Enjoy amazing water views and beautiful sunsets from every room and from several expansive decks.The house features a pool and is a five minute walk to the pink sand beach, consistently rated among the top ten most beautiful beaches in the world. The house also features a dock from which you can swim, paddle board and kayak. A boat slip is available and can be rented for boats up to 150 feet for an additional fee.Dunmore town is a five minute walk for all your dining, shopping and entertainment needs at the many restaurants, bars, stores and markets.Harbour Island is a small island that is only 3.5 miles long and 1.5 miles wide with a population of less than 2,000. It has a cozy small island feel yet it is big enough to offer 20 restaurants and access to all the needed food for delicious cooking at home.The house has five bedrooms and four and one half bathrooms including a large master suite with a king bed, a guest suite with king bed, private entrance and kitchenette, and three additional bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. The kitchen has an island with seating for four, the dinning room has seating for eight. There is also a table on the upper deck with seating for five. Every room has a TV with Amazon Firestick.The house has two washers and dryers, a backup 80KW generator, a 100 GPH water maker, a 1,000 gallon backup water supply and redundant internet via high speed cable and high speed Starlink Satelite. Our property manager is available to come assist you 6 days per week from 7am to 3pm in case there are any issues. Daily housekeeping can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.A short boat ride away is Bottom Harbour where you can swim with, feed and pet wild sea turtles and swing from a rope into a beautiful lagoon. Other fun things to do include bone fishing, deep water fishing, snorkeling, diving, horseback riding on the beach, visiting Preacher’s Cave, the Blue Hole or pigs beach where wild pigs can be fed, swam with and petted. Waters Edge Cottage is on Bay Street, right next door to Valentines Marina. It has fantastic walkability to favorite restaurants- The Landing, The Rock House, Davine, Cocoa Coffee house and trendy bar The Elbow Room. Pink Sands beach is a quick 5 min walk away too. The cottage has a King bedroom and a loft bedroom with lounge and queen bed, a Jack and Jill bathroom is shared between them. There is also a half bathroom and a fantastic indoor/outdoor shower with gorgeous views of the bay.The kitchen, which opens up onto a covered outdoor porch, is spacious and well stocked to prepare any meals at home. Dining is either under the stars, on the sun deck on the edge of the bay, or undercover on the porch.The porch is outdoor living at its best, decked with lounge chairs and cushion clad benches, a great place to read a book, play a board game or to just enjoy the sunset from.The lounge with its comfy 3 seater couch, smart TV and windows that over look the garden, is another great place to be.We have a small library room where you will find many a good book to read or board game to play , and just off that is the small laundry that’s tucked away discreetly. This cottage is full of charm, is squeaky clean and everything you are looking for in a holiday rental or longer stay.At no extra charge to you I include daily housekeeping for a couple hours a day, however I kindly as that you leave the housekeepers a tip. Seabreeze is an exceptional rental in a truly exceptional setting. This high-end luxury home with separate guest cottage can be booked either as a 3-bed/3-bath (for up to 6 people) or 5-bed/5-bath rental (for parties of 10). The price quoted here is for booking the main house only. If your party is more than 6 please ask for an updated quotation to include the guest cottage. The additional rental for the guest cottage is $500/ night. We have a single rate only for Xmas/New Year. The guest cottage is never rented out separately. We do try to be flexible on our minimum stay settings so it is ALWAYS worth asking if we can accommodate. For check-in or check-out on a Sunday we add a $200 supplement. The main house has 3 king ensuite bedrooms (sleeps 6).The guest cottage gives you an extra 2 bedrooms (1 king ensuite and 1 twin ensuite)The twin beds are trundle beds which gives us the option to pull out 2 more singles, although space will be limited. Sometimes we get requests to see if we can accommodate 11 or 12 - there is no additional charge but it just means we have the pull outs if needed.The property has a private dock and comes equipped with AC, reverse osmosis water, generator, cable, wi-fi, maid service, and many other amenities.
