The facilities are complete, odorless, and relatively clean. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary. Upon check-in, they provided slippers and a kaleidoscope for the child, as well as a welcome fruit platter. When checking out, we received a bag of souvenirs. The restaurant on the first floor offers a wide variety of dishes, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! 👍 My child had a great time! 🥳 Food delivery is brought up to the room by a robot, which is a nice touch. It would be even better if the scent in the hallway was a bit milder.

Our family's stay at the InterContinental Hefei with our child was absolutely fantastic! I have to give a special shout-out to our butler, Xiao Guan. She proactively reached out before our arrival to understand our needs and even decorated the room with a lovely kids' setup. The little tent made the whole room feel cozy and playful, and our child was over the moon the moment we walked in – talk about attention to detail! The hotel's service was consistently excellent, with all staff members being warm and attentive. The Executive Lounge offered a great variety of food and boasted amazing views. Our lake-view room had a wonderful, expansive vista, making for a truly comfortable stay. Traveling with a child, choosing this hotel made everything so much easier. It's definitely our top choice for our next visit to Hefei! Plus, when we inquired about the AC on check-out, they even gave us a small gift, which was a lovely touch. The overall service at the hotel is truly excellent! 👍👍

The room was very spacious, which was great. It was clean, the environment was good, and the service was enthusiastic. The facilities were excellent. Getting a taxi was super convenient, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The room had a great wet and dry separation, making for a really good stay. I'd definitely stay here again next time. The view was also lovely, and everything was very smart.

This place is incredibly close to both the Huangshan South Transfer Center and the Zhaixi Transfer Center, just a 200-meter walk. We arrived on a rainy day, and the owner kindly came to pick us up. They even provided raincoats and hiking poles for our Huangshan climb. We booked a duplex room, and aside from the skylight curtain not closing, everything else was perfect. The owner's hand-drawn maps for the up and down mountain routes were super helpful. We left at 6:30 AM, reached the cable car by 7:00 AM, and our entire route was incredibly smooth.

I booked this room by chance, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! I arrived at Huangshan North Station around 3 PM and was debating whether to stay at the foot of the mountain or on it. I called the front desk, and they patiently guided me. Their sincerity convinced me to stay on the mountain. I checked in a few days before the May Day holiday, so there weren't too many people. The hotel facilities were quite good, especially considering its mountain location – excellent value for money! After checking in, Dreamland of the Brush and Monkey Gazing at the Sea were right outside the hotel, which was very convenient. At 8:30 PM, the hotel staff even put on a performance of Huizhou lion dances, fish lanterns, and dragon dances for us, making guests feel right at home. The butler also thoughtfully informed us about the weather conditions and dining tips. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, and it rained the next day, so my wish to see the sunrise couldn't be fulfilled. A small regret to save for my next visit!

Huge thanks to Li Danni at the front desk for the warm welcome and for the complimentary upgrade to a suite with an unbeatable river view. The hotel is an older, well-established property, but it's very well-maintained, so there's no need to worry about cleanliness. It's within walking distance of Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and Wuhu Ancient City, where you can enjoy the 'Guangde Three Treasures' without the queues. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the staff are all very enthusiastic and attentive.

The hotel service was excellent ✌️ The environment is great, right across from the Kangxi River. Facilities are complete, and breakfast is plentiful. The room was also cleaned very well. Christmas is coming, and the hotel decoration has a lovely Christmas atmosphere. I'll definitely come again! So good, so good!

The location is very good, there are shopping malls nearby, eating, drinking and playing are all available, travel is super convenient, the room style is simple and safe, the stay is very comfortable, the service is also very thoughtful!

I stayed at this hotel twice within ten days, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The breakfast had a great variety and was served for a long time. The location is superb, right in the middle of the pedestrian street, and all the nearby attractions are easily accessible. The room was clean, well-lit, and the linens were new and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The room was also very quiet, and drinking water was freely available. The hotel even offers afternoon tea and a late-night snack, which really shows their dedication. What particularly impressed me was this afternoon when I received a call from the hotel. They asked about a skincare sample I had left behind. It was something I didn't want and had forgotten to throw away. The hotel found it and immediately called me to inform me of the forgotten item. I quickly told them I didn't need it. Their incredibly responsible and attentive service is truly commendable.

先説結論，各方面都超超超滿意！！！入住當天中午，前台小姐姐打電話，主動問是否自駕需要幫留車位，到了之後保安大叔提前出來引導我們到車位，很貼心！入住之前，加了微信就發了入住指南，有飲品晚上還有夜宵，當時心裏就想，這樣老闆不得賠本啊，還有點不敢相信，酒店價格又不高，服務真這麼好麼。到了之後辦入住，前台小姐姐給我定的三個房間全部升級成了空間更大的大床房或者標間，我住酒店一直聽別人説根據酒店房間情況被升級房型，我本人還是第一次遇到，辦入住的時候就説晚上六點半有免費的粥和餛飩可以送到房間，七點還有免費的麪，我們要了粥和餛飩送到房間裏，想着可能也就是一小碗嚐嚐鮮，沒想到挺大碗，而且餛飩很好吃，比外面賣的都好吃，直接吃飽了，到房間之後前台小姐姐還發微信問房間滿意不滿意，有需要隨時聯繫，主動問喝不喝奶茶還有七點的麪，我們要了奶茶和咖啡也很好喝。房間裏很乾凈，還有歡迎禮小零食，用品和整潔度這些都不用説，是基本的，牙刷毛很軟，一次性用品一點也不敷衍，房間裏還很用心的準備了書，像二十四史周易之類的中國古籍，本來以為就擺了殼子裝飾的，沒想到是真的，每個房間還不一樣，真是用心了。第二天早起吃早飯，中餐炒菜和西餐甜點都有，口味很棒啊，説實話比某些連鎖酒店早餐強多了啊，很多酒店早餐都很敷衍，從早餐的配置來看也知道真的是在用心為顧客做服務，還有一些軟件服務，從前台每位輪班的小姐姐，保安大叔，客房主管，遇到的每位酒店服務人員都是笑臉相迎，心裏暖暖的，酒店瞬間就有温度了，還有，酒店是兩點退房，這點很多都做不到吧，都需要一定的會員等級才能兩點或者三點退房。反正就是很好，不要看酒店大門的門頭並不起眼，其實內有萬千，大家多來住吧，我怕這麼好的老闆賠本了，以後來阜陽我一定來這裏多住幾天，我們那裡有胖東來，阜陽的這家茉莉月亮灣酒店就是我心裏酒店業的胖東來，給酒店老闆和每位笑意盈盈的工作人員點贊，太棒了！（餛飩三下五除二被吃完了所以就拍了個空碗上去，但是必須要留個紀念）
