This hotel holds many memories for me personally. I used to stay at the Wen Hua Hotel often when I was a child. It's quite an old hotel, and this visit brought back many memories; it doesn't seem to have changed much. I really like the Wen Hua Hotel; the breakfast is also good. Their mooncakes are delicious too, full of memories! 👍🏻

"We had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀，are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a very satisfying stay. The hotel upgraded our room based on availability and allowed for early check-in and late check-out. Since we were traveling with a baby and needed to prepare formula frequently, the hotel provided a baby cot and complimentary bottled water, which was very thoughtful.
On Saturday, there were many families with children, and the hotel offered a variety of play facilities. There was even a bonfire party in the evening, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. They also received some complimentary gifts.
The hotel's breakfast was delicious with a wide selection and variety of dishes. My husband had two cups of coffee and didn't feel sleepy on the drive back.
Mount Dayanshan is right next door, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. It's a free attraction with excellent air quality. We were able to push the stroller up and down the mountain with the baby, and the little one loved it."

"I obviously chose a free room upgrade. When I arrived, I arranged a room at the end and asked to change it. When I went to the front desk, I was told that there would be a charge for upgrading the room type. Moreover, the room I booked at the time was a room with a window. I didn’t know which room type it was said to be upgraded at the beginning. , the room type that was upgraded later was the same as the room type that was originally booked, and the room type that was booked before was the room with a window.
But other than that, the room is quite clean. The quilt is a little stained. The sound insulation is average. I can hear the sound of watching TV in the next room."
