Nice hotel, it was good staffs and amenities. Cleanliness was good that I stayed with confortable. Highly recommend to stay here! But one of concern is Wi-Fi is weak in your room. However even if you detect these deficiencies, it is great hotel.

Great breakfast and wonderful service at the breakfast. The spa area was freshly renovated and smelled of lacquer. The female sauna was not operational. The steam bath (Turkish hammam) was marked as free in the hotel description, but the staff told us that it needed a reservation and wouldn't let us use it. Worst of all and something that is inconceivable for a hotel in this category, they were out of stock on hotel slippers! How to use the spa area or relax in the room without slippers?

If you’re staying in Fes, I recommend you stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself as a great traditional Moroccan feel. Mohammed et al. made us feel very welcome.
The location is great, walking distance from medina mazes. Brilliant stay and enjoyed Fes very much.

The best Riad in the old town of Fes is definitely this one! The public area is so beautiful, it's like living in a palace, definitely worth the experience!
The only downside is that the classic and deluxe rooms are too small, and the soundproofing is very poor, maybe this is a common problem for Riads?
The location is first-rate, you can walk around the old town as soon as you leave the hotel, highly recommended.

Amazing service - clean facilities- staff helpful - just amazing overall stay - food was amazing at the restaurant- was staying during afcon and even with the hustle and bustle of the hotel being a host for a football club . Generally, the staff 々 was friendly and helpful and there was no particular problem. Good location, just a short walk to the Boujrud Gate. It's a pity that there is no pot to boil water personally. Despite the early morning flight, he responded to meals and drinks even after hours. Thank you. Thank you very much.

DDarrenA private and beautiful hotel outside the Medina, Hotel Sahrai is a good choice for travellers looking to reside outside the hustle and bustle of the old city. The amenities provided were top class though the breakfast selection and dinner quality could be improved upon. The hotel sits on top of a hill and the rooftop provides a beautiful view of the old medina and Jewish quarters. This is a good choice if you have a lot of luggage as cars are not allowed to drop you in Riads inside the Medina.
