Our family of three was absolutely delighted with the triple room! It was incredibly spacious – we could spread out all three large suitcases and still have plenty of room to move around. The best part was the fantastic natural light; the big windows made the whole room bright and airy, instantly lifting our spirits. The humidifier in the room was a lifesaver at this altitude; we slept soundly without any dryness. The electric kettle heated water quickly, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touch of six complimentary bottles of mineral water! The mini-fridge was also very convenient for keeping our fruits and yogurt chilled.
What truly amazed us was the hand-painted ceiling – auspicious Eight Buddhist Symbols, personally painted by a ******* artist. The colors were vibrant and brought a sense of good fortune. Waking up every day to such beautiful art made us feel incredibly blessed. These details really show how much care the hotel puts into its guests, balancing modern comfort with an authentic ******* cultural atmosphere. We had such a comfortable stay and highly recommend it to families traveling together!

I highly recommend the Dong Mawha Hotel! Its location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The room was spotless, free of any strange odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was also fantastic. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient with both check-in and check-out. The value for money here is simply amazing, I can't recommend it enough!
The thoughtful details really stood out: a Kung Fu tea set, an instant hot water dispenser, a washer-dryer combo, a Dyson hairdryer, and they even provided a weighing scale and bathrobes. It made for a truly comfortable and hassle-free stay. I fell in love with this hotel after just one visit and have already recommended it to my friends. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

It's a cute little traditional ******* style hotel that is just a stone throw from Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but has an Indian restaurant downstairs. You can also find plenty of food along the Barkhor Street which is like 2 mins walk away. Potala Palace is also relatively near about 2km away. The hotel also has cute kittens running around.

The service here is super nice. When I first checked in, my suitcase was very heavy, and the housekeeper helped me lift it up. I was very touched. The facilities and bedding in the room are very comfortable. One day, they specially prepared zongzi for breakfast on Dragon Boat Festival. The yak beef and local watermelon that the boss gave me were very delicious. The boss's wife also helped me put on ******* clothes and matched accessories for me. It was super beautiful. My garden room is full of flowers. It feels great to be surrounded by flowers when I open my eyes🌟

When I came to Tibet, I stayed in a Tibetan-style hotel. The decoration of the hotel was very Tibetan-style. The room and the bathroom inside were very clean and tidy. You can see the day and night view of the Potala Palace and the sunrise from the rooftop on the fifth floor. The breakfast on the fifth floor was very nice. , the food is simple but delicious.
The reception staff are very polite and speak fluent Mandarin and English. The staff help solve various problems in Tibet, including taking a day tour, taking a taxi, transportation, shopping, luggage storage, moving luggage, etc.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. I arrived around 8 PM, and they immediately offered me sweet tea and asked me to sit down and rest. The hotel staff had already checked me in. The air conditioning and oxygen generator were already on in the room, and the white fungus porridge on the table was at the perfect temperature. The overall facilities were excellent, the shower gel smelled wonderful, and the room was very clean. The kettle boiled water quickly, and the service was great. The only downside was the TV; it could be upgraded. The breakfast was delicious, especially the rice noodles—I ate two bowls! The chicken sausage was also excellent; many dishes featured beef and chicken, which are suitable for ethnic minorities, which was a big plus. The stir-fried ******* noodles were delicious, and the yogurt was also very good. However, the toppings were just average, and the honey was a little too sweet. But overall, it was fantastic. They first poured me a cup of tea, then I asked for hot milk, and they even prepared hot coffee for me – very thoughtful. The next morning, I had to catch a flight at 7 am, so I asked the hotel if they could prepare breakfast, and they thoughtfully provided bread, water, and milk. The hotel offered a choice between afternoon tea and evening drinks; I chose the drinks because I was busy in the afternoon and didn't go for the afternoon tea, but the drinks were truly amazing and delicious. Just look at the pictures! They gave me a gin and tonic, the orange one was Blood and Sand, the one with cucumber was Moscow Mule, and the red wine was Sangria. That was my order. The Blood and Sand and Sangria were very good (I recommend drinking the Sangria last). I also left an unused oxygen cylinder for you.

New discovery in Lhasa, must recommend this homestay! The boss is a young handsome guy, smile healing people's hearts ️, very enthusiastic! The front desk lady is attentive and thoughtful, making people feel warm! The environment of the homestay is super beautiful and the decoration is very tasteful! The viewing terrace on the 4th floor is really great! Convenience stores, Tibetan teahouses, barbecues, specialty snack bars around the homestay, there are many, and travel is very convenient! This trip to Tibet chooses this is the most extra point place on the trip ~ #highly recommended# 🏡✨

Bringing family to Lhasa, our biggest concerns were altitude sickness and transportation inconvenience, and this guesthouse took good care of both. There was a free nasal oxygen concentrator in the lobby, and some rooms even had individual oxygen machines, which was reassuring for first-time visitors to high altitudes. The receptionist and owner were very attentive, reminding us not to rush, to drink plenty of water, and to rest as much as possible upon arrival. The location was also convenient, within walking distance of the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street. The rooms provided disposable towels, bath towels, and toilet seat covers, making us feel clean and at ease with family. The owner was incredibly welcoming, patiently chatting with my parents and even offering suggestions for our next day's activities. Our stay felt very personal and welcoming, not just a cold, impersonal accommodation.

The inn is wonderful, with a traditional ******* style. I slept very peacefully. The surrounding alleys are filled with great food and great places to explore, and I encountered many friendly locals for conversation. The front desk guy was incredibly kind, even going out of his way to iron my ******* clothing. He also greeted me warmly every morning before leaving. It was truly heartwarming. The inn's restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food is delicious. Everything is wonderful. I love this inn.

The guesthouse was very clean and hygienic, and I loved the style. We came with friends, and they upgraded our room. Sitting on the terrace, looking up at Danjielin Temple was truly breathtaking. The courtyard was beautifully decorated with many plants. The housekeeping staff and the young men and women at the front desk were very friendly. Most importantly, it's only a three-to-five-minute walk to Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, and there are many good restaurants nearby. I'll definitely come back next time.

Title: Incredible community vibe and the best dorm experience in Lhasa!
”I spent 3 days in one of the shared dorms here, and it was easily one of the highlights of my time in Lhasa. The dorm rooms are incredibly clean, tidy, and well-organized, with sturdy bunks and enough space so you never feel cramped. The social energy in the main lobbyist is unmatched—it is so easy to grab a drink, strike up a conversation, and find travel buddies to split tour costs or explore the city with. They even had local singing and ******* dance performances right in the common area, so which was amazing to experience. To top it off, the hostel has a sweet resident cat who loves to hang out. If you’re a solo traveler looking for a comfortable dorm with a true community feel, this is the spot.” Barkhor bazaar (30 min walk/ small bus ride away) and Nice place to run 5 mins away by the riverside

GGuest UserIt is a very clean and comfortable small courtyard. I can lie on the bed in the single room on the second floor and take a nap while looking at the blue sky and white clouds in the afternoon. In the evening, I can go out for a bite to eat and a walk. At night, I return to the inn to chat with some friends from all over the world and have a drink quietly. I come out just to relax for a while and then return to real life to continue working hard.

GGuest UserThe boss and the proprietress are very enthusiastic, directly upgrade the suite for free, drive to get off the bus and take you to the living room to have a cup of sweet tea, sweeping away fatigue. The luggage is taken back to take the initiative to help you take it. It is very key in the plateau area. The hotel has oxygen supply. At night, the boss also takes the initiative to take you to see the stars and the night. In short, it is very recommended! ! !
MMaurice KHotel location is very good, it is convenient to take a taxi from the road.
The decoration is also beautiful and distinctive. I didn’t expect that there is an elevator that is very comfortable.
The room is also clean and furnished with Tibetan characteristics.
I think there is one thing to pay attention to. The floor is not very good.
There is a section of the floor (in the scope of the bed) that is made of thick wooden boards. I think it is a natural feeling. Suspense is good, but maybe due to the cost, these boards are very rough and there are a lot of nails left on them. If you like to walk barefoot, you may step on this. Some nails (the tip of the nail is in the eye, so it may be uncomfortable to step on the middle). These manipulating boards I don't know if barefoot will be a thorn.
I suggest that the hotel pour a thin layer of transparent glue on these wood. I have seen other hotels do it with this women's toilet. This looks still very primitive, but there is a certain guarantee for customers. I believe the cost will not be expensive because it is only a small range. The main thing is more safe.
GGuest UserIt's great to have a rest here! Although this community is far from the Potala Palace, it is very quiet here, and it is close to the Wencheng Princess Theatre. After watching the Qing performance, you can come back to rest soon.
The room was clean, fresh and comfortable, the best place I have ever lived here!
In addition, the staff and boss here are very good, they will be enthusiastic to help me, fortunately, if they have the opportunity, I will still want to live here.
GGuest UserThe room is very good, a small courtyard is planted with fruit trees, and fruit is bearing fruit. You can sit under the fruit tree and drink tea. The proprietress is very warm and friendly, smiling every day. After staying for 3 days, I will help clean it every day, replenish mineral water, etc., and the Potala Palace can be photographed at night on the roof. It is convenient to eat nearby, and it is also very close to the north gate of the Potala Palace. It takes 10 minutes to walk.
