Join the Trek stores of Raleigh on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month for an exhilarating ride on the renowned 286 and Lake Crabtree trails. These trails are a testament to the rich mountain biking culture of the Triangle. Experience the thrill of singletrack group riding with fellow enthusiasts. Look out for Trek bike riders congregating around the inviting picnic tables, where we will organize ourselves into 2 or 3 groups based on the turnout. For the more advanced riders, a challenging journey awaits on the 286 and Crabtree trails. Intermediate and beginner riders can take on either the 286 or Crabtree trails, depending on their preference. The fast group will set off first, covering a distance of 10 miles or more. The party pace group will follow, enjoying a leisurely ride spanning 6-8 miles. Experience the joy of mountain biking at its finest with the Dirt Church MTB Ride at 286/Lake Crabtree. This event, held at 2139 Old Reedy Creek Road in Cary, is completely free to attend. Remember to bring your helmet, as it is a mandatory requirement.
