Location is right next to KB mall. Very convenient. Housekeeping didn't clean for the 2 nights I stayed. Cons: noisy as it is right next to the main elevated highway. Travel tip: bus 29 going to Rantai Panjang leaves from the bus stop across the road. So you don't have to go to Stesen Bas KB by Grab. Like I did.

My first time booking hotel at Kelantan, and its really great. The room is superb. Swimming pool and the cafe was great.They have variety of food, and of course some local choices like nasi kerabu and kuih muih. It just the parking was not spacious, and some room that we got into, The hotel combines modern luxury with rich Malay cultural elements, offering a unique experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, catering to both business and leisure travelers.

Tok Aman Bali my fav place to staycation because not so far from myhome.. Tapi semalam pergi dia punya kebersihan tak terjaga.. Contoh kawasan perjalan kaki berbau busuk sampah.. Masa breakfast boleh pula kucing termuntah dalam restoran.. Bilik air pula bertakung disebabkan air mandian tak keluar dari lubangnya.. Hope next time perbaiki lagi kebersihan tu.. Sy peminat tegar di tok aman bali..

The hotel had quite a season facilities  and required a new paint job on the facade. Additionally, a minor crack needed fixing, and the bathroom tiles needed polishing. The marks from drilling should be touched up and hidden to restore the pleasant appearance it carries in holidays villa brand . However, the service at the front desk and the hospitality from the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel at home. I would definitely come back for another stay.

Shower room does not have tooth brush and comb Shower liquid is dual uses- not a good quality shampoo and body wash Room does not provide any slipper for use on the cold tile floor Breakfast is plain basic bread butter, noodle,...salad and coffee and tea. The Toilet paper holder has never cleaned before ...I guessed so dirty Good location to access the china town.

I have stayed here twice, staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast is provided. The whole homestay was nicely decorated with flowers and small decoration items, room overall is clean. The only one room at ground floor is a two-bed room, no aircon, price is cheap though and has a shared toilet outside the room. Upstairs has three rooms - Only the family room (Master bedroom) with two beds has its own toilet, for the two other two rooms are sharing the same toilet. For the travellers who don’t like shared toilet better booked for the big room. Overall experience is excellent, the only downside is the location is a bit too far for people who don’t drive.

1. Payment BY CASH only no card accepted.  2. Parking not convinience at all. Parked behind hotel beside bird **** and if not in parking lot will be summon by MPKB. 3. Towel smelly and bed sheet torn. No toiletries. 4. Other than that all are convinience -  nearby food stall n mart and resonable price.
