We will practice
Conscious Connected Breath
, a type of guided breathwork practice that offers access to unconscious material and non ordinary energetic states in order to move through stuck energy and undischarged emotions stored in the body, allowing a deeper, more authentic connection to the Self so we can show up better in our lives. The music will be performed by a live immersive DJ soundscape.
Let's come together to breathe, release, and evolve as beings. No experience necessary, just an open heart and mind. See you there!

The breathwork practice will be led by Ivy Overby, a certified and trauma informed Integrative Breathwork Facilitator and a certified Radiant Body Yoga Teacher. Ivy is a hairdresser/entrepreneur of 32 years. Her focus is to empower others in the areas of Embodied Leadership, the path of 12 step recovery and collective consciousness. She is a Kriyavan and Kundalini yoga practitioner, and is passionate about using the power of breath and movement to deeply connect with the energetic body. She's a Colorado native, loves time in the mountains visiting natural hot springs, and has 3 cats Juno, Alma and Pillow.
NOTE:
We will provide meditation mats, sleep masks, and bolsters, or you can bring your own.
Bring a small pillow, blanket and water for your personal comfort
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
It's preferable to not eat for at least 1 hour prior to the event.
Please arrive 10 minutes early.
