Open to adults of all genders, whether you’re a seasoned player or have never touched a basketball, these sessions are part of Amal Unite & Empower’s initiative to foster community integration, well-being, and personal development through sports. Each session is designed to be enjoyable, inclusive, and enriching, tailored to individual needs, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to enhance their skills in a supportive environment. Orientation to Basketball: Date: Saturday, January 18, 10 AM - 12 PM Location: 7 Ricketts Rd. Weekly Basketball Sessions: Days: Mondays and Saturdays Times: 6 PM - 8 PM (Mondays) | 10 AM - 12 PM (Saturdays) Start Dates: Monday, January 20th and Saturday, January 25th Location: 7 Ricketts Rd. Weekly Registration Required! Session Structure: Start with a Warm-Up: Each session begins with a warm-up to prepare for the activity. End with a Friendly Game: Sessions conclude with a game, promoting friendly competition and teamwork. Expert Coaching by Aldiouma Sidibé: Leveraging over a decade of professional play in Morocco, Senegal, and Algeria, and years as a coach of the Mauritanian national team, Coach Sidibé brings unparalleled global insights and a passionate approach to the game.
