Hotel downstairs got alot of food to eat. Valet is for hotel guest not expensive and valet parking is RM35 per day. Hotel carpark is free parking. Holiday Villa hotel is very near KSL shopping mall and Holiday Plaza. Worth to stay this hotel."

jisooyaaaThe room was fine, though it was dusty and there were old toothpaste stains in the bathroom. However, that is nothing compared to the major safety and privacy violation we experienced.
The service and management were completely unacceptable. Our room's mini fridge was broken. We called maintenance, but after waiting for 30 minutes, no one showed up. Since we had a strict dinner reservation, we had to leave, keeping our 'Do Not Disturb' (DND) sign clearly displayed on the door.Later, the staff called us saying they were at our room. I explicitly asked them to wait 3 minutes for us to return. Instead, they entered our room without permission while the DND sign was up and changed the fridge. This is a severe breach of privacy and security. If anything goes missing from our room, who is going to take responsibility? Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Guest UserThe residence is above Paradigm Mall. The counter has its operating hours. Staffs are helpful and check in out are simple. Very good for groups or family stay.
There are shops, restaurants and services in the mall. Thus, no need to travel far and out. You can stay at the same venue for your overnight stay.

HohohoyeeThis is my third time staying here, and once again, I had a great experience. This time, I chose a different room, and I was happy to find that it was still very spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The apartment is great for a short-term stay, with complete facilities for cooking, washing clothes, and other daily needs, making it feel just like home. The jungle-themed concept is also really unique, creating a cozy, relaxing, and refreshing atmosphere.
The customer service and admin team at Nest Home are always helpful and responsive. They respond quickly to questions and are willing to assist whenever needed, which makes the whole stay smooth and hassle-free.
I really appreciate the consistency of the stay, especially since this is already my third time here. Different room, but still the same level of comfort and spaciousness. Definitely a place I would come back to again. Highly recommended!

Wanderfull5We really enjoyed our stay at Fraser Place Iskandar Puteri. The 3-bedroom serviced apartment was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 5. We especially loved the location. Marina Walk is just nearby, with Hard Rock Cafe and other dining and leisure options within walking distance.
We enjoyed taking leisurely walks around the area, especially in the evenings. It was nice to have everything so accessible while still having a relaxing and peaceful place to stay.
Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider coming back again!

Guest UserLocation is good, connected to Mid Valley shopping center. So you can shop until the last shop close and don't need to worry about catching a grab back to the hotel.
Room is sizable, the bed is nice.
Shower is ok, hard to control the right temperature. There's a karaoke pub at the roof top bar, which you can sing your heart out.
Staff are friendly, and breakfast spread is wide. Though the bao is cold.

J.i.m.m.yAirbnb style rented thru Trip Platform. Doesn’t have your daily housekeeping. Drinking/Mineral water also not provided. You have to purchase yourself, no water filter/cooler in the room. Suggest buy from nearby KK Mart.
Car park was damn crazy, stayed at Level 25 but allocated a guest parking lot at Level 11. The speed ramp is confusing for ppl at first. “Resident” carpark start at level 5. Every level of parking is actually two floors

nadhysfOverall, I had a pleasant stay at Space Residency JB. The unit was clean, new, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the facilities provided were good. The overall environment was comfortable and everything felt relatively new.
The only downside was the entry and exit process. Each time we entered or left the residence, we had to provide the unit number and wait for the security personnel to verify the details and take a photo. While I understand this is part of the security procedure, it can be a little inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when you are in a hurry.
Other than that, it was a good and comfortable stay overall.

McainI had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru, especially in the East Wing room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Everything was neatly arranged, and the bed was very comfortable, giving me a good night’s rest throughout my stay.
What I appreciated the most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The facilities were in good condition, and everything felt well taken care of. The hotel environment itself was calm and welcoming, which added to the whole experience.
The staff were also friendly, polite, and helpful whenever needed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out, which I really value when staying at a hotel.
Overall, I would say Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Johor Bahru. The East Wing room in particular is definitely worth it. I would happily come back again and recommend it to others.

DTSgThe location is a short walk from rnf mall however if you have elderly, it may not be convenient as you need to cross the road on 1st day to check in. Saw the overhead bridge but the guard said need access card first. Since we hadn't got access card, need to walk across and along a stretch of road to reach the block.
After that, we took grab all the time as elderly may not be able to walk too long and on slopes.
Condo was nice, but rubbish area may need to be more clean. We could smell it along the corridor. The door chain lock was spoilt. 2 doors at front entrance, inside the unit was quite clean and meet our needs. Can do light cooking saw pan. Microwave, kettle and cutlery etc. Rooms were quite clean but toilets had some smell, brought toilet spray. Mosquitoes are common, pls bring insect repellent too even in unit. Every room has aircon so it's OK. Living room is nice with nice view from balcony seeing the sea and boats!
Overall gd experience but don't expect it to be like hotel. It's Airbnb. Swimming was noisy with kids, gym was busy too. We didn't swim or use gym but we walked around on viewing deck to watch boats.

This has to be the worst Four Points by Sheraton I've ever stayed at 😅. The decor is on par with a 200-300 RMB budget hotel in China; only the lobby and corridors look somewhat decent. The soundproofing is abysmal. You can feel the floor vibrating when kids run and jump upstairs... and the constant hum of the air conditioning unit kept me awake all night. The hygiene was terrible; there were crumbs on the floor, and I even found a balloon left by a previous guest when I lay on the bed... The trash can in the bathroom was also very dirty... My first task after checking in was to clean the room with sanitary wipes. The only redeeming quality is its proximity to a supermarket, which was convenient for buying things.
