Hey everyone, I just have to share my amazing hotel experience with you all! 😎 This hotel boasts an excellent location right in the city center, surrounded by shopping malls and food streets, making getting around super convenient. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and friendly front desk lady, and check-in was quick and smooth. The room itself was a pleasant surprise; the decor was simple yet cozy, and the bed was incredibly soft, like sleeping on a cloud – I had a fantastic night's rest 🌙. The bathroom was spotless and tidy, and all the toiletries were high-quality. The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, with both Chinese and Western dishes available, and everything tasted superb 👍. Plus, there's a gym and a swimming pool, which I made sure to use daily to work out and relax. What truly touched me was the hotel's service; the staff were always on hand and ready to assist with anything I needed. One day, I accidentally got some important documents wet, and they immediately helped me find a way to dry them, solving a huge problem for me. This stay was absolutely perfect, and the next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it to everyone! 👏

My recent experience at this hotel was beyond my expectations!From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff, who are willing to help with luggage and patiently introduce the facilities.The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are of high quality, and the welcome handwritten card is prepared in detail, which is very heartwarming!The location is excellent, surrounded by delicious food and business districts, making it very convenient for travel.The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, and the taste is superb!The overall service is considerate and meticulous, with an exceptional cost-performance ratio. I absolutely loved the service and amenities at the Shangri-La Wuhan! Both times I requested extra water, a razor, and other items from room service, they responded in about 5 minutes. The room was clean and spacious, and I especially liked the long desk! All the electrical appliances were spotless, clearly designed with safety and cleanliness in mind. For example, the electric kettle's power cord can be neatly rolled into a hidden compartment in its base. The ironing board and iron were also very easy to use. Overall, I appreciate the service and facilities of the well-established Shangri-La brand. There were no strange odors in the room, and the lotion had that familiar citrus scent. This time, the razor handle was actually bamboo, which was a nice touch, and it even came with a small can of shaving foam! The indicator lights in the elevator lobby were very clear, and when an elevator arrived, there was not only a red light but also a bell sound, so you'd never have trouble finding which of the six elevators had arrived. Very user-friendly! Most importantly, the value for money is exceptional! Thumbs up! 👍

Our family traveled and stayed at R&F Wanda Realm Hotel in Jingzhou. The hotel is not far from the ancient city and is convenient for sightseeing. Miss Zhao, who received us at the front desk, was very enthusiastic. Seeing that we had a lot of luggage (there was also a wheelchair, and my 90-year-old mother was accompanying us), she asked the concierge to help deliver the luggage to the room. Thank you! The double room we booked only had 2 breakfasts, so we asked Miss Zhao to help give one to the elderly. Miss Zhao helped apply for it quickly. Thank you Miss Zhao! The hotel room was clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and good service. Great! Recommend this hotel!

I absolutely have to give this hotel a positive review! From Kitty reaching out early, to the doorman proactively helping with luggage as soon as we got out of the car, to Ana at the front desk efficiently handling check-in and thoughtfully informing us of the executive lounge's opening hours, the entire experience was excellent. The room I booked had a great view; I could even zoom in on my phone to see the Yellow Crane Tower. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with the Xiangyang beef noodles and freshly steamed buns being particularly delicious.

It was a very pleasant trip to Xiangyang, and the InterContinental Hotel left us with wonderful memories. The hotel has a great location, situated in the southwest corner outside the ancient city, about a 20-minute taxi ride from Xiangyang East Railway Station, making it convenient to reach the ancient city, Gulongzhong, and Tang City. The hotel is designed in a Chinese garden style, with a beautiful courtyard. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and the attached courtyard is unique. The rooms have a coffee machine with a variety of complimentary capsule coffees, which taste quite good. The breakfast was plentiful, including Xiangyang's specialty—brown sugar potstickers. The heated swimming pool was very clean, and there was also a sauna. From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. Special praise goes to Ms. Shi Yixuan at the front desk; she even gave each of us a small gift upon check-out. Next time I visit Xiangyang, I will definitely choose to stay at the InterContinental Xiangyang again.

I had an amazing stay at Four Seasons International Hotel (Shiyan Beijing Middle Road University Town). The room was exceptionally clean and the mattress was incredibly comfortable — one of the best I’ve ever slept on. The overall cleanliness and room ambience truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely sweet, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Their hospitality really stood out. The most surprising and heartwarming part of my stay was that the hotel provided me with free breakfast and dinner. On one of the days, I was very hungry and didn’t know where to go for dinner, but the staff kindly arranged a complimentary meal for me. I genuinely appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, great comfort, and sincere hospitality. I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

The Changjiang Holiday Inn Express I chose this time truly impressed me right from check-in. It's more than just a room; it's a cozy haven for any traveler! The reality far exceeded my expectations, with every single detail radiating a homely warmth and sophistication. The facilities are comprehensive, and the spotlessly clean environment was incredibly reassuring. They even have a dedicated work area and their own parking. Nights were wonderfully quiet, and I slept like a baby; those pillows felt magical, ensuring I slept soundly straight through till morning. Linlin at the front desk was super nice – she promptly resolved any questions I had, always with a warm and attentive demeanor. This will definitely be my top pick for my next trip!
