Public areas were consistently kept clean and tidy, and the environmental hygiene was maintained exceptionally well, making our stay very comfortable and reassuring. The surrounding amenities are comprehensive, making travel convenient; dining, shopping, and transportation were all easily accessible, which made traveling with a baby so much easier. Any small issues we encountered during our stay were immediately addressed and patiently resolved by the staff. Their service attitude was sincere and responsible, without any perfunctory responses. Overall, the hotel's attention to detail was exceptional. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and the service was excellent, meeting all the needs of a family trip. When traveling with children, hygiene, quietness, safety, and service are paramount, and this hotel delivered on all fronts, offering incredible value for money. This stay was incredibly comfortable and reassuring, a truly satisfying accommodation experience. "The hotel is super close to Baotu Spring, and the service was excellent. We chose the tatami room, and my kids absolutely loved the flat peaches. The local specialty gift they gave us when we left was a thoughtful touch. Everyone was very friendly and proactive in helping us. There was a bit of street noise since it's on a main road, but you can't have convenience without a slight trade-off."

"Intercontinental Jinan Greenland is by far the most satisfying Intercontinental hotel I've stayed at! It's not just about the facilities, but the excellent staff training system that makes guests feel truly at home and welcome. Connie, the Quality Control Manager, was particularly memorable! I arrived in Jinan at 5 PM, and due to a heavy rain and traffic, I was worried about being late for a dinner I was specifically attending. I tried contacting the hotel, and after they understood my situation, I soon received a call from Connie who gave me a series of directions and assistance! My sincere thanks again!"

"The room was fantastic, a cozy two-story layout with a balcony! We were able to experience the charm of Confucian culture up close (it's very close to the 'Three孔' scenic area). Our family excitedly discussed the Analects, believing that in such a quiet and harmonious environment, Confucius himself would surely feel our presence. The experience was unparalleled! We also felt the meticulous and thoughtful assistance from Marriott's front desk staff, Xiao Qian and Xiao Hong, who are from the birthplace of Confucianism. They helped me mail documents and even sent back my child's pants that were left behind after we checked out! I'm not sure if 'Marriott' (万豪) derives its '万' from the 'wan ren gong qiang' (万仞宫墙 - ten-thousand-foot palace wall) and its '豪' from the 'hao jie' (豪杰 - heroes) who have bowed down for centuries, but I do know that 'green hair' (绿发 - *possibly a playful or inside reference, hard to translate directly without context, so kept as is*) hides the promise of our family's next spontaneous journey!"

"The service was incredibly thoughtful. Even though we arrived during a typhoon, it didn't seem to have a major impact on Linyi, and our travel plans weren't disrupted at all. The environment is very quiet, right by the river in the city center. The staff even provided us with a travel guide. Overall, our stay was very comfortable, and the facilities were quite comprehensive – everything you'd typically need was provided, including a safe, a weighing scale, and even a yoga mat. The hygiene was also excellent, which put us at ease. Whatever we needed, the room attendant brought it quickly without any hesitation. I would definitely recommend this place to friends."

"The hotel upgraded us to the 28th floor, which had an even better view! We had a small issue during our stay, but the hotel's service was incredibly humane and proactive. They gave us a complimentary breakfast for two and sent us fruit. Another time, I urgently needed a computer to check something, and the hotel helped me resolve it within 2 minutes. The hotel is 500 meters from the Third Bathing Beach, perfect for an evening stroll with beautiful scenery and a beach along the way. The location is convenient for getting anywhere, and it's just a short taxi ride to the Olympic Sailing Center. I highly recommend it with a 10/10!"

"Must give Hampton by Hilton a five-star full praise! From the door concierge to the reception, all staff smile service, check-in speed is fast, and take the initiative to recommend the surrounding route. The rooms are spotless, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is sufficient, the exclusive Huanpeng mattress is moderately soft and hard, the blackout curtains have excellent sound insulation effect, and the bed can also sleep until dawn. The buffet breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, freshly ground coffee, hot porridge, pasta, fruit, fresh and delicious. The hotel is equipped with a 24-hour free laundry room and gym, complete with facilities. The location is excellent, it is convenient to travel and eat, whether it is travel or business trip, the price is far more than the same price hotel, has been included in the permanent residence list."

"The room has a large area, is clean and tidy, and the check-in process is fast and convenient. Easy to communicate in English as a foreigner and staff is very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and smiling, especially Sherry and Ivy, who felt warm in a foreign land and helped a lot during their stay. It was a great check-in experience!"

"This hotel is flawless. While the decor is about fifteen years old, it's very clean, and the mattress and pillows are comfortable. The service is excellent; they even bring takeout right to your room door. The hotel's BBQ is delicious (see pic 1), you can call and ask about it. For takeout, there's a place called Wang Ji's Crispy Meat Flatbread that's really good (get the meat flatbread with tofu pudding). I found Fu Guozhuang's mustard chicken to be just okay. If you're visiting Weifang, you absolutely have to try the Chaotian Guo place recommended by Wu Lala – but don't eat their side dishes, they just serve leftover ones from other tables."
