I think it is based on the person, but if you walk from the east exit of JR Yokohama station to Nissan headquarters building, it is a hotel in another block, so there is a choice here if it is not painful to walk. 1F Enter the hotel entrance and the front desk is 9F so it is in the elevator. Check-in is paperless with automatic check-in machine. Check-out is at the counter. 10F On the above room floor, the security elevator that doesn't move if the card key is not swallowed. This room is room 1312 on the 13th floor. Room on the side of Minato Mirai Boulevard. The view from the room is Shiseido, Keifuku headquarters building, Minato Mirai Boulevard, bay quarter, etc. 43 inch Sony 4KTV has a button that can access hulu, NETFLIX, U-NEXT, AbemaTV, YouTube from the remote control. If you have registered guests in each service except Abema and YouTube, you can watch it. The lighting in the room is a little dark only by downlight. The room and unit bus are large enough (^ o ^) v hand soap is Laura Ashley. Body soap is Steven ･ nor. Amenities are also necessary for toothbrushes and shaver. You can find a 7-11 on the ground floor, next to the elevators, while a direct link to the Prince PePe shopping center leads you to some eateries and a supermarket. It appears to be mostly frequented by business folk, at least when we visited in late November. Checking in was a smooth process with the friendly, English-speaking concierge. You'll want to grab some amenities such as washcloths, cotton pads, and shaving cream before taking the long elevator ride up to your room. We had a nice view overlooking the city seeing how we were past the 30th floor, though said view gets better once you head to the top for teppanyaki or the lovely lounge. Visit the latter at dusk to soak in the panoramic sight and count passing trains while you sip on house cocktails and savor their beef tagliata. Or maybe treat yourself to a dram of Hibiki 25 -- you deserve it. The double room is more business than leisure, though clean and comfortable enough to relax in after a long day out. There's a safe and a mini-fridge, as well as an air-conditioning remote mounted on the wall, and a room control panel by the bedside. There's also a table right by the TV that could pass as a work desk (with accompanying chair) if needed, though I much prefer the sofa by the windows so I can ruminate on my choices while at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. I should also mention that the housekeeping staff are incredibly warm and friendly should you cross paths. It's these little things that make a stay enjoyable, you know? Excellent value and a definite return should Yokohama ever be on the itinerary again.

Very good experience in Hotel with traditional meals including dinner and breakfast. Hot springs are very extraordinary and we relaxed in both private and public hot springs. Front counter are very friendly and helpful for all information needed. Night Ramen is served for guests and very nice. Recommended for accommodation.

This is my first choice hotel when staying around the Shin Yokohama station. Hotel room is clean, the staff are very friendly. There is also a small lounge for drinking coffee and tea. Location is good, it is on top of the station and there are many stores in the building.

Good location and view of the lake, very close to the bus, ferry and cable car station. Very cozy and with well decorated design. Staff are very nice. Buffet dinner is perfect, very good sashimi bowl rice. Good onsen.

Good for families as they have washing machines and dryers at a cost (costs Yen 400 for washing and Yen 100 for drying), guest rooms are spacious and equipped with a microwave. I also like their room amenities, including body wash and hand wash. If you prefer less busy area, but accessible, this hotel definitely is a good choice. Overall, I would rate this hotel with 4 stars out of 5.

いつも親切丁寧な対応をしていただきありがとうございます。このホテルはオープン当時から利用させていただいております。今回、ゴキブリを見かけました。初めての経験です。追いつめて処分しましたが、１匹いるとその３０倍はいると聞いたことがあります。当然、ホテルですから部屋内で飲み食いをしますので、ゴキブリがいても不思議ではありません。多々お願いしたいのは、駆除の方法があるかと思いますので、対策をお願いいたします。また、仕事上、全国あちこちで年間70～80泊程度しています。どこのホテルも共通して言えることですが、価格が20％程度上昇していて、利用者としては金額的に辛いのが現状です。

I stayed with my family at the end of the winter vacation. I came with 2 junior high school students and 2 adults. I chose it because there was a parking lot at the time of booking and it was close to the station. I booked a room with twin bed and a sofa bed. I thought I was betrayed because I had an incredible amount of breakfast 1800 yen / 1 people. When I stopped before to check the parking lot for the hotel, the woman came to the car and dropped the heavy luggage and guided me to the front desk and checked in smoothly. We had a welcome drink. The female staff delivered my luggage to the room on the 12th floor. Guided to the room and unlike the room I booked, I prepared a twin bed, a sofa bed and an extra bed. There is also a space to put your luggage. The room cleaning is perfect. Clean bathroom, bed making and beautiful amenities were available. It was a 2-day stay, but the linen was replaced every day and the garbage was recovered and cleaned. Breakfast was delicious and we were able to spend time relaxing. Thank you. We will definitely make a reservation next time we come to Yokohama. It is a hotel that can be recommended to everyone.

Room is big and spacious, with 3 bed separated bath and toilet. No bottle water provided in the room. Near the train station and very convenient, Takashimaya is just and the station. Car rental is nearby as well. Is less than 1hr by train from Haneda airport. Kose facial amenities are provided in the room.

The hotel provides good service and close proximity to attractions. I like that the hotel provides customers to take the necessary packets of lotion, facial wash etc accordingly to one’s needs from the lobby.

I had a very nice and decent experience staying at Yumoto Fujiya Hotel. Not only was it near the Yumoto station, it was also with numerous choices of restaurants where you could enjoy lunches / dinners. It was particular meaningful to me as you can rarely see restaurants opened outside after 6pm, and i was super hungry at that time. But it’s better to reserve earlier if you decide to have dinner inside the hotel. The room was clean, though not spacious enough (but it’s very common in Japan). The onsen was also nice which opened until 1am at night. Overall, it was a great experience.

We really enjoy our stay at this hotel, we spent 2 nights and we wish we can spend more time too. The villa size is big for family of 4, there is in room onsen and  sauna as well. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also BBQ at the balcony. There is free car park on site and I love the fact there is a spa centre which we really want to try but I was unable to book as they only take reservations by phone, I wish they could have other way to book 😭 But overall we love it and will give it 10 out of 10

Our Japan Tour had booked us into this excellent hotel in Hakone- it was an excellent choice! We got a spacious room with 2 twin beds, a large bathroom, and a traditional Japanese sitting area with large windows to look out at thr snow falling! Service was spot on, and the room was kept spotless all the time. They have public and private Hot Spring baths. Breakfast was quite OK. But it was the catered dinner tha5 was out of this world! You have to see the attached pictures. The hotel was recently remodeled, thus everything was quite nice.

There is a bus that stops closeby, but there is also a train, however, after that you have to walk for 20 minutes and the road can be quite steep in some parts. In the vicinity, there are some convenience stores and restaurants. The town of Hakone is beautiful and located close to mount Fuji. We had a lovely ryokan-style suite with twin beds. Everything was very clean and comfortable, including the pillows. Breakfast is buffet-style and offers both European and Asian food. There are both a public onsen and a private one. Staff is very friendly and speaks English very well.

I visited for a walk in the morning at the location adjacent to Hakone Shrine. Lots of green. A promenade full of flowers. A promenade on the shore of the lake. You can see Mt. Fuji beautifully, and you can also see pirate ships passing through Lake Ashino. The silence as if time had stopped. The chirping of small birds is comfortable. I was surprised to stay at a resort where the speaker was wired, but I don't need such a small work here. Hotel to enjoy hotel stay. The customer feels like a repeater is quite, a little elegant and noisy, old, gentlemen, ladies 々. It's not a place for noisy young people to go. The food was a long-established hotel, so I chose Western food. There were many reviews that Japanese food was good, but because it is a hotel, the food is elegant and a little on a large plate. The warm and heartfelt service from the staff was fantastic, but personally I was a little disappointed that there was only one type of bath. But I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity!
