro Certification will take place, offering a comprehensive program that combines the Fundamentals of the Ergs with advanced components to enhance performance and coaching skills. Participants can expect game-changing tips and tricks, as well as insights that will propel their performance in every workout. The ERG ARMY Pro Certification dives deep into strategy, pacing, transitions, race starts, and more, providing attendees with an extensive vocabulary and understanding of optimal erg performance.
