The spacious and immaculate rooms are a hit, as is the hotel's overall cleanliness. Nestled in a strategic location, it offers easy access to both shopping and business hubs, while the service is commendable throughout its array of dining options and the spa. Special mention to Javad at the Executive Lounge for his attentiveness, courteousness, professionalism and just all-around pleasantness!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the lobby manager was incredibly attentive. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended!我在这家酒店的入住体验非常棒!服务非常出色,大堂经理也特别周到。早餐是一大亮点,种类丰富且美味。强烈推荐!
From the moment of check-in to check-out, their professionalism and willingness to assist significantly enhanced my stay. My room was even upgraded for free. The location is not far from the airport. For a small fee, I was dropped off at the airport in a very comfortable 4-wheel drive.
I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable lodging experience.
I've stayed at this hotel several times now. It's very centrally located, making it convenient to get anywhere. There are also a few Chinese restaurants nearby. The value for money is excellent, and I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.
The hotel is fantastic overall, especially the front desk staff who were incredibly helpful. It's wonderfully quiet, with absolutely no noise or disturbances. They were also very accommodating, allowing us a generous late check-out on our departure day. We truly appreciate all the services provided.

JJINGThe hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very careful, and the staff were very helpful and helpful. The room was spacious, decorated elegantly and with large windows with a beautiful view of the city. The restaurant was fantastic, with a variety of international and local cuisines. The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable and was very comfortable. In general, I have had an unforgettable experience and I strongly recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a luxury stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel is comfortable, the breakfast is rich, the surrounding environment is quiet, not far from the city, the hotel staff is warm and polite, and the stay feels good. Like this simple hotel
KKbitygOur experience at Aloft Riyadh was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed. One thing that stood out was how amazing the hotel smelled—every corner was fresh and pleasant, which added to the overall comfort of our stay.
TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is rather far from the city center which makes it hard to access places. The hotel interior is grand, palatial, and very impressive. The rooms are in need of a refresh as they feel a bit dated. For us, the biggest plus was the interior pool but we felt the actual spa facilities are tired and not very luxurious, they are in need of a refurbishment and upgrade. Overall all a good stay.
MMika-hainingThe hotel is located near the National Library, with many restaurants nearby and a computer mall next door. The room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is quite large. Breakfast is on the first floor from 6:30 to 10 am, mainly Western and Arabic food, which is quite rich. Occasionally, fried noodles and fried rice noodles are provided.
There is a Costa coffee shop in the lobby on the G floor, where you can drink coffee and chat when you have nothing to do.
GGuest UserNot a first time stay in this hotel. Previous stay was good. But the last stay was horrible. The hotel is under maintenance and there is no any information about it when you book the hotel. I came for check in at 10pm and receptionist informed me that it might be noise up to midnight due to maintenance. Why they don’t inform when you book the hotel. Guests should know this «peculiarity» before arrival in advance, not after.
I can accept that it might need to do maintenance. But why at night?! they were using heavy equipment for hummer drilling, hummering etc. even after complain to receptionist they continuously were hummering up to 12:30 am. It was horrible.
I supposed to take a rest after 6 hours driving, but due to this noise I could even sleep after midnight…
I’m fully disappointed with service and care of guest..
Even now after 2 days of my stay there is no any notification that the hotel is under maintenance. It is not fair for guest who is searching for rest..
And one more additional info. Next to the hotel building the new building civil works is ongoing and they also work with heavy duty equipment till midnight.
If you search the place for rest better to look for the alternative one.
GGuest UserCheck-In/Check-Out:
The check-in and check-out process was very fast, making it a hassle-free experience.
Room:
The room was nice and big, providing plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was nice, though it was a bit inconvenient that a toothbrush was prepared for only one person. Additionally, the room card stopped functioning after one night, requiring a trip to the reception to fix it.
Room Service Food:
The room service food was quite good. The grilled chicken was delicious, but the chicken biryani was just nice, nothing extraordinary.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was excellent! A special mention to Nour, who was very helpful, polite, and friendly. The service provided by Nour was top-notch.
Spa:
The spa is available only for males. We had to go to another place for a female spa, which was inconvenient.
Getting Around:
Getting around was very easy using Uber, making transportation convenient and stress-free.
Overall Experience:
A very satisfying stay with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Would recommend for a pleasant stay, though the spa facilities could be more inclusive, and the room card issue needs to be addressed.
JJIACHENGThis hotel is close to the Riyadh airport because there is an old hotel next to the airport. This hotel is still relatively new. The window can be opened. High-rise. Also helped me upgrade to a suite. :) This hotel is really good at Riyadh. This is the third hotel I stayed in for a trip to Riyadh. That's not bad. The other two are too old. There is a certain distance from the King's Building. Sleep quietly. Come out is the high speed mouth. Easy to get to the airport.
