Without a Colombian phone number, the only way to communicate was trip.com messages, which were simply ignored.
Self check-in, I waited over an hour late for the access code to the apartment door. Never got the WiFi password nor gym access info despite repeated requests.
So the amenities were not, in reality, as advertised. No internet, no gym, no response to inquiries.
Free shuttle bus at exit number 1. Easy to find. Leaves hotel on the hour until the evening. After that every half hour. Refer to the accompanying photo. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I would definitely be happy to recommend this hotel.
This hotel is relatively close to the airport. You can book whatever you want after getting off the plane.
Advantages: The price is not too high, the hygiene is okay, the environment on the first floor is okay, there is a place to sit and talk about things, and there is also breakfast. Although very simple
Disadvantages: The room is too small, not 18 square meters at all. You can only turn around in places other than the bed where 2 people sleep.
Also there is no hair dryer. After washing my hair, I asked them if they had a hair dryer. I can only sleep with wet hair, which is very depressing.
The room was large, the facilities were decent, and the service was okay. The breakfast was average. There were many restaurants around the hotel, and it was located in a bustling area, so the surrounding area was quite convenient.
It's very close to the airport and the service staff can't speak English. Maybe it's because the check-in time is a little late, the front desk and the room are not in the same building. I searched for a long time, but no one gave me any guidance.
Good service with shuttle bus to airport 24-7 every 30 minutes, with the driving time no longer than 5 minutes. Uber to Monseratta takes 20 minutes and around 30000 pesos
The hotel is well equipped, the service staff are enthusiastic and help to call a car. The staff who make up the room are very nice. relatively quiet

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

Great
YYiweidujiang_AndyThis is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Bogotá for business. The police station directly across the street provides a great sense of security, which is a major plus for foreigners like myself who might be mindful of safety. Moreover, the largest GE mall is just about a 5-minute walk away, offering excellent convenience for shopping and dining. It's also quite close to Monserrate Hill. The availability of airport shuttle service further adds to its appeal, making it a truly worthwhile choice.
AAnonymous UserVery nice hotel, close to the business district, breakfast is also very good. Try not to go out at night, even if the law and order nearby is good. Avoid rush hours in the morning and evening when traveling, or there will be really heavy traffic jams
GGuest UserLong established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor).
Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment.
Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)

TThomasBGAmazing new studio, with excellent design and quality minimalistic furniture. Has everything one could feel in comfort - including a kitchenette and a washing machine, which I didn't need for my short stay, but for a longer stay would be great. Nice minimalistic bathroom with all that matters (a big shower head and nice toiletries). Modern lighting and controls, more than enough plugs around the room, great wifi too. Super comfortable bed, everything is sparkling clean (and quite new). This area of Bogota is very nice, clean and close to a park, not too crowded either. The only thing I didn't like was the slow check in and the little extra bureaucracy there, but I guess it's the government that sets those rules and the owners just need to follow them.
AAnonymous UserThe most satisfying thing about the hotel is security. This street at the entrance of the hotel leads directly to Bolivarian Square. The street is a street stall. There is no stall at the entrance of the hotel. There are no artists and no homeless people. There are police fences around the alley.
Hotel breakfast is good, there is hot water, in the courtyard of the colonial mark, the atmosphere is good.
The only downside is that the room facilities are a bit old. The decoration style is old-fashioned.
The price is a bit expensive (stay for 3 nights, more than 800 yuan for one night).
MMkeMic90This is the 2nd time in two years we stayed at this hotel for interviews at the US Embassy. It’s a 15 minute drive from the airport.
Staff is very professional, attentive and helpful. The hotel offers free breakfast buffet. The buffet is a variety of Colombian food as well as breakfast favorites. The hotel’s restaurant has excellent menu. They offer some traditional Colombian food but with their own modern signature. The hotel offers free transportation to and from the airport. The drivers are professional wearing shirts, ties and sport coats.great experience at this hotel. downstairs form the hotel are many different restaurants, bar and casino. There are 2 large shopping mall within 15 minute walk too.
