I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Monarch Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. The free breakfast was a wonderful surprise - the selection was impressive, and the food was delicious. But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Amenities are very basic but still is one of the most decent hotels in Urdaneta. Check-in is smooth. Breakfast is filling and ok. It was included in the room. The room is clean although, we can hear people walking along the corridor and doors opening and closing and since we're light sleepers it kind of affected our sleep. Internet speed was ok. I was able to work. Nice view especially in the morning.

We had an absolutely enchanting experience as a family. We booked a weekday getaway and were fortunate enough to enjoy the resort almost entirely to ourselves. The resort was impeccably maintained, showcasing its clean and pristine condition. The expansive stretch of fine sand was nothing short of breathtaking, inviting us to relax and soak in the beauty around us. The staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable, making us feel right at home. I know this resort has gone through some hard times because a lot of the features and activities they used to offer are no longer available, and the staff has said that they are going through redesigning and relocating some activities to different areas on the property. I still enjoyed my stay. Just one thing, the bed is very uncomfortable.

Room n place was clean but amenities was not complete, said they couldnt bring hairdryer from other rooms? There was no hot water until we asked receptionist about it for help. Telephone not working, wifi was worse than my data. Receptionist n team was really nice and sorry about the inconveniences tho. Room aircon was cold and the bed was comfy but the blanket kept coming off the blanket cover. Overall its okay to stay in but take note to bring your own hair dryer and if need help, have to walk to the receptionist for help.

Very friendly staff and their hotel is more affordable than the last one we tried. The location though is more than 5km away from restaurants. Their food was not that great and a bit pricey. But great pool! Clean place! They have 1 resto only, cafe and a bar. Beach was good enough but have to watch out for jelly fish lol.

The scenery is very beautiful, a good place to take pictures, but it is very hot. This time, we lived in a two-bedroom villa. The sanitation conditions are worrying and need to be improved. It is very old and has not been updated. The service attitude of the waiters is good, and the food is very good Little, and not tasty, all in all, it is a place suitable for taking pictures, other hardware is not good, and the window is pasted with anti-light, it looks very simple, the room needs to be updated, it is already very dilapidated

Very nice property with large and clean rooms. The breakfast is made with love and brought to the room. The service at reception is also very helpful and courteous.
