From the moment you stepped into the hotel, you came across with such professional yet the most helpful, friendliest, nicest staff that make your stay pleasant even without entering your room. They have recently renovated the rooms and it looks spectacular. I have stayed in a room with sea view and the view took my breath away. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options and when I told the staff I was alergic to gluten, they helped me to get some gluten free food. I am forever grateful. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing they gave me such detailed information about the hotel and the city that I went out and had amazing time outside of the hotel, as well. The bellboys were so helpful that they helped me with my luggages, which I had many, they even set my air conditioner in the room. This hotel was beyond my expectations and I will be coming back whenever I am in the city.

Really liked the experience and the stay. The location is nice, right behind the hotel there is a seaside walk, Troya is just 25 minutes away by car and across the road there are two huge malls if you need them. Breakfast was pretty good) my favourite part was the bed, super cozy and soft, but comfortably. Planning to come here again

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The problem is that this business is a car rental company, so the location of the hotel is not suitable for tourists, outside the city. However, the hotel's breakfast and restaurant scenery, due to the high location, is very good, especially at sunrise in the morning. Opened in 2020, the hotel is also very well maintained. Of course, the view of the room facing the south will be better. After all, the parking lot facing the north is the parking lot.

The air conditioner was a bit leaking, and the bed against the wall was moved a little out, and it was okay. The air conditioner is very slow and it takes a long time to feel cold. We just took a shower, the whole street in the hotel was out of power, we went to ask the front desk, the front desk did not speak English, asked what time the call did not know, and then trouble our driver to communicate with the front desk, said that it has been repaired, will be repaired as soon as possible, We were in the restaurant yard to cool off (because it was too hot without air conditioning...), but it was fixed in a while.

We were very prejudiced, especially as we never knew the canakkala as to the location and the environment of the hotel. But we haven't regretted once since we arrived. The roses were primarily cleaning, service, very good. The environment feels you were home with small decorations. The air was a little cold, so we enjoyed the winter garden mostly. Helen Troya feels more like a comfortable retreat than a hotel. It has a cafeteria-style restaurant (but the food is very good) and lots of sports facilities, including an outdoor pool. The room and the bathroom are big and come with a balcony, and the interior is slightly old-style, which I liked. Both the private and common areas were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you have a car, Helen Troya can be a good base for visiting the ruins of Troy and its museum, which are a 30-minute drive from the hotel. You can easily park your car in the outdoor parking.

I was allocated room 210 which the bed was comfortable but again a leaking shower I am beginning to think that plumbers in Turkey are no good LOL.Hotel is pretty nice and one can see recent renovations it is again the location .Yes one can sit on the terrace and watch the sun set but the beach is not a beach that I would sit upon I am not a beach person anyway but the location of this hotel is so far from anything that one is left to walking done in an afternoon ,reading or drinking on the terrace. Again limited toiletries no tissues and the shower water just does not drain. Tea making facilities again cater to the coffee drinker rather than tea. Hair dryer,tv and ac. Again refrigerator in room does not work. Plenty of power points. My only complaint about this hotel was again the reception staff a female who when I approached I was ignored but 3 male travelers where checked in and yet I was still ignored when I was acknowledged I was dismissed without rectification of problem. Another incident can I use printer No it does not work later that evening ask a male receptionist not a problem The problem is with the female reception staff do they not realize without us they do not have a job and therefore no wages? Again very little understanding of English. Because of the date of arrival we were welcomed with a plate of ANZAC biscuits but only one and then the plate vanished. Dinner and breakfast plentiful but repetitive There is a cornerstore 10 minutes walk and if you walk 20 - 30 minutes there are eateries and a supermarket as well as a fresh bread shop Canakkale is a summer house destination for a lot of Turkish people to have holidays and as they leave the dogs and cats so many strays to fend for them selves until the holiday makers return next summer So sad to see and to me so very wrong on so many levels. Opposite the hotel there where deer a rabbit and I did hear a donkey kept dont know why? There is a park poorly maintained maybe summer this is all tidied up ?

We stayed here as part of a Trip a Deal package. What a wonderful surprise. The premises are old and dated, however, the whole place has a warm welcoming feeling. Staff were lovely, food was great. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. We had an amazing view of the water from our verandah. We would highly recommend this property. Felt like 5 star to us!

The hotel and surrounding neighborhoods are a bit of a literary style. It is convenient to go to the seaside ferry and visit the surrounding neighborhoods, and there are many restaurants to eat. However, if you drive by car, you will have to pay for parking. There is a street parking lot of 15 lire a day. It seems that the hotels are in the streets and there is no free parking. The breakfast is very good, the small garden is also very beautiful, and the overall feeling is good.

The hotel is not called by this name. The actual name is shown in the picture. The location of the map icon is right. Fortunately, there is a specific house number. I have been leading the way when I meet a kind person to help find the house number, and I believe this is my hotel! If you press the name, you won’t find it! But the location is very good, very close to the pier where you get off the bus, although it is in a tourist area, it is quiet in the middle of noisy! There is also a lovely elevator for one person with a trolley suitcase. The breakfast is very good, the restaurant has a special feeling!

We stayed at the Grand ANZAC as an overnight on a Crowed House Gallipoli and Troy tour. The reception staff are friendly, helpful and several speak excellent English. The hotel itself is pretty tired and in need of a refit but within the constraints of that the rooms are clean and spacious. Aircon was all good and the bed was very firm but not bad. The shower deserves a special mention as it is a glorious high pressure cascade from a full size rain head. The buffet breakfast has a good variety of simple Turkish and western options and will apparently also do omlettes to order. The only real downside is that the neighbouring bars/cafes are pretty noisey and unfortunately the sound proofing isn't great

This hotel is 100 meters from the beach. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a balcony. The price is very suitable.

It has dozens of shortcomings because it is used as a student dormitory in the winter and a hostel in the summer. You should not have any expectations other than location and price. We managed because we used it from night to night, but especially the bathroom + toilet area was the smallest I have ever seen in my life. If you weigh more than 80-90 kilos and are taller than 1.80, I suggest you look elsewhere. But the location and parking facilities are excellent.

Perfect lication to explore Canakkale. Hotel breakfast was delicious. Staffs are helpfull lots. Plenty of eateries nearby hotel & the city waterfront is just few steps away feom the hotel. Trojan horse statue is also walkable and tje view is fantastic.

Başlangıçta sadece tatilimizin ilk durak yeriydi.. Bahsettiğim tam 8 sene öncesi.. Birkaç gün için konaklayıp gidecektik sözde.. Olmadı, yapamadık..Ne ayağımız gitti burdan, ne kalbimizi alabildik..Yola çıkarken bu güzel şehre bizi aşık edecek ve her sene bizleri evlat sevgisiyle sarıp sarmalayacak bu aile işletmesiyle karşılaşacağımızı hic bilemedik.. İşte o günden beri biz bu güzel mekanı; cok değerli Dilek ablamızı, Ethem abimizi, hatta Nagiş'imizi görmeden yapamaz olduk 💜 Apart otele değil de evimize gelir gibiyiz, sabahları Dilek ablamizin kahvaltilarinda yalanci cennette kaybolur gibiyiz, o reçelleri daha tatmadiysaniz hala inanin bana çok büyük kaybınız var demektir.. Kısacası hem Çanakkale gibi kozmopolit ve her köşesinden zenginlik taşan bir şehirde ruhunuz dinlensin, hem de misler gibi bir otelde (bizim icin artik evimiz de 😍) bedenimiz dinlensin diyorsaniz doğru adres burası 👍 Bir de unutmadan, su hayatta yalniz degiliz diyenlerdenseniz, PATİ DOSTU bir yere geleceğiniz icin cok şanslısınız..Kedisler 😻 ve köpüsler esliginde 🐶 (varsa sizinkini de getirin tabisiii) cok renkli bir tatil sizi bekliyor 🥰🥰
