Great location. The guide Matt made the stay all worth it with his game drive and sundowner drive on property. The hotel is nice and probably some of the best you can find in Namibia. Staff was very nice, but a little bit of training on the tours they sell or wine menu could help. Things I did not like but maybe typical for the country Bad wifi Showers can not be regulated scolding hot or cold No phone in the room to reach reception No a la cart restaurant options only buffet
