"Outstanding hotel, highly recommended. The rooms are large, comfortable and practical, with lovely views of the river. The bathrooms are especially nice, with large bathtubs. Breakfast is varied, with an excellent range of delicious food. The staff are extremely polite and helpful: they were able to check me in even at 3:00am after I arrived on the night train. The cleaners are quick, thorough and efficient, too. The staff provide thoughtful gifts like free oranges for Spring Festival. The hotel is well located for getting around Wuzhou, and all the taxi drivers know it. There seems to be lots to do within the hotel, too, including restaurants, a spa, a KTV lounge, a tea house and a swimming pool, so it would be excellent for large groups too."

"The staff at LS operates like a finely tuned orchestra. Communication was seamless via WeChat and Lynn greeted me very warmly upon arrival. There was no language barrier whatsoever, as she and some of the staff speak English. The hotel offers fantastic complimentary perks, including afternoon tea, car transfers, and a photoshoot. I am so glad I didn't skip the shoot. It ended up being the highlight of my stay. Their onsite photographer is so talented. She knew exactly how to guide my poses and angles, she took the perfect shots and I will cherish my photos forever. Everyone talks about the views at LS, but I found their customer service to be remarkable. Even with a full house, their attentiveness made me feel like the only guest there. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

"Facilities: Undoubtedly the best in Liuzhou! Opened in 2025, so everything is brand new. They even have family rooms with slides, which my kids absolutely loved! Plus, there's a public kids' ball pit on the 2nd floor, providing another great spot for children to spend time.
Hygiene: The rooms have wooden floors instead of carpets, so there's no unpleasant smell when you enter, unlike other hotels. Thumbs up!👍
Ambiance: The lobby is on the 13th floor, and you get amazing river and bridge views while enjoying afternoon tea and breakfast. The experience was truly wonderful.
Service: The front desk staff were warm and courteous. Our two rooms came with a complimentary 3-hour electric scooter rental, which was incredibly convenient for exploring the local nightlife!
Location: The hotel is situated in Wuxing Street, the most vibrant area, and you can walk there in just 2 minutes. Super convenient!
The only minor drawback is that the water quality in the infinity pool could use more filtration and disinfection."

"This was my second stay at this hotel, and it's consistently great. First off, the service is excellent. They proactively contacted me about my arrival time and needs, which was a huge plus, especially Joyce, Moon, Pink, Freya, and Amy from the service center. Secondly, the hotel's location is fantastic – right next to a shopping mall. You can even access the mall directly from the hotel lobby, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's also very close to the metro station, and just a 2-3 minute walk to the Exhibition Center, so getting around is a breeze. Additionally, the hotel facilities are well-maintained, with the gym and pool fully operational. The breakfast is also quite good, offering both Chinese and Western options to suit various tastes. All in all, it was a very good experience."

"A very comfortable stay! The room was simple, modern, and clean. Hyatt's 'Good Dream' mattress was so soft and comfy, I didn't want to get out of bed. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, there was a 55-inch large TV, and a separate workspace, all well-appointed. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. 😴
The breakfast was fantastic too! Enjoying a bowl of luosifen (river snail noodles) while admiring the river view at the Grand Gallery restaurant truly felt like the right way to experience Liuzhou! They had all the local specialties like Sanjiang zongzi and oil tea, with a rich mix of Chinese and Western options. What was even more surprising was that some of the most popular luosifen shops were right near the hotel, so we didn't have to drag our luggage around to queue. 😄

"The world's tallest Shangri-La truly lives up to its reputation! Staying in the Executive Suites on the 79th and 80th floors offered unparalleled views. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked the Yongjiang River and the Green City skyline, with beautiful scenery both morning and night. Our butler, Jenna, was incredibly attentive and warm. Upon check-in, we received a welcome gift of a special Guangxi briefcase, fruit, and tea. We stayed here for 4 nights, and every request was met. The service team, including Lexi, Aurelia, Colin, and Elva, kept our room spotless, and the bedding was super soft. The high-altitude pool at sunset was absolutely picture-perfect. Plus, direct access to MixC Mall downstairs makes shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanning!"

"The hotel is just across the road from Ailian Lake Park. The cherry blossoms and water lilies in the park are currently in full bloom, making for a nice view. However, breakfast was just average. At night, the surrounding area was incredibly noisy with loud music that went on until very late."

"The parking experience is very poor. The merchant did not inform that two parking cards need to be taken for two days. Although I filled in the parking information date, I filled in the day I left the hotel and didn’t fill in for two days, so the front desk gave me one, but I didn’t know I needed two parking cards. Merchants should be obliged to ask the guests to stay for a few days and stop for a few days before giving the corresponding parking card. They are all here to play and you are newly opened hotels. I believe most of them are the first time to stay in your hotel. How do you not remind the guests how to know? Instead of waiting for the guests to drive out of the parking lot, the security said that they needed two parking cards. We looked at it and wanted to go back to the front desk. The parking lot was big and I didn’t know how to go around and it was troublesome. The security attitude was not good and very awkward. We said to go back and get another one. Then because the parking lot did not find the way back to the hotel, I decided to forget it. I made up 30 yuan to go out. The security saw that we didn't take the parking card when we came back. "This hotel is in the same building as the Vienna Hotel, just on a different floor. I asked the front desk, and they said it's the same owner. The parking lot access, parking spaces, and management are all quite unsatisfactory. The room size is decent, but the layout and design are pretty average. While there's nothing explicitly wrong, the entrance just feels a bit off. The biggest letdown is that such a large hotel doesn't have a laundry room. For a family traveling during the holidays, not being able to wash and dry clothes is quite inconvenient. This seems like an easy fix that could be implemented. On the plus side, it's super close to the border crossing and the nearby old street, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel also helped us contact a travel agency to handle immigration procedures quickly – we paid 220 CNY per person on the 28th of the twelfth ***** month. Another major advantage is the hotel's 35th-floor rooftop observation deck, which offers absolutely stunning views and is the tallest hotel in the area."

The double sinks, toilet, and shower room were all separate, which was very convenient. Later, we moved to a 180-degree river view room, where I could just relax on the tatami mat and gaze at the river – truly a stolen moment of leisure. The oversized bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak and stress relief. The mini-bar was free, and the complimentary fruit at night was delicious.
The butler and front desk staff were all so kind, polite, and provided excellent service, always ready to help. They proactively asked daily if we needed anything, if the room temperature was comfortable, or if we wanted to choose different pillows. We slept wonderfully every night.
The hotel breakfast offered a great variety, including two types of rice noodles (dry and soup). There were also two kinds of herbal teas daily, like luo han guo and goji berry. We had dinner à la carte, and the food was delicious, the ambiance beautiful, making it perfect for photos.
The hotel package included a photoshoot with a good selection of outfits. The photographer was patient and meticulous, and selecting the photos was a smooth process.
My mom absolutely loved the hotel's cultural handicraft experience; she made three phone charms and really enjoyed it.
I also tried the hotel spa. The masseuse was quiet throughout but worked hard, and her technique was very good.
The most memorable part of our Guilin trip was our stay at Lijiang Courtyard. We felt completely at home. We'll definitely book here again next time!"

After attending a concert in Nanning, I thought I'd come to Yangshuo for a vacation. For me, a good hotel can meet many needs. From hardware to software, thoughtful service makes you feel more at ease. From the moment I entered the hotel, I felt that thoughtfulness.
I'm quite a stickler for details. The hotel's cleanliness, the maintenance of its public areas, and even the toiletries are all meticulously chosen. The refrigerator, kettle, and hairdryer are all carefully prepared and not just thrown in. Also, the bathrobe is incredibly comfortable! That's a rare find! I booked a room with a terrace, and sitting there in the afternoon or early morning, you can really feel the tranquility of the mountains.
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and there was also an afternoon tea (the desserts were tasty too). Initially, when I came to Yangshuo, I only felt that the scenery was beautiful. But staying at this hotel, I truly realized that even in such a so-called 'paradise,' you can experience a different, perhaps even more luxurious, feeling.
Honestly, if you want an excellent experience when you come to Yangshuo, you can choose this hotel. It's incredibly convenient whether you're going to eat at Ten-Mile Gallery or explore the old town. More importantly, the scenery viewed from within the hotel is absolutely twice as wonderful, without the crowds and noise (a true resort destination!). You really can fall in love with a city because of a hotel.
Everything above is my genuine feeling. The hotel's attention to detail is truly heartfelt, especially the large public lawn in front of the hotel, which gives a very relaxing and pleasant feeling. Considering the guest's experience, thumbs up!

GGuest UserThis villa is absolutely amazing, the entire design is just my style. There are projectors both upstairs and downstairs, which is such a thoughtful touch, and the landlady even specifically bought a vanity table. The location is also fantastic, a 15-minute drive to the town, and just a 10-minute walk to the Yulong River Old County Pier.
I especially have to rave about the hotel bar! The landlady personally mixes drinks for you, and the cocktails are genuinely delicious. She used to be a bartender in Chengdu, and her drinks are even better than ones I've had in Hong Kong! Plus, the bar's decor is really cool, with an American record vibe. I really urge the owners to promote the bar more! The landlady even gave me a free bartending lesson – a truly unique experience!
And the room was spotlessly clean with a beautiful view!

GGuest UserThe price is very affordable, and the room is quite comfortable – spacious with a comfy bed, and the cleanliness is spot on. It's also close to several attractions, and it's quiet at night. The service was thoughtful and excellent. We had a lot of rain these past two days, and many people were washing clothes, so the washing machines were overwhelmed. The staff even helped wash and dry our clothes, and they were placed outside our door by the time we woke up in the morning. Breakfast was decent too, with freshly made signature Guilin rice noodles and wontons. If you're exploring the area, this hotel is definitely worth recommending.

GGuest UserI was always worried about the cleanliness of B&Bs, and the hotels in Yangshuo really overwhelmed me with choices. But this place was super clean, I loved it! The hotel is located at Qing'e Ferry Terminal, which is very quiet. It's about a 20-minute scooter ride from Yangshuo West Street, which is quite convenient. My kids really enjoyed the family room, and they had a blast at the hotel pool. All the front desk staff were great and very responsive to requests. I'll definitely come back next time.

Good breakfast and amenities. Facility is well kept. Staff are so accommodating, helpful and nice. Realised many are students! Lucy, Yuki. Cindy, Sarah and the drivers as well as staff at the restaurants are all fantastic. The daily check ins via wechat are thoughtful. Shower pressure and temp are great! Love seeing the bunny and pair of ducks around the hotel.

YYiyi_HighnessRight after the Dragon Boat Festival, I decided to extend my stay for a few extra days to truly experience Nanning, a city with great food and sights!
The high-altitude hotel offered a perfect stay. The facilities were excellent; the pool was open until 10 PM and very clean, and the gym was accessible 24 hours. For breakfast, they even had luosifen, old friend noodles, and Guilin rice noodles – yum!
The location was great, just a short walk to MixC shopping mall. Getting around was also very convenient; finding taxis and rides was never an issue, which is a huge plus. The staff were all super friendly, always greeting me warmly no matter how late it was. The front desk service was thoughtful, the environment was quiet and clean, and they even provided umbrellas in the room, which came in handy during the rainy season.
The spa was also a nice touch. Definitely one of the hotels I'd recommend!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and very clean. The front desk staff were warm and proactive. Right downstairs is Chun Ji Roasted Goose, and across the street is A Gan Restaurant. Elephant Trunk Hill is only about a ten-minute walk away, making everything very convenient.
The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the kids absolutely loved the instagrammable pool. The laundry room comes with a dryer, so no worries about clothes not drying. Highly recommend!

The butler and front desk staff were all so kind, polite, and provided excellent service, always ready to help. They proactively asked daily if we needed anything, if the room temperature was comfortable, or if we wanted to choose different pillows. We slept wonderfully every night.
The hotel breakfast offered a great variety, including two types of rice noodles (dry and soup). There were also two kinds of herbal teas daily, like luo han guo and goji berry. We had dinner à la carte, and the food was delicious, the ambiance beautiful, making it perfect for photos.
The hotel package included a photoshoot with a good selection of outfits. The photographer was patient and meticulous, and selecting the photos was a smooth process.
My mom absolutely loved the hotel's cultural handicraft experience; she made three phone charms and really enjoyed it.
I also tried the hotel spa. The masseuse was quiet throughout but worked hard, and her technique was very good.
The most memorable part of our Guilin trip was our stay at Lijiang Courtyard. We felt completely at home. We'll definitely book here again next time!

JJoytotheworldsgWe had a wonderful stay at SYYF Holiday Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and thoughtful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Every day, we received a different Chinese dessert delivered to our rooms and thoughtfully stored in the fridge, along with afternoon tea treats.
The hotel also offered a fantastic range of activities, including dumpling-making and massage stick workshops, which added a special touch to our stay. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in providing information about Yangshuo and recommending places to visit. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we highly recommend this hotel.
Breakfast was included with our stay and featured an extensive selection of both local and international dishes.
The chargeable dinner was equally enjoyable, offering authentic local flavors prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
