The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel's surroundings are very convenient, with 7-Eleven stores on both sides when you step out. You can also take a songthaew towards the beach, and there are plenty of food options and massage places. Walking along the beach is also very relaxing. If you're looking to unwind, this is a great choice.

Anonymous UserIt's an excellent place. Very convenient if walking anywhere. It's not really central to any one major street which could be a disadvantage if you think you'll be 2 minutes from Soi Buakhao or Soi 7 -- you're not. But it's right in the middle of all the popular places, plus on the Baht Bus route to get to Beach Road. Quiet, modern, clean. Everything you could possibly need.

I didn't have high expectations for a hotel priced at around 200 baht, as I was planning a trip to Koh Larn and just needed a place to stay for a couple of nights.
However, I was incredibly satisfied! It offered excellent value for money!
The room decor was a bit older and darker (I could only book a twin room on the 3rd floor at the time; other room types might be brighter).
But, it was cleaned neatly and tidily every day, and a special shout-out to the male attendant on the 3rd floor, room 8. He was always enthusiastic, proactive in offering help, and very meticulous with the cleaning.
The lady at the front desk for breakfast was also very friendly, and there was a good variety of breakfast options. For this price, it was truly unexpected.
The pools were large and plentiful, the beach was right outside, there's a 7-Eleven nearby, and Jomtien Night Market is just a few minutes' walk away. The atmosphere along the beach road outside was also great!

I stay here every single time I am in Pattaya. The deluxe rooms and suites have ultra-comfortable king beds, relaxing bathtubs, and spacious balconies overlooking the pool. Daily housekeeping is top-notch. Plus, the location is unbeatable, and low-season rates are excellen
t.
curtains block out the light perfectly.
While the rooms have a stove, no pots or frying pans are provided, so you will need to bring your own if you plan to cook. There is also no washer or laundry service on-site and smart TV. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, which feels a bit early and there are rarely any fish.
🐜Tiny ants are present in all rooms
✔️Do not leave any trash, dirty dishes, or food on the table, especially overnight. While there are no cockroaches in the units, I guarantee they will show up if you leave any waste out.
although the unit had a king bed and a single bed for three people, it only had one bedside table. We had to move the room's only chair between the beds just to have a place to put things.

Guest UserThe room was very clean, which is expected from a new hotel. The front desk staff didn't speak Chinese, and my English wasn't good enough to understand hers, nor was her English good enough to understand mine. It's mainly because my English is terrible. However, we could communicate most things. One evening, I wanted an extra room card, but she insisted I wait until the next day without explaining why. Breakfast was à la carte, only fried eggs, juice, and bread were available.

GaffChaiyapatExtremely impressed with my stay! 😍 From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a warm smile by the bellboy. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities. The rooftop atmosphere had the best vibes. Overall, it was definitely worth the money. I'll definitely be back to stay again! 😘

The service staff were great, especially the breakfast staff, always friendly and helpful. Just one negative I accidentally knocked a glass in the middle of the night and it broke which I cleaned up. I advised the cleaner so she would be careful not to cut herself getting rid of the plastic rubbish bag. They then returned with a male employee to charge me for the glass 150 baht. I declined to pay due to spending approx 19 nights at the hotel in the last 12 months spending over $2000. Also had a mate with me first time 10 nights spending over $1000 on accommodation. They tried to charge me again when I booked out and i explained I was not going to pay due to the income I had paid them over the last 12 months. Not sure what the outcome was I had to catch my ride to the airport. As you can understand it is not the money but the principle. If this hadn’t occurred Service would be marked as a 5.

CizhihunThe hotel isn't very big, but it's clean and tidy. Just a hundred meters away is Zhongtian Beach. Nearby, there's a KFC, a 399 seafood buffet, and a steak and Western restaurant. The value for money is excellent!

Guest UserThe room was well-maintained and clean upon arrival. The facility is showing some signs of age. Construction is currently underway on the 6th floor, which may result in some daytime noise.

Guest UserThe hotel's interior and rooftop environment are good, but the external surroundings are not so great. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for light sleepers. There's a small night market downstairs with singing that goes on until 2-3 AM. Plus, the curtains don't block out light well; there's a gap that can't be closed properly, which affects sleep. It's also very noisy and has a strong smoke smell!
