The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful; the location is superior and the transportation is convenient! I stay in this hotel every time I come! The hotel is relatively clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable! The breakfast is also rich! Not bad👍

The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

Booked the InterContinental for a concert in Hefei. It's about a 30-minute walk to the Sports Center, which was great for a leisurely stroll back after the show. The room was clean and spacious enough. The front desk even upgraded me to a room with a view, overlooking Swan Lake – very open and scenic. Before arrival, the hotel proactively contacted me to assign a butler. During my stay, the butler was incredibly helpful and quick to resolve any issues. The breakfast selection was extensive, with plenty of freshly made pastries and noodles. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel's service.

Clean and hygienic, with a great environment. It's very convenient, and the breakfast is abundant. The location is excellent, close to the city center, with ride-hailing services and a bus stop right downstairs. There's a snack street and university town nearby, and the high-speed rail station is practically on the doorstep, making it incredibly convenient.

Only a short stay, but has always been good staying this hotel for close proximity to shops, restaurants, and business partners.

I booked 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Regency Exclusive Double Bedroom. It was very spacious and had a great view especially at night. It has a separate powder room area and large walk in closet. Shout out to NINA for providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. She was meticulous about answering all of my questions and always ready to help. My reservation included access to the club area where they had a good variety of food and drinks. I would definitely recommend this particular room if you need plenty of space.

The room was clean and tidy, the layout was very warm, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was very comfortable to sleep. And the sound insulation was very good, and I slept very well at night. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries were also complete, with a light fragrance. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is also very good, especially the freshly made fried eggs and local special snacks, which are appetizing. The hotel is actually quite good, with complete facilities and clean rooms. The location is a bit far from the core area, but it is convenient to take a taxi. On the day of check-in, we encountered *** guests next door. The soundproofing was average. They quarreled all night long and the noise was audible. Complaining to the front desk was of little use. I felt helpless.
