The whole hotel has no door lock that can be locked, until I am really angry and ask them for so long, I can change rooms. Third, after changing the room, the bedside table floor and toilet in the room were full of water, and the shower was full of water, and it was not cleaned up at all. I don't understand why a chain hotel can do so much, even the most basic hygiene is not good.

That day, there was a training session (I don't know if it was internal training), and many people were smoking in the hallway, leaving cigarette butts and ashes everywhere. (Could they have communicated or clearly marked the corridors as no-smoking areas?) 4. Cleaning: We left after breakfast this morning and returned to the hotel at 3:00 PM, but the room hadn't been cleaned. We planned to get some sleep and contact the front desk, but at 4:00 AM, the front desk lady rang the doorbell, waking everyone up. 5. Front desk service: It was basically up to standard.
