The service is super in place. The plane arrived early in the morning and the hotel sent someone to pick up the plane. The breakfast was plentiful and the hotel cleaning facilities were new and clean. All staff are warm and patient.

The daily breakfast was prepared in house and amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and any needs were addressed.The breakfast was amazing.Definitely exceeded our expectations coming from the United States where we are used to a cold breakfastDefinitely was very happy with it.Miguel went over and above to drive us to a couple destinations so we wouldn't have to find a taxi.And they were ready with amazing recommendations for dinners!

That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.

I was there for the first time, doing a seminar for leaders in Buenas Nuevas Chrsitian Church, the experience at the hotel was great, specially the staff, front desk waiters in the restaurant. The advantage is that there is a 24-hour shuttle bus, but there is no good guide. Even taking a photo will make it easier for customers to find the waiting spot. Call the front desk. One person went out to the left and the other to the right. I arrived in the early morning and it felt really confusing to find the direction.

Every time I go to Ecuador on business, I stay at this hotel. It is as comfortable as ever. Now that the power outage in Ecuador has been temporarily resolved, the hotel rooms have been readjusted and the space is much larger than before.

The hotel is located in the suburbs and the surrounding environment is excellent. The garden in the hotel is a bird watching holy place with more than 30 kinds of rare birds. Hotel facilities are good, service is good, suitable for business travel, meetings.
