During the check-in, I got a free upgrade into 2-bedrooms suite but the floor is dusty, dining table is not wiped properly and the light is a bit dimmed, thus I requested to change to my initial type of room. The changed room is better compared to the previous one but the floor still got a bit dusty but acceptable.

The best choice I’ve ever made. Check in was smooth and fast! Staffs very nice and friendly. This hotel is very good, very clean and you can take buggy to the airport which is like 5 minutes away. Recommended to stay here if you have an early flight!

Starting with the Concierge Assistant, his welcoming positivity was just what I needed. He kindly brought my luggage directly to my room—such a nice touch! We then enjoyed a delicious fruit punch that was simply amazing. Our room was perfect, with vintage vibes and a lovely bathtub. We even brought bath bombs to make the most of our night. Now, about the breakfast—you must try their rendang ayam, hot chocolate, and dim sum. I wholeheartedly approve of them all. I will definitely return for another spontaneous stay. We are very excited that they upgraded us to Sunway Resort Hotel due to a crowd booking. There are a few restaurants to choose from for breakfast. First day breakfast at Gordon Ramsey bar and grill and second day at sunset terrace.

Upon check-in, it was done smoothly, although the valet parking was not handled so well. The room was spacious and clean except the drainage was very poor—the water clogged the sink and the shower room. We were staying only for one night and didn't get a chance to go to the pool, gym, and rooftop lounge. We will come again for a couple of nights as we saw they had a lot of promotions on food in the restaurants. Would give it another try.

Overall very good for solo travellers. But took some time for me to realise it's not in klia2. Have to book their free shuttle from tune hotel klia2 to tune hotel aeropolis. Reach around 20minutes. Good

Been stay over here several times already. Why im stay here because comfortable for Staycation or solo traveller. Breakfast not bad. Everyone's can consider booking breakfast as well.. Anyway, good view for my room

I am writing to provide feedback following my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I had expected. Firstly, the room lacked towels upon my arrival, and I had to call housekeeping to have them sent. This was also happened during my last stays. Additionally, I found that the minibar was not stocked, which I initially addressed by calling reception to request a room change. I was told that instead of moving rooms, housekeeping would send a minibar to my room, but this was not an ideal solution. Furthermore, I noticed that the area around the minibar cabinet had not been properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of the hotel. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

Overall, the stays were pleasant except for two items: 1) only two drinking bottles were provided. Got to beg for additional water bottles. Other hotels in the Klang valley of the similar category, provides unlimited drinking water. 2) When asked for an additional comforter to be sent to our room, a worn out brown blankets was sent. Obviously we won’t dare to use it. Escalate this matter to Mr. Seelam, the PIC the second night, and the housekeeping sent another unacceptable blanky which I called it the twin sister. Utterly disappointed.

This is my second visit, the receptionist this time were rather rude. He yawned while talking to me when I ask him about bed type. I was gutted by his attitude. Wasn’t expecting that because my first visit was very pleasant. This time round the receptionist are rather showing the vibe of “I’m too good to serve you”. It’s unpleasant. Although the room were quite new and it is in a rather quiet area. But for their services I encounter this time. I’m taken aback. Breakfast were good. Room are clean and amenities are upon request, even hair dryer. There are plenty of books at the lobby to browse through, quite interesting.

The check in counters are unique, just like a bar counter. The hotel lobby have 1 arcade game machine, 1 pool table, 1 football table, a dart board, card games, jenga and Mancala. There's resting area and working tables and coffee and tea, all free for hotel guests to play and use. The restaurant at the lobby is convenient, and the food is good. The lift lobby is unique, buttons are sensors. Very good services at the check-in counter. The rooms are clean, air-conditioning is great, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the hot water is great, the housekeepers are very polite and great at their work. The window views are great It's convenient to have the big shopping mall just right beside with the IOI convention centre. And big car park below. The roof top bar are fun and have great food too. The swimming is cool and there is swings too, cool place to lay down and relax. The Hotel have complimentary shuttle bus to the airport.

Is a decent hotel but do not expect much in terms of service. Room size is big but cleanliness has more room to improve. They played Christmas music on the room floor lobby so loud that I can even hear it in my room ( my room is not the nearest to the lift lobby) and had to call on two days to ask them to lower the volume. The cafe has limited choices on their menu. Will I come back? Yes if I need to do business around that area but is not a hotel that I will want to stay if I have a choice.

The front well welcome but the hotel don’t have staff to help guests to show room by telling the way so it hard for guests to find room myself, my recommend should have one staff go with guests to show room.  Note and thank,  YI Lang

It is our family's repeated stay in One World hotel over the past decade. This is the default choice whenever we come to KL. We are pleased with the service standard here, the breakfast selection, and we even received complimentary daily laundry service during our recent 5 nights stay. It's an ABNB boutique hotel with minimum Facilities. Room clean with good air con n Water heater. Room TV n wifi facilities are good Reception opens at 9.00 am which is Not good for those wanting to check out early in the morning to catch a flight or an early express bus To get back their room deposit refund of rm100

Hotel is strategic location plus connected with shopping mall. Easy to explore food and find entertainment at nights such as karaoke. Cleanliness of room and pool is tiptop. The only thing is interior wise tv room feels like living in the 90s. But overall is nice hotel to stay in for short vacay in town.

The room is clean attached with a bathroom. Just few minutes walk from departure hall. It is very convenient especially for transit purpose.

Location is good , near airport , room is comfortable ourside many food, hotel is clean , traffic is convenient night time you can walk around night time market.

Hotel is connected to the mall.. the lobby is nice and smells of coffee considering they have starbucks dispenser at the lobby itself.. we are able to go for early check in at 2pm provided we sign their membership program.. the unit is big. 1 bedroom unit.. got living room and kitchen with big fridge..

Equa-distance between the airport and the city, stay was comfortable enough, located next to a shopping centre so great for getting a bite to eat or having a wander around. Slight criticism would be that they don't provide towels or toothpaste etc, which sadly I didn't realise until after my shower. Other than that I had a nice stay.

I wasnt able to stay long at this hotel due to my flight leaving for Dubai as i was far in Shah Alam. The hotel was absolutely great providing me with nearly 3hrs early checkin. Appreciate the friendky service and its a good location for airport transit with very fair price. Hotel is not new but very clean and well maintained. I recommend this hotel if you are doing transit. I Really don’t like to talk bad about any business. But I think they take a better care of the hotel. The idea of have a theme hotel is cool, but my bathroom was dirty, the Wi-Fi was very very slow and there was no toilet paper. I have that they can fix those problems and often a better stay.
