I'm glad there's a hot spring and it's free to use. There's a coin laundry service. Everything on the breakfast buffet was delicious. I was glad they had chicken rice. I didn't get to try the ice cream or shaved ice, so I'd like to try those next time. The food at the restaurant was delicious, but I'm not sure how they serve the entire course meal in afternoon tea format. It would be nice if they offered more non-alcoholic drinks than just juices. It would be nice if they had more non-alcoholic cocktails. There's nothing nearby, but it's convenient because there's a decent selection of souvenirs. The bus to Kagoshima Airport is also a plus. I'd love to stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Super delicious and wide spread of food for breakfast. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes that you do not need to venture out to eat. The souvenir shop is located beside Osen, do not miss it. Do step out of the area outside breakfast restaurant to see the full view of sakurajima, with sunrise view, though you may want to walk to the nearby lookout at the park. But I think the view from hotel is good. The bakery sells delicious bread, soft and fresh. Shuttle bus is available at both lobby, one near main entrance and one near the Italian restaurant at level one. There is a post box at the level one entrance too, you can send postcards there!

This hotel's location is super convenient, right in the heart of the Tenmonkan area, with the tram stop directly in front. It's walking distance to the bustling downtown and plenty of restaurants, so exploring and dining out was a breeze. The hotel and rooms felt new and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The artificial carbonated hot spring in the public bath was fantastic for soothing away travel fatigue. I especially enjoyed the breakfast on the top floor, with amazing views of Sakurajima while savoring dishes made with local ingredients. The staff were also very attentive and polite. Overall, I'd say this is a highly satisfying hotel.

Simple accommodation that you can enjoy home stay in Shibushi. Business run with 2 couples with warm and nice welcome. Check-in time is limited from 16.00-18.00 Make sure your not come late.

The hotel offers a shuttle service, which makes getting around very convenient. Right outside the hotel, there's a tram stop that takes you to the pier, where you can catch a boat to Sakurajima for sightseeing. The hotel's breakfast is quite substantial, with plenty of fruit, and the golden kiwi was especially sweet. All the staff were attentive and thoughtful. The hotel also has a free gym, and right next door is a hot spring ♨️ where you can enjoy a full soak or a foot bath; the spa services, however, are paid. Overall, everything was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. I hope for friendship between China and Japan and world peace 🤝🏻

The hotel had a golf course, and the golf course could be seen from the window. It seemed to be frequented by golfers and foreign tourists. The hot spring was spacious and very impressive. I thought it was stylish that the handles of the comb and toothbrush in the amenities were made of bamboo.

Transportation: Direct airport bus service to a nearby bus stop offers convenient access to the hotel. However, it's important to check the bus schedule in advance, as departures are infrequent. Planning accordingly will ensure a hassle-free transfer. Location: The hotel's location provides the convenience of being close to a convenience store, just a short five-minute walk away. This makes it easy to pick up any necessities or snacks. Pricing: The pricing is reasonable, especially when considering the exceptional amenities included. The private rotenburo is a luxurious highlight, and the inclusion of both a fabulous breakfast and an elaborate, multi-course dinner (12+ courses) represents excellent value.

On the other hand, regarding the serve of wine etc., although it is a luxury hotel restaurant and from 2000 yen / glass, there is no tasting, detailed explanation, follow-up, etc., so I was reluctant. 4) The atmosphere of the room, facilities and amenities (local brands and environmentally friendly products) are also excellent. In addition, two types of soaps were installed, and I was able to choose the scent that suits my mood. We have noted that we need to rely on the sea through Trip.com. The downside of the hotel is that it is far from the pier and the airport, a diagonal. If you take the bus to the attractions, it will be very tossing. Many travel notes on the Internet are by bus, and it is more convenient to live in Miyagi-ura Port or Anagawa Port. It is recommended to pack a tour guide and rent a taxi here.
