Went to Macau with Mr. to see an exhibition. The room was clean, spacious, and the bathroom had a smart toilet, which was excellentš. The front desk staff were warm and polite. This hotel is about 2 km from Senado Square and Grand Lisboa, easily reachable on foot. There are many small shops around the hotel, making dining very convenient. Highly recommend this great hotel!
The hotel is great, especially Erica, Delia, and Yoyo at the front desk who provided warm, thoughtful, and professional service. The hotel facilities are very complete, with many thoughtful touches like a Dyson hairdryer, a coffee machine, and an automatic toilet. The sunset viewing platform is particularly stunning; watching the sunset and the evening glow from there is truly beautiful. I would definitely consider coming back again.
This popular hotel is really crowded, with many tourists checking in just to experience it. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to Taipa Ferry Terminal. The shopping arcade on the third floor has a wide variety of brands, and some stores even had promotions during Christmas. The hotel room facilities are a bit dated, but they are spacious enough, and the staff are all very friendly. There's a shuttle bus back to Hengqin in the evening, but the last one departs at 8:20 PM, so don't be late!
Overall a solid 4 star. The property is big and new. Casino is well run, odds are not the best (like dealer stand on all 17 on black jack).
Staff are very helpful. My suggestion is for the Frozen Snow attraction. They start handing out ticket at 12pm, but there was like 200 people lining up at 11am already. Instead of just handing the ticket out and have people come back, they make everyone wait in line, just to pick ip the to ticket to come back at a later time. Really wasted an hour or so of 200 people's time.
The waterpark was great.
For tickets to attractions and dinner, you get discount as a hotel guest. However! If you charge the cost to your room, you dont get a discount. I hope this policy is changed as for foreigners, we dont have alipay/wechat pay, so we prefer to charge to room and settle it all at the end.
Great hotel with an excellent location and service.
The hotel is incredibly clean and well maintained. Jockey Club metro station is just a few minutesā walk away, and there are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. All the famous casinos can be reached within a few minutes by bus.
The view from the room is very nice ā you can even see Zhuhai. Taipa ferry port and the airport are also not far, which is very convenient.
The staff are friendly, professional, and responsive. All our requests were handled promptly, and the reception kindly allowed us to check out one hour later than the official time. thanks to Charles for helping us with the shuttle bus schedules.
The hotel is clean and tidy, with a classic, old-school charm in its hallways and rooms. Since my check-in was on the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel even gave me mooncakes. The breakfast tasted pretty good.
The hotel's location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside. The airport shuttle bus conveniently stops directly in front of the hotel, which is a huge plus!
While the hotel facilities are a bit old-fashioned, they are complete, and the shower always has plenty of hot water. The staff are enthusiastic and always ready to help!
I really enjoyed the food at the 18th-floor restaurant and the hotel's breakfast buffet. I'll definitely choose to stay here again in the future!
This hotel is quite old, with a very vintage feel and a strong sense of history.~~
Facilities: Average, generally quite old. I was particularly unhappy with the hairdryer; it was stuck in a drawer, couldn't be pulled out, and was tethered by a cord, making it incredibly difficult to use. It's not like I'm going to steal a hairdryer, it's not even valuable...
Hygiene: Decent.
Environment: Close to Fisherman's Wharf, overall pretty good.
Service: The front desk staff were quite cold, making me wait until well after 3 PM for check-in. I don't think I'll be returning.

HHudieFrom December 2nd to 4th, I had a leisure vacation and chose to stay at The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites. The service experience was truly excellent. Check-in is usually at 3:00 PM, and by the time I got to the front desk, it was already past that. The front desk staff informed me that the non-smoking area still needed a bit more time as housekeeping wasn't finished yet, and Deluxe King rooms were in high demand. They offered to upgrade me to a suite and first asked if I minded being a bit further from the elevator. I said I didn't, and they immediately processed the upgrade to a suite. I was able to move into the room right away, and I was very happy with it. For my first night, the mini-bar drinks and snacks were complimentary, which was a thoughtful touch. I was quite hungry and didn't want to go out, so this considerate gesture was perfect. After a two-and-a-half-hour drive and crossing the Hengqin border, I was exhausted and needed to rest, and this really made things convenient for me at that moment. I was very satisfied with the hotel service ā that's the first point.
Secondly, when I checked out on December 4th at noon, I called for a bellboy to help with some luggage. He arrived even quicker than expected, with a genuine smile. He introduced himself as Koenig and said, 'Ma'am, I'm here to assist you with everything.' He was polite and spoke in a very friendly tone. Such a bellboy leaves an excellent impression; he was truly courteous. It's clear the hotel's training program is very effective. Koenig was absolutely a professionally trained hotel staff member, with every action being perfectly executed. He proactively asked about my stay and if I was satisfied with the hotel, and if everything was convenient. His proactive communication with guests shows how much he cares about their experience, which is an excellent quality. Hotels really need frontline staff like this to get feedback on guests' experiences. This has already given me a good reason to choose The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites again for my next stay. I hope the hotel continues to offer more pleasant surprises to its guests. ššš¹š¹
AAnonymous UserAn excellent value-for-money hotel. After clearing customs at Hengqin Port, we took a short car ride to the Galaxy area. From there, it was just a few hundred meters' walk across the road to reach the hotel. The Light Rail station is conveniently located right at Galaxy's entrance, making it super easy to get around. The hotel itself is simple but impeccably clean. They even thoughtfully provide power outlets compatible with mainland China plugs, so you won't need to worry if you forget your adapter.
Ssus****This is an older hotel, but it's still very well-maintained. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is excellent. Luggage storage is convenient, and it's easy to get anywhere by foot or shuttle. It's my favorite hotel when I come to Macau.
MM371987****I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau.
The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights.
The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room.
Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

AAfeiyuCheck-in took a little longer than expected, but they gave us a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower! The whole place was super new and clean, and we slept really comfortably. Having Don Quijote right downstairs was incredibly convenient, and the cinema was just on the second floor. We booked Zootopia 4D for 4 PM, then went straight downstairs to browse Don Quijote, and finally had dinner at Gin Gin at 6 PM ā a really smooth experience! The food at Gin Gin was also good, with plenty of dishes. The lobster with garlic was better, and the raw oysters were tastier than the ones with cheese. None of the hot dishes were a letdown either. Overall, it was a fantastic choice for a relaxed holiday.š«š»
2203975****The lobby is spacious, bright, and elegant. The front desk service was excellent; they even helped reserve a room for us. The room was bright and tidy, and the housekeeping was spot on. The floor staff were also very enthusiastic. The lobby's cake was delicious, and the pork chop bun was better than what you'd find elsewhere.
