The first time I stayed in this kind of paradise hotel, it was really a good combination with the paradise. Various facilities, furnishings, bunk beds in the room, small gifts, and breakfast are really a great experience.

Website stated includes 2 adults breakfasts. Hotel did not offer any breakfast. Also before book there were no disclaimer about extra fee. Front desk was extremely unprofessional. Waited in the line to ask questions. When my turn he left with no words and just gone for while. Came out like nothing happened while later. Racism ?

I like it as always. Good food, fun and good rest. The hotel is very attentive and the flower arrangement is beautiful. The Japanese food is exquisite and delicious; the hotel service is very warm, and the bathrobe and slippers are changed very promptly after swimming.

Traveling with family. The advantages of this hotel are: the bed is very comfortable, the room is large, it is close to the lake, the scenery is nice, the location is OK, there is an outlet mall about 10 minutes drive away, but it is crowded after Christmas, and the waiting time for shopping is long. Disadvantages are: the room lighting is too dim, the heating is not hot at the beginning, it was freezing on the first day, and the hotel engineering staff came to fix it on the second day. The toilet is not very easy to use. Other things are OK. Service: The night we went, Luis and the white lady provided good service, especially Luis, who was considerate of the customers, and the African-American lady that night and the African-American lady the next morning provided particularly good service. The service of another waiter was average, sometimes not very friendly, and I hope it will improve. Such a gem that I found this hotel! I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and cleanliness of the facility. Also complementary breakfast and snacks were an additional plus.  Would love to come back again, and wish there were more in other areas. Hopefully closer to palo alto where most of my meetings take place.  Thank you to all the staff for making the stay so pleasant!

The room was small, but the overall service was still ok. The first night the room was a bit noisy facing the night market, and the second night was changed to another corner with a view. The hotel design details are full, but most are public spaces, the hotel room design is general, unless you spend a big price to live in a suite
