Very convenient location a short taxi ride from Cangzhou West train station with easy access no matter the time. Excellent breakfast, great on site bakery for amazing fresh pastries.

I choose this hotel room because it had a bathtub. But I’m traveling with a friend and really dislike the glass wall for a bathroom. I prefer privacy.

The room is spacious and bright, with a view of the park next door. There are many varieties of breakfast, and there is an entrance to the park, which is very user-friendly~ The hotel is also in a very good location, 20 minutes away from Tangshan Station, the first choice for business trips! We only stayed for 1 night but really enjoyed the experience. Due to the centralized heating system, our room was extremely hot and reached 29 degrees celsius even with the window open. We ended up calling the front desk at 4:30 a.m., and within 10 minutes, someone arrived with a large fan. She helped us set it up and adjust the temperature, and it quickly became comfortable enough for us to fall back asleep. Thank you for the quick assistance!

Everything was great, room is clean, stuff is friendly. During winter time the location is not great coz all the shops around are closed even KFC and Starbucks but this not hotel’s fault. The breakfast is a bit Chinese but foreigners also can find a lot of options to eat. The only thing I didn’t like is that during the breakfast there was a jar of Nutella but in fact that wasn’t Nutella just some cheap chocolate spread - just use another jar so people won’t be confused.

Upon entering the lobby, staff immediately greeted me with a smile, proactively took my luggage, handling it gently yet securely—every detail showcasing their professionalism and thoughtfulness. During check-in, the front desk agent was incredibly efficient, making the whole process quick and convenient without any waiting. She even thoughtfully offered a warm cup of longan, red date, and goji berry tea, a warmth that spread from my fingertips to my heart. What was even more surprising was her proactive upgrade of my room—this unexpected gesture of care really touched me! My upgraded room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light. The layout was wide and comfortable, and every corner was spotlessly clean and well-organized, instantly making me forget the fatigue of my journey. Shortly after checking in, housekeeping thoughtfully delivered fresh fruit, a rich variety that was juicy and fresh. This meticulous attention to detail truly made me feel the warmth and comfort of home. It was a perfect experience from start to finish, with service details meticulously handled and full of sincerity! This is definitely a five-star service hotel worth revisiting countless times, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone who seeks quality in their travels.

Hotel lobby is located on floor 31. There are hotel staff on the ground floor directing you to the lobby upon arrival. Studio room was spacious and suitable for a small family, a baby cot was available and provided upon request.

The stay experience tonight was really disappointing, and the main problem was the hardware facilities of the room. However, it must be said that the service attitude of the front desk staff is very good, and their efforts are worthy of individual praise. 1. Odor problem. At the beginning, it was arranged in the room on the 8th floor, and there was a clear pungent smell in the corridor. Although the staff quickly used aromatherapy, the effect was to mix the taste together and did not fundamentally solve it. The room also felt very stuffy, the air was not circulating, and the air conditioner could emit hot air. After a while, I felt that the nose and throat were not very comfortable. The two young ladies at the front desk were very patient. After learning about the situation, they took the initiative to take me to see other empty rooms. They saw five rooms before and after. Some rooms are damp, some even have the smell of the toilet, which shows that the maintenance status of different rooms is very different. In the end, I finally found a slightly normal one. They were not impatient throughout the whole process. Thank you very much. 2. Water flow problem. Unexpectedly, the problem in the room was just solved, and the bath was in trouble. The room on the 3rd floor where I lived, the hot water flow was very small and the water pressure was obviously insufficient. When taking a bath, the sputum can be washed locally, and the experience is very bad. In the weather with poor air quality, the interior of the hotel is more uncomfortable because of ventilation problems. 3. Sound insulation problem. Every time I close the door next door, I can hear the sound and the sound of chatting upstairs. In general, the smell, sound insulation and hot water problems encountered during this stay were all caused by inadequate hardware or maintenance, which did affect the rest. But the professionalism and patience of the front desk staff is the only highlight, and I hope that the hotel management will pay attention to and improve these basic issues, and do not disappoint the efforts of the staff and the trust of the guests.

Service, staff and price…. Everything is perfect ! I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days and been deeply impressed by the hospitality and quality of the service the hotel has offered . Squeaky clean from inside out and housekeepers super helpful and accommodating! I will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to my friends coming to Shijiazhuang, China. If I have to say anything needing improvement , I’d like to suggest that the hotel management be a little tougher on the guests half naked in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. I understand they might just come out it the cozy and hot Sauna. However , public decency also needs to be observed and displayed . By the way, I made a video clip on the half-naked male guest in the restaurant and the hotel employee standing on his side with a shirt in hands trying to convince the man to put it on . After posting it onto TikTok , it has more than 5000 views in two hours worldwide !

My stay at Ruimeihua was pleasant and hassle free. Rooms were spacious, clean and had a wide range of amenities. Be it front desk, kitchen, cleaning and all other staff were always attentive and helpful. Breakfast had multiple options to choose from. Recommended.
