Comfortable location, the only 24-hour exchange in the city. Super clean rooms, separately I want to notice the cleanliness of the bathroom! No divorce or trace of water drops. Excellent room cleaning: Always fresh towels, filled bed, new bottles of water and tea, change toilet paper and sanitary glasses. There are dental sets. Enjoyable spa: dry and steam sauna, new jacuzzi, salt room. Equipped fitness room. Welcome staff, speak Russian. Any time available by phone. Beautiful view from the window. Diversified kitchen in the restaurant. In Whitestock I only stay here! Of the downsides: slippers only in vip rooms, no shaving sets.

Friendly staff and location of the hotel. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the floor of the room and should replace towels with new ones. I like hot springs. Conveniently, you can enjoy a delicious dinner without leaving the hotel. Overall, I recommend it.

We stay at this hotel often in Belostock and are always satisfied at the maximum. But this time we got a room with a smell that was in the room that was impossible to get rid of
