"The hotel was alright. It was very convenient for us since we drove, and the parking lot was large and free. If you were walking, it would probably be difficult as there's a big hill to climb. The room and facilities were good, and the view was also nice. However, the service was just okay. On the first day, a Korean lady at the front desk insisted we check out at 11 AM and then check in again in the afternoon for our second night. This was because we had booked two separate one-night reservations as only single-night availability was shown at the time of booking. However, on the second day, a middle-aged man at the front desk simply gave us the key card for our new room when we checked out of the first."

"Great location! I stayed for 3 nights. It’s clean but they made a cleaning service only on 3rd day. On 2nd day, they just changed the trash can. It’s their rule. Good view! Luggage storage also available, so everything is okay. But I didn’t see other daily support like small lotion pack, toothpaste like other hotels provide. There’s only 2 tea packs and 2 coffee brew packs and 2 water bottles. But they gave 2 one time used indoor slippers."

"I booked through Trip.com, but the front desk staff couldn't find my reservation, so I had to wait for about 10 minutes. I even showed them my phone with the voucher, but they still couldn't find it. Finally, when they did, they claimed they could only search by name and that my name was inverted, which is why they couldn't find it. If they can only search by name, then why bother issuing a reservation number?
What was even more absurd was that they gave me room 1914 in Building A, but it turned out to be a non-existent room. I was so confused wandering around the 19th floor, which only goes up to room 1912. I had to go back down to inquire, and they casually told me they had given me the wrong room number and that it was actually 1904. The staff's attitude throughout all this was incredibly nonchalant, as if it was none of their business. It's unbelievable that this is the attitude of 5-star hotel front desk staff. Wow, I'm never going back!"

However, I don't think it offers good value for money. Even though it was peak season, the price for two nights made me think of a hotel resort. I'd highly recommend it during the off-season.
I'd definitely revisit.
The community aspect was a bit disappointing, though."

SSOMCHAI CHAROENTANGEKWONGI spend 45 minutes standing for checking in the hotel. There are three check in counters but only one was operating with very slow speed. Before me only four queues but took about 45 minutes to process all of them. First impression was so bad.
Location, cleanliness, foods, and facilities all good except the services of the staff. I don't know how Lego could allow such a service quality to its own brand.
If you never visit I would recommend but be prepared for the poorly service mind of the staff. For me, one is enough.
Rather go to other countries than Legoland Korea.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was clean, big and comfortable. I had lake view. The hotel is located near the lake, the beach and restaurants as well as convenience stores and bus stops. Gangneung Coffee Street is a bus drive of 15 minutes away. However, I was shocked when the staff informed me about the admission fee for the swimming pool: 30.000 korean won!!!! It is not mentioned on Trip.com neither ***********. Anyway, the admission fee is far too high. I have chosen the hotel for its swimming pool. Next time in Gangneung, I will choose another hotel: this hotel only offered a clean and comfortable room, for a high price, but Gangneung has many hotels with clean and comfortable rooms, that are also located nearby the beach, lake, restaurants and bus stops, but for a better price.

There was heating in the room, Netflix, amenities for comfortable stay.
As I saw, there is a free breakfast in the morning for the guests (except Mondays), so I couldn’t try it but I was absolutely satisfied with the room.

Honestly the room is nice, with cooking facilities but the owner was not friendly at all.
The toilet was stuck and leak they came with only the plunger and ask us settle ourself.
Is winter and we came with kids, the kids built a snowman and they destroyed the snowman after we went for ski trip.
We are a group of 10 and we wanted to cook our dinner. There is a small hut with table and chair and BBQ facilities, we ask to BBQ facilities (We are willing to pay, 10,000 won as stated) but she said is winter so we can’t use the BBQ pit, ended up we use the stove to cook up the meat.
The husband and wife came in to the huts and told us we can’t do BBQ but we explained to her we just cook the meat and we didn’t do any BBQ. We left the place with cleaner than we came in. I have to WhatsApp her and show her the place is cleaned.
The warn us that we must left the place by 1am but in fact all of us finished eh 9.30pm every day since we are tired from Ski.
During the last day, they came to us and I was thinking they come and say goodbye but they just make sure we throw every single piece of rubbish outside the house.
My husband wear shoe and just step to take our luggage and the owner insist us to take out the shoe before we went in to the house. Although we have explained, we just step in and take the luggage and go, he insisted us to take out the shoes.
I have been travelling all around the world and we do understand every cultural is different but as the operator of tourist industry, the owner has to be service minded. If you can’t accept any international travellers then please do not list your place in any platform or put up a notice that international tourist is not permitted to stay there and we won’t book accordingly.
Is such a shame to see this happened to us after our 5th trip to Korea and our 3rd trip to Pyeongchang for ski.

GGuest UserThe facilities were incredibly clean. The interior design and furnishings were very luxurious. I seriously wanted to take the showerhead home! It was the best~~ And above all, the ocean view from the room was superb~ I comfortably watched the sunrise from the terrace. The view from the rooftop was also great. The breakfast was neat, and every single setting showed a professional's touch. I truly highly recommend it!! I had a wonderful and relaxing stay^^

- Not bad, but overall a little poor
1. No quilt, just a very thin cloth on the mattress
2. I can't lie down watching TV (only a mat on the double floor TV is below)
3. The terrace is small and the door is not locked
4. Spa bathtub is good. But dust comes out. A little lack of hot water. Spa facilities but no robes. Towels were a bit wet
