Pros: -Nice pool area -Comfy bed and pillows -Rainshower with great water pressure -Good WiFi in the room -Within walking distance of the main street (15 min) -Yoga and other activities included -Relaxing and peaceful atmosphere (except when they do barbecue/pool party on Saturdays) Cons: -Lack of air con/ceiling fan in the room -More attention to detail needed (e.g: terrace bench cracked and terrace chairs/table quite tired) -Amenities (soap, etc) could be better -No place to put the suitcases other than the floor, and very little space for clothes -Lack of TV could be a con for some -Breakfast buffet could be more varied and of better quality Overall a good stay!

This hotel is great! It is the most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in in the past six months. 1. Good location. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the city center. 2. Quiet. No noise. 3. Good environment. The structure of the hotel is like in a villa community, and the environment is beautiful. 4. Clean. When I entered the room, the towels, quilts and sheets of the hotel were as white as snow, extremely clean and pleasing to the eye. 5. Good service. The front desk and restaurant staff of the hotel are enthusiastic. 6. Humanized. My flight is at 3:30 pm. I called the front desk to apply for check-out at 2 pm. The front desk agreed and told me that I could check out before 4 pm. Wow, so humanized and convenient, so happy. Thank you Ctrip and the hotel for making me very satisfied.

A super beautiful small resort where many European and American tourists live. The hotel has complete facilities, rich breakfast, and the small travel agency and restaurant are very good, and you can stay for a day without going out. There is a car to the center of the town every half an hour. At night, looking at the night scene in the yard to see the starry sky is really amazing. The stars in the sky are super beautiful. I have never seen such a beautiful starry sky after going to dozens of countries. The most distinctive hotel on this South American trip, highly recommended!

The sound is oversized in the morning, and there is a big truck that collects garbage. The next morning, I made a reservation at this hotel to take a bus to Argentina.The location was good as it was about 10 minutes walk from the bus terminal, and the room was clean. I said I would leave before breakfast time, and thank you for preparing a lunch box carefully.But one bad thing is Lunch and dinner costs can only be paid by credit card without cash. I had plenty of cash and left Chile the next day, so I didn't need Chile anymore, but the hotel paid my cash. I didn't accept it. I don't understand.I can't use Chilean money at a hotel in Chile. The hotel cant accept my payment for lunch and dinner by cash. They want payment by only credit card. Why?

Great! The view is super beautiful, the room is large, next to the big shopping mall, there is a Japanese restaurant by the sea, a sushi is wrapped in brewed skin, there are various seafood flavors, super delicious! The seafood pasta in this hotel is also good. Unless your nerves are super weak, the sound of the distant waves can be ignored, and the next two nights are completely ignored!
