Very clean, good breakfast, location is convenient. There's a cleaner everyday to get your room clean and ready. They replace towels everyday, which is so good.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nacional in Rio. The location is unbeatable — right on São Conrado beach with incredible views and great beach service. While it doesn’t have an endless list of amenities, the ones it offers are more than enough to relax and enjoy a great vacation: a beautiful pool, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff. As a constructive note, Wi-Fi coverage could be improved in some areas of the hotel. That said, we had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely come back!

Great hotel with a luxurious view of the most famous beach. Yes, there are some minor issues, like sometimes having to wait 7 minutes for an elevator, but I don't consider that a problem. It's a 30-story hotel with 6 elevators and many rooms, so you can imagine. The breakfasts are a bit repetitive and could be improved, but they do have fresh orange juice, which is a nice touch. There aren't always enough hotel umbrellas and chairs on the beach, but I don't see that as critical either. The bed was good, and I slept excellently! My birthday fell during my stay, and the hotel gave me a lovely surprise! Thank you! I'll definitely be back.

The breakfast and swimming pool view are great. The room facilities are average, especially the soundproofing is very poor. The room next door plays loud music from 9 to 12 o'clock. I almost want to complain. But it is convenient and safe to call Uber. There is a small shopping mall next to it.

A decent, budget-friendly hotel in a central location, making it easy to get around on foot. It's not in a particularly attractive area, but it's perfectly adequate for a short stay and an overnight stay. Breakfast was good; I recommend going early, as it gets quite crowded after 10:30 and can be uncomfortable. The staff was average and polite. There was no shampoo in the room. Overall, a good option for the price and location if you're not looking for luxury.

I tried 4 hotels in Rio de Janeiro and even compared to the five-star Fairmont, which is 50 meters from Orla, Orla remained my favorite. Simply because it is cozy, simply because it is somehow homey. Everything is small, but cozy and pleasant. And the best breakfast! So much fruit!!! Cool!

The hotel has a nice location on the beach, but the property could do with some updates. The first room I went into had a funny smell, so I reported it to reception. The male receptionist looked at me, and as if he doubted my word After I insisted, he assigned me a new room, but it was left to me to move my luggage. . No support was offered and I couldn’t be bothered to ask. I did ask if there would be any complimentary water put in the room. He said he would get housekeeping to put some water, but I’m still waiting two days later.  Power outlets in the room are limited and not designed for modern travel. No USB points. The TV is old and not smart or Internet connected. There are no cable channels so nearly all of the channels are local language apart from one CNN news channel in English.. The hotel is quite noisy and dogs. The walls are thin and guests scrape furniture across the marble floors. This is relatively easy to remedy if the hotel cared. The rooftop pool was disappointing as it’s quite small and normally full of kids. The restaurant is closed after breakfast. There is a bar, but it’s never open.. The biggest problem I had was the Internet. It did not work properly in my room and kept cutting out every few minutes. I had to stand in the corridor or come down to the lobby in order to get any decent coverage. I complained to the staff, but they did nothing and just told me it works.. This was extremely frustrating and I certainly wouldn’t come back to this hotel again.

Five stars because that's the highest I can give! The hotel service was absolutely fantastic! We had already checked out in the morning, but our flight wasn't until the evening, and when we went back for our luggage in the afternoon, they even gave us 30 minutes to shower! The staff proactively helped us arrange transportation and were incredibly enthusiastic! The hotel also offered sea views, and I even witnessed a stunning 'fiery sky' (red clouds) in the morning! A truly wonderful experience!

An honest, decent, and well-managed hotel. It's functional, without being overly fancy, but just what's needed. The breakfast is good. The reception is very attentive, without exception, as are all the staff. The cleanliness is a highlight... it's simple and efficient. I like this hotel, the atmosphere, and the staff's treatment in particular. The rooms aren't large, but they're very functional. The location is excellent, with all kinds of shops nearby. In short, I have nothing negative to say about it, and that's probably why I continue Thanks Hotel honesto. Decente e bem administrado. é funcional, sem exageros, mas como o que é necessário. O café da manhã é bom. Uma recepção muito atenciosa, sem exceção, assim como todos os fuincionarios. A limpeza é ponto alto... è de simplicidade eficiente. Gosto desser hotel, do ambiente, do tratamanto dos funcionário em especial. Os quartos não são greandes, mas são, da mesma forma, muito funcional.a localização é muito boa, com todo tipo de comercio ao seu redor. Enfim, não tenho uma observação ruim a seui respeirto e deve ser por isso que continuo reservando la, sempre que o preço permite. Muito obrigado,
