There is a major flaw in this particular unit.
All 3 aircons shuts down at night after 15-30mins using. Had to WhatsApp their custServ at 11pm & within 5mins someone came & “set” the aircon. & told not to set any timer in the controller. We did not even touch any timer & clearly there was no timer set on the remote.
It was OK for another 30mins & again all aircon turn amber light again. Nothing works even after turning off & on main switch. We had to sleep with the fan only.
In the morning we tried to turn the main switch off & on
And this time the aircon works the whole morning till we checked out at 11am. So I’m not sure if the unit has a special set timer or it is just some electrical fault.
Plz fix that unit. Saw others with same complain on aircon regular shutdown"

"The room rate was very affordable, I paid only RM150 for a 3D2N stay. Check-in was fast and hassle-free. One thing to note is that the lifts can take quite a while during peak hours because there are many guests staying here.
I also appreciate the security measures for food deliveries. Security guards will only release the order after checking the actual order confirmation page, which makes the place feel safer.
Parking is not free and costs RM6 per day.
There is no MRT or LRT station within walking distance, so getting around usually requires taking a taxi or e-hailing service. Because of this, I would recommend staying here if you have your own car, as it will be much more convenient.
Overall, it’s a good budget-friendly place to stay."

"Really new and very clean inside. Easy to check in, nice and cozy stay. With the great location near ss15 and this price, there's really nothing to complain about. The property management is also responsive. Their security guard even guided through my whole way into carpark to find my specific parking lot. Would come back again if there's next time. Only minor cons about this property is the drainage system of the shower is slightly slow."

NNAMR..Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained.
Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldn’t be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it.
Parking is available but comes with an extra charge.
Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.

I booked for a night king bed room. The room is spacious and clean, quite nice.
However, there is no plug point besides the bed, only have usb port where not all electrical charger is fit and cannot be used.
For the toilet, the water draining system is bad, cannot drain water at all during showering.
For the access card given, one cannot open the door. I went to reception and inform the issue, the receptionist checked and asked another staff to assist me to my room and help me open. We walked till my room and the card cannot open as well. The staff then told me is because of the lock has running out of battery, need another 10 minutes to go down and get physical key to open the door. He then brought the manager comes and she could open the door with her card. So eventually is the second access card problem. I not sure the problem is with the receptionist or the lock got problem. Not a pleasant experience to kee me waiting standing outside my room for them to sort the issue

Llim 87I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Petaling Jaya. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spacious, and the facilities were excellent.
What impressed me the most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a pleasant and memorable experience. I look forward to staying at Hilton Petaling Jaya again in the future and will gladly recommend it to my family, friends, and colleagues.

GGuest UserI had a nice stay at Resort Suites at Bandar Sunway. The room was big and spacious, which made the stay comfortable and good value for money.
The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid Mall and nearby attractions, which made everything easy to access.
However, the walls are quite thin, so noise from сосед rooms and the corridor can be heard quite easily, especially at night.
Overall, still a pleasant stay for the price—great location and space, but light sleepers may find the noise a bit disruptive.

Rrabbitcal1st time to Mossaz, previous one was Paxtonz. Difference is just amenities, very tiny details that'll make your stay a little nicer. I'll say Paxtonz is better. But all in still very very good value compared to hotel for the same price. Paid rm85/day for 7 nights.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Sunway Lagoon Water Park, which made getting to the rides and slides easy and fun for the kids. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of either the lake or the park, and the beds are incredibly comfy. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options across its numerous restaurants, and the room service was quick and friendly. Housekeeping was excellent and done daily, and the public facilities were clean and family-friendly.
This hotel is an ideal choice for families looking for a mix of comfort and entertainment. The service was professional and friendly, and the staff were always ready to help. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Kuala Lumpur. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a pleasant and comfortable stay with their children.
