Dufferin Grove
The location of the hotel is very good, but there is no front desk staff, so you need to call to get in; it is similar to a B&B, close to Chinatown (lots of Chinese restaurants and grocery stores) and the Ontario Museum of Art, and not far from the University of Toronto and a bustling shopping mall; the hotel is a The two-story villas (all on this street) look nice from the outside, but the rooms inside are small and the furniture and facilities are simple. There is only a small refrigerator, no hot water kettle or other heating equipment, and no toiletries. The service staff are Chinese and relatively easy to talk to.

WOW, above all expectations. Motorcycle trip, it was raining all day, so we were soaking wet. Our host took extra care of us and helped with damp clothes. Every detail is square and clean, comfy and warmth. What a great moment this evening in the living room, everybody sharing our day like a family. Then this king breakfast the next morning. Felt like home. I will certainly keep this place in mind and come back in purpose. Owner is so kind & lovely!
Cozy House B&B

- host is nice and welcoming. She helped us out in the middle of the night when trip.com wasn’t available. - Unfortunately the breakfast was rather tiny and more a little snack than a breakfast. - Amenities were ideal (bathrobe, mini fridge, hairdryer) - location was perfect, walkable to the Niagara Falls - Advise: make sure the host has your phone number and email address since the host didn’t have ours but only the contact details of trip.com.
Niagara Grandview Boutique Hotel

The building and the rooms are historical but the hardware is up-to-date. Our room is on second floor and there’s an elevator for moving up our suitcases. The common area is classy and the furniture is well maintained. Location is great, only a 10-15 minutes drive to the Clifton Hill and the Falls area. Last but not least, the breakfasts are FAB! Homemade but hotel quality! We both hope that we can return during summer time.
Toronto North Travellers Home

Was what I expected, a dorm style room with hard beds. Not complaining for the price we paid. A little cool in our basement room until we figured to block the gap in the door with a towel. Location was very convenient as I had an event at York U. Fairly quiet. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. Overall 4 out of 5 rating.

Very nice host. I was for most part the only guest and therefore very good value for the price I paid. The room was small but good and I could get a good rest for my conference visit in downtown Toronto. Walk to Subway less than 10 minutes
